Nov/2011. O hotel fica muito bem localizado, sendo possível um passeio pela rua mais movimentadas e pelas cataratas sem muito esforço. As instalações são boas, o quarto bem grande e o chuveiro muito bom. Conseguimos acessar a internet pelo nosso quarto, mesmo sem o hotel garantir isso. Os funcionários foram atenciosos, educados e prestativos. Nossa única insatisfação foi quanto ao aquecedor do quarto, que não estava funcionando muito bem (mas como não estava muito frio isso não foi um grande problema) e o estacionamento ser pago (10 dólares). Pela estrutura do hotel o estacionamento poderia ser de cortesia para os hóspedes.

"Not good value"
I only stayed at this hotel because I have to meet my friend there. She traved from the States with a group and had already booked this hotel. The location is AWEFUL. No restaurant closer-by. You need to walk miles before you can access any restaurant. One way street around the hotel. You need to drive a big circle under confusing bridges before you […] can get to anywhere. Hotel lobby smells strong chemical, cheap detergent. Sofa there was worn out and stained. Parking is $10 per day extra. Breakfast Buffet is over $10 per person and food is average. No fridge or microwave in the room, they cost another $10 per night. You can get much better value for your money if you choose other hotels in the area. Hotel receptionist was sweet and nice however she wouldn''t release my room number to my friend although I told her she has my permission to release my room number to this guest with this name. She even checked with her supervisor and came back to say no they can't do that, it's illegal. What kind of law was that? Washroom toilet paper holder had nasty stains. Toilet gets blocked for normal flush. At night, you can hear people walking by talking in the hallway so clearly as if they speak in your room. The wall must be paper thin. The only good thing about the hotel is the indoor swimming pool. My kids had a great time there. however I noticed the towl supply is limited. After my kids took 2, there's only 1 left there. "Great Hotel - convenient to Arena."
Great experience - Breakfast delish. The only complaint was the doors weren't that soundproof. You could hear the elevator (we were 2 doors down) and every yell to a whisper of people passing by - it felt as if they were right in the room. Staff was really pleasant and helpful - very clean and comfy.
"good stay for a weekend getaway"
we were on the 6th floor and had no problems. a/c was good as room was comfy. nice to have an indoor pool and fitness room, we would come back for another getaway.
"Shattered Expectation."
We were placed on the 6th floor and immediately as we got off the elevator, the smell of paint was overwhelming. The airconditioning unit was turned all the way down and we could not adjust it. When we complained to the front desk attendant the next day, all she said was sorry. I was upset that we were not even offered a voucher and her apology did […] not seem sincere. "Adams Mark in Buffalo NY-convenient location"
We chose this hotel for it's location to the HSBC Arena, where we had concert tickets. It was in walking distance. The only negative thing I would say is they had a strict check in policy. Check is at 3:00, firm. They would not let us check in at 2:00 when we arrived, or even at 2:55. So we sat in their lounge for over an hour, waiting.

"Adam's Mark in Buffalo - poor service and rooms"
Hotel staff was apathetic and not motivated to help out guests. Vending machines on all floors were out of water, etc., on a Friday night. Several hall lights flickered. Room furnishings were old, lumpy, low quality, and generally uncomfortable. Some of the surfaces were dirty. The only thing this hotel has is good proximity to the highway and HSBC […] Arena. "Very Nice!"
The Adams Mark is a very big hotel, able to accomadate many people. We stayed there because we were in town to see the hockey game. The Adams Mark is a great hotel if you're just in for a weekend trip. The staff was very friendly and nice, had a decent bar and restaurant. The only thing that I didn't like was it's a little outdated. Decor and ammenities […] could use a make over. Also if you want to leave the hotel it's bit of a walk to go anywhere, there isn't anything food or shopping wise close to it. I do recommed it if you're just in town for short stay. Leia mais

