O hotel está muito bem localizado.... Utilizei o cofre, o serviço de concierge e sempre fui bem atendida pelos funcionários. Na reserva do meu quarto adquiri café da manhã para 2 pessoas porém, o café é a-la-carte e portanto, mais demorado do que um self-service. Sugestão: não comprar café da manhã do hotel e ir comer na padaria Au Bon Pain no caminho do hotel para a estação de trem (comunicação interna por dentro dos prédios). É mais barato e tem uma maior variedade de produtos.

Boa localização. É um ótimo hotel para quem quer um conforto por um bom preço. Não é luxuoso mas o atende a necessidade de quem precisa de um quarto limpo e aconchegante para dormir. A limpeza do quarto foi ótima e o atendimento dos funcionários também. O ar-condicionando é um pouco barulhento para os que tem dificuldade em dormir. No geral, vale a pena pelo custo-benefício.

"chicago conrad 1st class"
the service, rooms, and location were excellent, but the real pleasure was in the hospitality of the associates. they executed their jobs with caring behavior and genuine concern. it is so nice to experience a great city and stay with folks who wanted you to enjoy it.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Conrad Magnificent Mile Chicago which is in the heart of where it happens. Very accessible to great shopping, sights, dining and local parks and Navy Pier. Hotel was very well located at Northbridge Shops which made dining very convenient. Spent long weekend in Chicago. Perfect location for many activities and near all transportation. Hotel staff was very knowledgeable about sites and how to get there. Would definitely stay there again
Very much enjoyed our stay in Chicago, The hotel was great but customer service was not. Several times we sked for more towels ect. room phone was not working. We were told towels would be coming and some one would look at the phone. But know one came and NO towels were delivered. Nothing we asked for was taken care of....

Hotel was clean. The location is great if you want to spend time in the River North area, Mag. Mile, or go to the parks.

delighted with this hotel however when I called to ask about Self park fees, I was told $34.00 per day .. however when we arrived the fee was $40... not bad for Chicago but still, not what I was told on the phone.. also was not told that Hilton Honor points culd not be assessed because we used Hotels.com

Got a good rate, room, service and staff friendliness were excellent. Entrances to hotel are quirky...Rush St. entrance is a spacious portico which is good, but only has a lobby, as the reception is on 5th Floor, and Michigan Av. entrance is via a Mall and then a lift to reception. Just stayed for a 3 night vacation at the conrad with my wife. Great location, great service, loved the pillow menu and little details like complimentary shoeshine or extra bottled water delivered to room as well as the all Bose . A very comfortable room with nice amenities. Simple elegance is found here. It is quiet and relaxing while being in a very good location central to what Chicago has to offer. The only critique would be the rooms could be a bit larger. I would recommend this hotel.

