Siam Bayview Hotel - Pattaya

the hotel is very well located and right at the beach. it was our second visit after 15 years and not much had changed!!!!!!!! rooms were decent but not luxurious!!!!! overall a good hotel with great service.

This is my 4th time staying at Siam Hotel. I have two concerns 1. They need to update their GYM equipments. They are over used and very dengerious to use. 2. There is a renovation going on at the beach front of the hotel. They need a clear sign to the entrance of the hotel.

I made the booking for 3 nights and one of the day was New Year Eve 31st 2011. They gave me a room in 3rd floor which had no elevator, i had a child less than 2 years. When asked about it, i was told that they dint have King size bed in the building which had the elevator. I took the one which had the elevator and ended with twin sharing, which was […] OK. The room had no AC and it was warm, they sent an maintenance guy when i asked about it and he did something which turned the Fan on. It never was cool through out my stay. Trust me, pattaya can get really hot and i had the SUN raising from the room rear side which had the large window and room gets really warm in the morning. The Toilet was good enough but the Bath Tub had rust over the four corners both inside and outside. I would not expect that on a 4 star hotel. The made us pay for the 31st night gala dinner, it was compulsory. Which was $250 for 2. When i made the booking they told us it was a must and we dint have a choice, so we booked it. Until 31st evening we had no information about the event and my wife made the call to the information desk and they ask me if we have made the booking, After some conversation we find out that they have missed the booking for all people booked through internet or Hotels.com. They come and give the tickets at 5:30 Pm for 6:00 PM dinner, Interesting :-) The dinner was OK and the program was making people to sleep. By 9PM people started to walk out and 10PM it was only 30% sitting and I was only trying to stay because i wanted my Son to sleep. I cannot believe that i paid for nothing and the worst was being forced to pay. The band was begging me to get out and the worst was they started playing Chinese songs, shoot me for booking this hotel. The daily breakfast was horrible, i specifically booked a room with breakfast and so i dont want to run around for my Son. I could have save $15 every day for each person by not paying for it. One of the better properties for its price, location, amenities & service. It is situated right on the Beach road & almost walking distance to the walking street. Some disturbence during the day due to a construction activity happenning in the neighborhood But overall a 9/10 experience

GREAT SERVICE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO OTHERS, great people, great service, really close to shops and all.

This was a really bad exeperienc. From the time I checked in when after reviewing my passport wasted 25 minutes on my reseveration as they thought I was someone else, to the insects bites I have from all of the Mosquitoes bites to the fact I had money missing, this was a terrible experience and would never go back or recommend this hotel to anyone.

Views of the hotel is very good. There are shopping centers nearby. Hotel staff are friendly. Walking the street from the hotel you can walk to.

Okay experience. My less expensive hotel in Bangkok on Silom Rd was a better hotel than the more expensive one here. Ongoing construction. For the price, not a bad hotel but overall mixed feelings.

Great service, great breakfast, great location, comfortable rooms. Swimming pool reasonable, but not massive. Building work was noisy around the pool area, although not hugely intrusive it was enough to disturb your rest and workmen kept looking at guests not work. Have to say that the hotel is looking tired though and could do with an refurbishment. […] That said, we had a great stay and would happily recommend it. Good for families. couldn't help but notice a number of the male guests seemed to acquire company for the lonely nights. But it wasn't a prevalent thing or the main clientele of the hotel. Location is perfect at the Siam Bayview, in the middle of beach road so no need to catch a taxi / tuk tuk anywhere! Beach is conveniently across the road with ample seating areas. Only downside is major construction work is going on at the hotel and noise in the afternoon was very distracting at the pool. This is an amazing hotel located within walking distance to the beach and all the local bars. The building is very well maintained and the staff is very friendly and speaks english well enough for an ignorant american who doesnt know the local language to understand. Upon checking in, we were seated in the lobby and a staff member brought my friend […] and I a plate with a cup of tea and a piece of chocolate which we both thought was a nice touch. The rooms were clean with a well stocked bar and a small balcony overlooking a pool and the mountains in the distance. The room cleaning service was very fast and in many cases was completed in the time it took to walk to my friend's room and back. The night before checking out, there were heavy rains which flooded the street in front of the hotel. I asked the front desk clerk to call me a cab which he tried repeatedly but due to the flooding, no taxis would drive on the front street. He was finally able to contact a taxi that agreed to meet in back of the hotel where the flooding was minimal to get me to the airport at the last possible second. I appreciated his efforts, otherwise I would have surely missed my flight. Overall, I will definitely stay here again and look forward to my next trip to Pattaya. Leia mais

