O hotel Legacy Vacation Resort é muito bem localizado, facilutando o acesso para todos os parques, outlets e Malls. Bem próximo ao hotel tem um Wall Mart, uma Wall Greens e uma Publix. O serviço de limpeza é pago a parte, como se estivéssemos em uma casa. O apartamento que ficamos era o "Tree BedRoom", com uma suíte (cama King e banheiro com hidromassagem), um 2º quarto com duas camas queen, um terceiro quarto com um sofá cama para casal, uma sala ampla que também tinha um sofá cama, máquina de lavar roupa e secar e uma cozinha muito bem equipada, com diversos utensilios, Microondas, Lavalouça, Fogão elétrico com forno, geladeira ampla, duas cubas com água quente e fria. Tivemos problema em relação a limpeza, pois no check-in nos foi dito que como iríamos ficar 15 noites tinhamos direito a dois dias de limpeza geral gratuita, mas ao marcarmos o primeiro dia, tivemos que ir por 3 vezes a recepção do hotel, pois por duas vezes a pessoa não apareceu para limpar o quarto, somente depois de irmos uma terceira vez a recepção é que conseguimos que limpassem o quarto. Quando nós fomos marcar a segunda limpeza, nos foi dito que seria cobrada, pois nos disseram que o funcionário havia nos infromado errado, que só tínhamos direito a 1 dia de limpeza gratuita e não 2, como havia sido informado. Isto não nos afetou em nada, pois fazíamos a limpeza dos quartos e a retirada do lixo, mas vale deixar registrado que não cumpriram com o que foi falado no check-in, além do que os funcionários da recepção são um pouco atrapalhados.

Adoramos o hotel.. na verdade somos fãs da rede Best Western.. Esse fica na Universal Blvd.. próximo a International Dr.. aos parques da Universal... o preço é muito bom.. O s quartos tem wi-fi, microondas, frigobar e cofre.. tem estacionamento de cortesia.. Sá não tem café da manhã.. mas no próprio hotel tem restaurante e lanchonete e o Ponderosa fica a 2 minutos.. Os funcionários são de uma gentileza sem igual.. Vá sem medo... Recomendamos!!!

O hotel é bom, porem o estacionamento deveria ser gratis para os hospedes. O hotel é grande demais, e alguns quartos ficam localizados bem longe dos elevadores. O quarto tinha frigobar, porem eu nao podia usar com minhas coisas, seria necessario alugar um a parte.

It's really hard to find a hotel in Orlando that is a great price, in a decent location, that's actually clean and not overused. I was shocked at how nice the hotel was. "Hilton garden Inn near UCF"
Very nice, clean hotel. Very comfortable beds. Front desk staff were very helpful. Pool was so-so, hot tub only fits 3. Fitness room was good. Breakfast is $10. Not a good location if you want to go to the theme parks, but otherwise a fine location. Overall, I recommend it.

The bed was sooo comfortable. Rooms were very clean and spacious. High ceilings on 1st floor. Staff was very courteous. The water was horrible as is anywhere in Orlando. It has this strong sulfur smell. You smell it on your skin after you shower and you gag when you brush your teeth in it. The other downside is they did not have the Golf Channel and […] this past weekend was the opening round of the PGA in Maui Hawaii. "Great"
This is a great hotel for nice price. I stayed for 3 night and never had a problem with any service they provided. The clerk was and staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall I loved my stay.

Worst hotel experience I have ever had. The room was tiny, not as shown in the pictures. The front desk staff was rude, as were most of the staff. Now when I say rude, I mean rude, not just unfriendly but rude!!We had to ask for towels every day and the staff seemed insulted that we even needed them. Walls were like paper, you could hear every thing […] around you and in the rooms on either side. Ignored at the front desk for 20 minutes while employee chatted away on the cell phone. "Nice LARGE Room"
Very nice Hotel, could use better pillows though
Being next to the gas station made it loud throughout the night. I couldn't get the wifi internet working in my room so that caused a bit of hick up with my work load.

This hotel was great. It was very clean and for the price it was perfect. The front desk staff was very friendly and helped with my every need. The jacuzzi was small but did the trick. My girlfriend and I loved it. You should definitely stay here.

The hotel was very nice. The only disappointment I had was that I had requested a non-smoking room and got a smoking room instead, and the hotel was booked so was not able to change rooms.

"Good for me"
Let me say that I had no problems with anything, and I was completely happy and satisfied with everything. The location of the hotel is extremely convenient for anything you need to do at or around UCF. The staff of the hotel was helpful and friendly, and the room was very nice... Very roomy, clean and comfortable. Has everything you need.

"Very nice hotel"
We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The only reason I cannot give it the highest rating is because we were put in a smoking room. I understand that no room type is guaranteed, but since smoking vs non-smoking is a health issue, I believe that all hotels should find a way to make it happen. "99% satisfied with my stay"
Overall, my stay was extremely good! My only complaint was that on my checkout day, the cleaning lady would not stop knocking on the door while I was still sleeping. She said something about the water being turned off and that she needed to clean the bathroom before that time. I was going to be leaving soon, so I can't figure out why she couldn't wait […] for me to exit the room. That was not appropriate. Otherwise, I would reccomend the hotel to another person! Leia mais
"Great Service, Great Location"
We stayed here for a few days before a cruise. Location was great. It's one hour away from Cape Canaveral and very close to shopping and everything in Orlando. Hotel staff was very nice, except they didn't have free toothbrushes and toothpaste that most hotels offer. Surprising but not a big deal. They have a nice selection for the breakfast buffet. […] We prepaid for breakfast so we just tipped the cook and server. Both were very kind and helpful. Our server was also very thoughtful because he remembered what we liked and ordered the prior day. In fact, when we missed breakfast one day, the server offered us different foods that didn't require heating. This was especially thoughtful because he was in the middle of vacuuming the dining area when we walked up to him. The only drawback was the front desk person the morning we left. It wasn't a big deal, but his tone of voice seemed like he was annoyed. It's a good thing our last interactions before leaving were with the cook and the server who were kind and thoughtful. "Good value"
We were very satisfied with every aspect of our stay. We received coupons for free hot breakfasts, made to order, and it was very good. We would stay here again.
When we were in FL the weather was unusually cold. We were never able to turn the air condition to a warmer temp or lower the fan speed. Other than that the room was nice. A friend sent over a gift that was never delivered to our room nor were we notified we had a delivery. If our friend had not called to tell us to expect a delivery I am sure the hotel […] staff would have kept it. When I asked at the desk the desk attentadent was hesitant to even check on our package. I insisted she look for our gift and the gift was behind her on a counter. She gave me the gift and told me housekeeping was supposed to deliver it the day before! RIGHT!? It all seemed a little shaddy. On the second night there an arrest was made in the parking lot beside the hotel. "Good hotel"
The hotel was clean and felt safe. It was a great location and the staff was friendly. The bed was just 'ok' and the halls smelled a little musty but the room was good and we did not hear other guests through the walls. We'd stay here again if we need to be near UCF.
