We stayed in room 2B the first night and had to keep the bathroom door closed and the fan on all night. The room smelled like waste, but could not determine where the smell was coming from (sink, shower, or toilet). The rooms are all newly remodeled, but the quality is poor. We called immediately to get a room change, they showed us a room on the 3rd and 4th floor and were able to move the next day. The new room on the 4th floor overlooked Earls Court tube depot. I thought it was fun, but is work my wife up at 6:30AM. The one plus is the location, we used the tube constantly and were able to see all the sights easily. Great, safe neighborhood. I am sure there are other hotels that are better for the same price though.

I travel a lot and I have never slept in a "closet" with a bed inside. It was so small that i could not even turn around. I complaint about it at the reception desk but they were very unfriendly and could not help me. The images on the website are really nice, but if you compare it to room 50 (I got), they are drawing a positive picture which is not the case. Further it is very noisy and uyou have to take the stairs all the time as the elevator is too slow and small.

The room was extremely small but was absolutely fine for what we needed - a room for a night close to Earls Court. Wouldn't stay for a long period but was fine for a night. Biggest complaint was the radiator behind the head of the bed - woke very hot as had not spotted it before going to sleep

Will come back here, but get an apartment - quite like being at home really. Very central, easy to get around and very pleasant staff

great location close to underground and nice restaurants. Very nice breakfast - one down side - tiny room! Not even enough room for a chair

This hotel was chosen for proximity to Earls Court Exhibition Centre and availability of Internet access. The location was very good, however, the driving instructions/map to locate the hotel should be more definitive. Driving around all the one-way streets at night trying to find the hotel was frustrating, and there is no place to park the car, even to drop off your bags. But once found, the hotel is good value particularly for business people

Minus: bittelite rom, bittelitt usentralt og lite utvalg i frokost (den som er inkludert i prisen). Pluss: hyggelig betjening, rent, rett ved underground (Earls Court) og mange hyggelige restauranter og cafeer. Stort pluss: veldig rolig strøk som gjorde underverker for nattesøvnen. Passelig for par på tur.

Hotellet ligger godt - tæt på Earls Court Underground station og flere gode spisesteder. Der er god service - værelserne er af meget varierende størrelse. Morgenmad Ok - men ikke varieret fra dag til dag. Vi kunne sagtens tænke os at bo der igen.

Nära tuben på rätt linje till och från heathrow. Små rum, genomtänkt i de små detaljerna, fin entré, vacker inredning, bra pris, bra service. Ett utmärkt hotell.

Venligt og fungerende hotel med en god central beliggenhed

Rolig sidegate, nær undergrunn, men fikk trangt rom i underetasje som ikke kunne benyttes til annet enn å sove. Nytt bad som var bra men trangt. Ikke trafikkstøy. Normal grei frokost, men heller ikke mer. Velger nok et annet hotel en annen gang, men tror nok ikke andre i denne prisklassen er noe bedre.