I never doubted the genuinity of any review about any hotel that I read on this site, and with the same token I expect somewhat strongly, that my this review will also be seen in the right perspective and will be of great help to fellow travellers who plan to visit Pattaya. Our vacation started from 9th of July with Pattaya as the first destination. […] I searched this hotel myself on net and hence had no references from anyone whatsoever. Agree, that for all I paid, but what I did not pay for and I got is something which has more value and made our trip one of our best vacation we have had thus far. Mind you, having being associated with the hospitality industry as me too a hotelier of a 4star property, I travel a lot within the country and overseas and therefore I am well aware of all parameters attached to the hospitality trade. For travellers who value security, hygenic conditions, good food and real value for money with personalised emotions attached with the services, Siam Bayview should be the final choice. GOOD PLACE TO STAY, COMFORTABLE, WELL APPOINTED, WELL LOCATED, GOOD FOOD, COURTEOUS STAFF, . . . . JUST NEED TO HAVE ONE PERSON ON HOTEL WHO IS FLUENT WITH INDIAN, GERMAN, JAPANESE AND ENGLISH LANGUAGE.

Overall a very nice but somewhat dated hotel. I enjoyed the pools. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The location was very good if you want to stay on Beach road near the central shopping, bars, restaurants, etc. The hotel is 100m or so back off Beach road which made it nice and quite. I stayed in the sea/beach view room with a balcony on the […] 7th floor. The room had a big wall window with a nice view of the beach. In the past the view was probably almost 180 degrees. But when I was there, a different building was being built to the side and and in front of the hotel. So, it was blocking some of the beach view. I imagine if you were on the top floor of the hotel you might be able to see over the building. Room was clean, nice size, nice TV, there was room in the fridge for my drinks as well as their stuff for sale. Free coffee, tea, water. Bed was comfortable. The balcony was very small. Only room for 1 chair and a small table. I'd say almost unusable. The bathroom was small but with decent counter space. The tub/shower was surprisingly small. I don't think I've ever seen one so small. But everything worked fine. I never ate in the hotel. So, I can't comment on the restaurants. I rated the hotel a 3. I would have given it a 4 but the small bathroom, small balcony and slightly blocked beach view seemed below other hotels I'd rated a 4. But I had no complaints about the hotel. Leia mais

There is a good reason this hotel has won so many rewards. There is an educated team in charge that knows what a discerning resort tourist wants in a holiday vacation..all under one roof. You can't go wrong here.

Found this hotel very nice,close to the beach and main street.Excellent service by the whole staff.Room was very clean and so is the bathroom.Did not eat there but there were lots of restaurant to choose from.Internet in the room was expensive but you can go the lobby and have free internet ,but too many mosquitoes.Go the bar and not too many mosquitoes […] but in lobby at night piano bar is excellent.Will go back to this hotel any time.I recommend this hotel. Only one elevator work and it was very small, other than that outstanding hotel

This hotel was a beautifully appointed dream. Service was excellent, the hotel was lovely and located just across from the beach, food was wonderful, and the rooms were reasonably priced. Definitely a must-stay in the city of Pattaya. Even though there were many cheaper rooms to be had in town, this was the place to be!

タクシーでパタヤに入り、ビーチロード沿いからホテルを探しました。しかし、セカンドロード沿いからだと、ロビー近くにすんなり入れました。１０時に着きましたが、すぐにチェックインでき、部屋で休むことができました。エレベーター前には常にガードマンがいてセキュリティはしっかりしています。部屋はあまり広くないがパタヤならこんなものかなと納得です。食事はパンもおいしいし、フルーツジューススタンドや注文を受けてからの卵料理もおいしいです。全体的にはちょっとコストパフォーマンス的にはあまり評価できません。バンコクなら倍くらいの部屋に滞在できると思います。

酒店位于芭堤雅海滩路的中段，到芭堤雅海滩或者到热闹的主干道都是很方便。这个地理位置是最大的亮点。隔壁就是很大的Central Festival 大型购物中心，我觉得这是芭堤雅最好的购物中心，吃喝玩乐购物一应俱全而且很新。 我们订的是海景房，海景还是不错的，早上起来，看着海景心情大好。不过前面隔着一栋低矮的建筑物（酒店的园景房），感觉离海还是稍微有点距离。 酒店早餐很好，我们入住的时候因为搞活动，还送了一个晚餐。 酒店总体是按照度假酒店的氛围建设的，比较温馨，比较舒畅。 不足的是这个酒店房间里上网是要收费的，大约350Baht吧，感觉有些遗憾。不过可能芭堤雅的酒店都这样。