A five-star hotel at a Hotels.com price. What a deal! This is a true luxury property in the heart of Chicago. It is conveniently located within walking distance of over 20 very nice restaurants and it is connected to a large shopping mall. The rooms were elegantly furnished and very comfortable. The only negative about this hotel would be food prices […] in the hotel restaurants. A bacon & egg breakfast cost more than what I paid for a three-course meal at a very nice Italian restaurant. Have stayed at a couple different hotels in years past and was looking for a clean,smoke free room. Front desk was very courteous. Would highly recommend a stay there. Liked that a bus route to the major museum area was right around the corner off Michigan Ave. You will appreciate the quality!
"Not Paying Attention"
The Conrad has all the right stuff - great bedding, fancy decorations, beautiful lobby, etc. However, they are seriously missing the boat when it comes to customer service and attention to detail. When I checked in, I went to get a glass of wine from the minibar, only to discover that everything in the fridge was warm. I called for help and was cheerfully […] told that they would send an engineer right away to fix it. In the meantime, I said, great, but what about a cold drink? They proceeded to send me 1 glass of wine via room service, without asking me if this would be okay. I paid $25 for 1 glass of wine. The minibar bottle would've given me 2 glasses for about $33. Nothing was said to me about this obvious difference. When I called to complain, I was made to feel cheap. To me, it was not the money, it was the principle. The next morning, my bill showed that I had eaten something out of the minibar. I had not. I called, and they said that the automatic sensors in the minibar must have triggered something (duh - when the engineer came and took the entire fridge out of its compartment to fix it), and they took the charge off. They also took $10 off my room service bill, but I was still annoyed that nobody bothered to apologize or acknowledge the fact that I was overcharged. Also, when they fixed the minibar fridge, they did not replace anything in it. The guy said, it'll take a while for things to cool down. Oh, really? How about the warm beer, that was once cold, that will now taste disgusting? I guess they're saving that for the next person who checks into my room and has no idea. Another annoyance was that the lighted mirror in our bathroom did not work. When I plugged it in, it made 2 other lights in the bathroom go off, and then it never would come on. It seems that the Conrad thinks it can spend a lot of money to make itself look beautiful, without worrying about each customer's experience. I don't think they go into the rooms and check them out. EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS. HAD A LITTLE TROUBLE FINDING THE PLACE TO PULL IN OUR CAR TO CHECK IN. (USED SELF-PARK NEARBY AND DO NOT RECOMMEND.) OTHERWISE, IT IS AN EXCELLENT HOTEL AND WE ENJOYED OUR STAY.

Staying at the Conrad was a delight. We got a great deal making a reservation months in advance through hotels.com. The room was very spacious. It was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in - and definitely the friendliest.

"Conrad- good locale, poor room service"
With all the great restaurants just steps away, make sure you take advantage of them. We were not feeling well so got room service one evening. It was a pricey mistake.

We really enjoyed our two night stay at The Conrad. The location was great, we could walk almost anywhere and the room was very nice. The only complaints I have are minor. The shower had a very weak stream and we seemed to run out of hot water and the water pipes were kind of loud; I could hear the water turning on and off when the other guests were […] showering. This was our first time to this city. The Conrad met all our expectations and then some. It is a fabulous hotel in an amazing city. We loved every second of our time there. The friendly service, elegance and beauty of this hotel will impress even the pickiest of hotel guests. We stayed there for three nights and it was worth every penny!

Room was large and beautifully furnished. great bed and pillows. huge television. Very friendly and courteous staff. We'll definitely stay here again. We think the room was a great value.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Conrad Hotel - it's a quality hotel in a great location in downtown Chicago. The biggest gripe we had was regarding the level of noise coming from other rooms/hallway/floor above. We are not light sleepers and had even had a few beverages before our return to the hotel but each of us still managed to be woken up […] multiple times by noises coming from all directions. At one point, stomping from above, the next screaming neighbors in the room nextdoor, and the next from guests in the hallway. Full conversations of the guests in surrounding rooms could be heard at various times throughout our stay - we got to know our neighbors well without ever meeting them! All in all, I would recommend the Conrad based on the comfort of the bed, bedding, the friendly concierge and bellmen, etc. If you are counting on catching up on sleep while in Chicago, then the Conrad would not be my recommendation to you. I booked a night at the COnrad for my anniversary, and we enjoyed our night there thoroughly. The atmsospehere of the hotel was ery nice, and it was centrally located to A TON of restaurants and places to shop. The food and drinks in the hotel were kind of pricey (which was expected), but the food and service were phenonemal. "Great value & location"
Wonderful staff, prime location, amazing room, incredible value. I will stay here any time I am in the city. Within a 10-15 minute walk of everything that makes River North and the lake shore so appealing.

Everything was perfect for our stay. Great location. Parking was pricey, but then all Chicago parking has gotten outrageous.... Would recommend to anyone who can afford or get a good deal.

we hated it. they charged me for everything in the fridgerater without telling us there was no signs that we needed to pay for it. and they told us on the website that the room has a hot tub and it didn't.

This hotel has no pool and no on-premise spa. Also, there is no real lobby. The fitness room is only average. The Intercontinental across the street has a large (and historic) pool and offered a better room rate.