"Not wonderful"
Our room was very cold despite the fact that we kept turning up the heat. The room was clean and comfortable otherwise. The restaurant had a good breakfast buffet, but the lunch and dinner menus were a bit boring and somewhat overpriced. The wait staff was very friendly and helpful
"Bad room service, but sweet and helpful staff"
We are very pleased with the hotel. Great facilities including gym, pool, and sauna. Very nice and large room. Everything was very clean and tidy. The location is not great, there are pretty much nothing to do or see in downtown Buffalo. We chosed this hotel because of its location in relation to HSBC Arena. If you choose to stay here, take the bus […] or train 10-15 min north, to Elmwood. That neighbourhood is really nice. We ordered breakfast to our room our last morning. Unfortunately, the breakfast did not arrive. When we called the room service, they claimed that they had been "to busy" to process our order, however without telling us so. The room service staff was rude and not helpful at all. However, the have the sweetest staff at the restaurant. We talked to them about our missed breakfast, and got their breakfast buffet for free. "very dated"
the hotel ROOMS NEED A FACELIFT. ROOMS ARE DATED.and CARPET WAS BADLY STAINED. The view out of the room was a wall. windows were very dirty. the shower did not work, well. no water pressure.
"A tired hotel with a courteous staff"
While the location is good and the ballrooms were fine, the hotel needs an overhaul. The staff was courteous and helpful. If you're elderly or have physical issues, you'll have difficulties since the garage access is archaic. Stains were evident on the hallway carpets. Paint was peeling in some areas.

When we got in it was a beautiful lobby and nice room. However when night came people were loud which is fine but the walls are paper thin. So much that you can hear the people snoring in the other room. The shower went from scalding hot to freezing cold and then would turn off after running 2 minutes and then turn back on. When staff was told about […] this the lady just apologized and said there was nothing they could do for us! I called them the next day to complain about this event and they said they would call me back and never did. It was a very bad experience. "Trashy hotel-Read the fine print"
When we arrived they put us in room 264, then before we pulled out of the parking loop the guy was running out telling us they needed to change our room. They put us on the 8th floor-floors 3-8 full of teenagers and young adult worshipers and guys in white robes. Another man said there wasn't anyone there all week and that Sat. he was moved 3 times […] to get off the floors with the kids, nut the put us right in the middle of them. The bathroom was horrible, peeling paint, no water pressure. We booked a deluxe double - HAHA. Two double beds on queen bed frames, say good-bye to your ankles. A 20in. TV, no Fridge, but I guess for $15 they would roll one in. $10 to Park in their garage. Pool ClOSED. Carpets throughout the building STAINED - NASTY. Leia mais

"This hotel was one of the best I've ever stayed at!"
Clean rooms; great staff; great price; right in the middle of downtown Buffalo. Bar stayed open late which was nice as my flight was delayed into the late hours of the night. I would deinitely return and recommend anybody who will be visiting Buffalo.

"Good deal with discount"
nice room. good workout facility. not as "fancy" as name implies, but nice.
"Horrible"
Forget about sleep, the hotel is directly across from a major highway--- all you hear are cars ALL NIGHT LONG! It's one step above sleeping directly on the highway. The Internet was down more than up. Hotel is very very dated. I'll NEVER stay at this hotel again and I visit Buffalo weekly.

"No Control over Other Guests"
The hotel was basically clean, though somewhat outdated. The big problem is that the hotel had booked some sort of reunion, and the people staying on my floor were up all night in the hallways. I got no sleep. I called twice to the front desk and even threatened calling the Police. The hotel did nothing. There is clearly no management. A lot of money […] for a sleepless night. Beware. "Excellent Hotel"
The hotel stay was great, room was nice and clean. No problem getting online. Staff very nice and helpful. Only knock is the buffet, needs to be improved. Other than that we had a great stay.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff professional. I found lunch good value, . Breakfast buffet good value if you have a big appetite. If all you want is fruit, coffee and orange juice, works out expensive.
"Dissapointed"
The hotel was nice, but I had to wait in the lobby for 3 hours while they changed out the heater that did not work in the room. I was very dissapointed in the way they handled the situation. No one offed me to swtich room or anything. I had to wait downstairs when they could have given me a different room.

Meals: Dinner quality was well below price. Breakfast was a value. Room had odor...
