Excelente hotel para casais jovens que não pretendem gastar mt dinheiro com a estadia mas que se preocupam com a boa limpeza, bom serviço e acomodações acolhedoras! Adoramos o hotel, excelente localização, calmo e limpo. Staff muito atencioso e prestável! Adoramos. não tivemos problemas com nada. Mt bom mesmo.

O hotel tem umas excelentes instalações e todos os quartos têm uma vista fantástica sobre Manhattan. O serviço de bar e restaurante deixa muito a desejar assim como o atendimento de algum staff. Todo o staff é muito simpático, mas também descontraído demais em relação as suas responsabilidades. O hotel tem um serviço shuttle de hora a hora do hotel para Manhattan e vice-versa. O pequeno-almoço é bom.

Funcionários da recepção são simpáticos e atendem bem. O quarto é muito bom, espaçoso e confortável, bem como o banheiro. O serviço de limpeza diário deixa a desejar.

Se você irá fazer compras, ir aos show da broadway ou passear na time square este hotel está super bem localizado. Também dá para ir a pé no central park ou de metro para qualquer lugar pois está a poucos quarteiroes da central station. O hotel é super limpo e tudo funciona (ar condicionado, chuveiro principalmente).

Com relação ao Hotel, apesar dele ser relativamente pequeno, o mesmo estava muito bem cuidado. O quarto era relativamente espaçoso e o banheiro idem. O chuveiro era muito bom, não havendo oscilação de temperatura. O frigobar não tinha qualquer restrição de uso e o cofre tinha um bom tamanho. O quarto também dispunha de DVD e o Hotel disponibilizava […] diversos filmes para os seus hóspedes, além de rede Wi-Fi gratuita. O atendimento foi excelente, sendo que todos os funcionários foram muito educados e solícitos. O pessoal da Recepção foi extremamente atencioso e nos deu diversas dicas sobre a cidade, pontos turísticos, transportes, dentre outros. Os pequenos contratempos, inerentes a qualquer negócio, também foram rapidamente resolvidos pelo staff. Todos nota 10. A localização também era excelente. Estávamos a apenas 2 quadras do centro da Times Square e próximos de diversas atrações turísticas e comerciais. Os cookies servidos todas as tardes merecem especial atenção. D E L I C I O S O S!!! "Nice room but cave-like"
I chose this property for the location and the price. The room I reserved was small (I knew that upfront) and I was pleasantly surprised to see that the bathroom was spacious, and luxurious. I was delighted by the evening turn-down service and the freshly baked cookies that were placed on my nightstand, however all of this is overshadowed due to the […] fact that there was absolutely NO natural light in the room. I was placed in a small, inside room near the elevator shaft and it was a CAVE. I found it depressing and difficult to start my day. So sad. I would love to have given this property a better rating. "A GREAT place to stay for business or romance"
I loved this hotel. The room was gorgeous, quiet and a decent size (queen room) - I was so glad it did not feel like a shoebox. The bathroom/shower was beautiful too. "Mid Town New York - Great Location"
Excellent location with a very nice staff. The only comment I would make is that the bed was not very comfortable (hard bed) and you can here people walking on the hallway when you are in bed.

"When it says small..."
It means small. We upgraded to a queen room and it was tiny. Lovely bathrooms and staff. It's in a great location as well. Able to walk to times square and Rockefeller center. If you have 2 people to one queen room, make sure you don't have much luggage, there won't be much room for 2 people and 2 large suitcases.

I have stayed at the City Club Hotel numerous times when visiting NYC and have always enjoyed my stay there. It is located near to the theatre district , shopping on Fifth and Sixth Avenues and to many restaurants. The City Club is so well situated midtown and has excellent facilities and service. I highly recommend this hotel as a place of stay. There is also the the Bistro Moderne within the hotel and great places to eat and drink nearby and it is also close to subways. Thank you to the great staff!

"City Club Hotel Great Location- Room not so nice"
Upon arriving I was greeted by a friendly staff, but when I got in my room, I pulled back the sheets and there were hairs in my bed. Then when I took a shower the knob fell off and I had to play handyman to get the water to turn off. And to make it worse, both windows faced bricked walls. First the negatives...my petite room was, in fact, quite petite. And the "courtyard" facing window was more accurately an "airshaft" facing window. "Really Enjoyed City Club!"
The hotel is two blocks from Times Square! We stayed in the Petite room; room was small but VERY neat, modern design. Has everything you need in the small space provided. Plus chocolate chip cookies every night. Highly recommend!
This property is sandwiched between 2 very well known hotels and I've apparently been walking past it for a decade. No more. I got the smallest room and it was fine for what most of us seek in a hotel room - a comfortable bed, a clean, functional bathroom, a desk at which to work and quiet. Finally, the adjoining restaurant is excellent.

"Great Location - Friendly Staff"
Nice hotel - we had a luxe double and it was pretty spacious. The day bed worked well for two kids to sleep on. There was no ice machine available, but the staff quickly brought us up a bucket of ice when requested.

great hotel and staff- 2 complaints-the chair at the desk was extremely uncomfortable for working. the rug and the furniture were soiled in lots of areas.

Can't beat the location, amenities were excellent, staff was delightful. Our room was upgraded without even asking.. the only complaint is that there is no electric outlet by the desk...all in all, I will return!

City Club had several subtle touches that made the stay a pleasant one--the decor of the room and good use of space, chocolate chip cookies in the evening, nice toiletries in the bathroom. Overall we were quite pleased for what was a late booking at a very good price by midtown standards. The hotel itself has obviously aged, but it's not neglected like […] some others I've seen. My one (minor) complaint was that we left our room at about noon on one day with the 'please make up room' sign on the door. When we came back in the evening, the room had been serviced, but it was obviously a rushed job. It was to be expected, to a certain extent, I suppose. Given that we stayed a few nights and that this was the largest issue we had, we were overall quite pleased. While I don't like staying so close to Times Square, this was a great hotel visit. Would definitely recommend as a value-for-money Manhattan stay. Ler mais

I made a last minute reservation here. Price was very good for location and quality of the hotel. The location was perfect. 2 blocks from Times Square. Subway was one to two blocks away. It's a small hotel. Room was small, but that is not a complaint. I expected it to be small when it said queen petit room. I didn't see any of the other rooms. It was […] perfect for one person. Two would be fine as well. If it wasn't a long stay. It was clean. Had everything I needed. Bed was comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Not fake nice either.