毎年２回利用させていただいています。 今まではホテルの設備環境、場所、利便性、従業員の接客姿勢、サーイスにおいて大変気に入っていました。ただし、前回（２月）今回（１０月）と隣の敷地との工事のため美観性に欠けがっかりです。それに、今回プールサイで日本人観光客８人による冗談（アルコールを飲みながら騒ぎ服をきたまま遊泳）が過ぎての不愉快を感じました。すごく気に入っていたのに残念です。他の外国ご家族連れの方も迷惑していました。

海が見える部屋で景色も良く　ホテルマンのサービスはみんな親切で朝食も目の前で自分の好きなフルーツを選んでジュースを作ってくれたりで満足しました。

Hotellet ligger centralt i Pattaya, men på hotellet kan man ikke høre man er midt i en aktiv by. Der er udgang både til Beach Road og Second Road hvorfor alting ligger indenfor gå-afstand. Servicen er i top - personalet er meget hjælpsomme og serviceminded. Priserne på hotellet er dog meget dyre, samlignet med priserne i den øvrige by. отель в общем то хороший, пляж действительно в 50 метрах, но пляж для "своих" - туристам он не понравится. бассейн хороший, хотя и не большой. Завтраки очяень хорошие. Персонал очень обходительный.

I stayed in June 2011, a single traveller. The hotel is an oasis, two pools, good service. Beware of the breakfast which is very expensive, but has no scandinavian food, only Chinese and Indian. Better to buy some things and put in the fridge. Not too far to walk to the party zone, but very close to two good shopping malls. A little warning; they are […] currently renovating floor 4, in the main building, so forget about sleeping after 12 noon. Better then to book the garden wing. A deluxe room will be a bit worn down, and the bathroom is small, but the bed is big and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Centralt liggande hotell, nära strand (1 min direkt över gatan). Går man ut från hotellet åt andra hållet hamnar man direkt ut på stora shoppinggatan med shoppning och flera stora mall och marknader. Rummen helt ok, lite husdjur a la micro-myror är väl sådant man får kalkylera med (även på våning 8). Måste ju erkänna att Hard Rock Hotel hade lite bättre […] standard på rummen MEN då var avståndet till cetrum betydligt längre bort än vad kartan antyder på hotels.com-sajten. Mycket tillmötesgående personal på hotellet. Maten på hotellets restaurang lämnade dock mycket över att önska. Lyckligtvis finns många andra restauranger inom nära räckhåll. 整體來說是個不錯的飯店 尤其是游泳池的感覺很好 浴室和浴缸稍嫌老舊 入住時 建議要求位在新大樓的房間 但新大樓沒有電梯 行李太重會不方便

The hotel is at the higher top of the scale for its category, which means good value for money. We took a room with sea view, and although a building is being constructed on the left hand side, the view is still quite good. Good breakfast and kind service. Je viens de passer 7 nuits au Siam Bayview Hotel à Pattaya avec mon épouse. En fait , je devais faire seulement 3 nuits pour "tester" et voir ailleurs pour la suite de mon séjour. Finalement, j'ai prolongé de 3 nuits supplémentaires. C'est un des hôtels les mieux placés les pieds dans l'eau ( de l'autre côté de la route quand même) sur Pattaya Beach […] Road et pas loin du fameux WS. Les chambres sont confortables(coffre, pantoufles, peignoirs,grande télé,..) mais avec un balcon minuscule. Demander impérativement un chambre avec vue sur mer si possible comme moi au 9ème étage car tous les jours vous avez droit à un spectacle aquatique (parachute ascensionnel,jet ski, speed boat,..). プールを突っ切ってビーチロードにもすぐでられてソンテウに飛び乗れるし、便利な立地。敷地内は手入れが行き届いていてとてもステキでした。ただ隣接の建物が解体建設工事のため昼間は工事の雑音が・・・。（２０１０．12.中旬現在。）夜は両方の大通りから内側に入り込んでるので雑音は聞こえない。あと朝から午前中に動物（さる？クジャク？）の泣き声が耳にさわった。 朝食は最高！変な団体客が押し寄せてなかったので落ち着いてホテルライフを楽しめた。

位置非常方便，附近就是购物中心，离海边非常近。早餐也很好，服务态度很好。酒店的设施有些旧，浴室稍小，电梯比较小。
