O hotel é muito bem localizado, a estrutura do hotel é muito boa e a decoração e arquitetura do hall e dos quartos impressionante. O bar e a boate do hotel são ótimos, garantindo diversão mesmo sem sair do hotel. O único porém é o quarto, que apesar de ser muito bonito, é extremamente pequeno, mesmo os quartos superiores como o que reservei! A localozação é ótima, mas o hotel tem um serviço muito ruim e o quarto é muito, muito pequeno, apertado! Tivemos problema com a calefação, estava muito quente, e o atendimento demorou 4 horas! Só fomos atendidos na quarta reclamação !

Excelente hotel e excelente localização! Os quartos são realmente pequenos, porém o charme compensa qualquer aperto. E o hotel é maravilhoso! Não é mesmo para ficar dentro do quarto. Já recomendei a todos meus amigos e nas próximas oportunidades não hesitarei em retornar a este hotel.

Segunda viagem a NYC e primeira hospedagem no Hudson Hotel. O Hotel é mto bonito e surpreendente. Todo o projeto das áreas públicas são modernos. Os quartos são pequenos, mas dentro do padrão NY. Recomendaria para qualquer amigo em busca de um ótimo Hotel em NYC.

O hotel é interessante pois tem uma decoração muito descolada e acontecem eventos todos os dias tornando a recepção muito barulhenta e agitada.Localização excelente,mas o quarto de casal que fiquei é para uma pessoa e com uma mala de mão.O café da manhã gira em torno de US$ 35,00 p/p.

Gosto muito do Hotel é a minha terceira vez como hóspede. Muito interessante para pessoas de 30 a 40 anos.

O hotel é bem bonito e as pessoas simpáticas. Porém o quarto individual é muuuito pequeno, o chuveiro não esquentou por duas noites e os barulhos nos corredores são altissimos. Fora isso a localização é boa, o lugar é limpo e o preço ok.

Great location and design. Nice bar. All the rest mediocre. Rooms are too small, noisy, without sun light ( the courtyard ones) and the service nothing special. Next time in NY i will find another place...

The Hudson is aesthetically arresting and visually gratifying. If you like concept hotels, this is the place for you. However, if you like creature comforts don't book this hotel. The rooms are the size of monastic cells and the bed mattress was thin and hard. My bathroom smelled a bit moldy but to my surprise it was a real bathroom kitted out with […] a soaking tub. I know! I was given 3 rooms: The first one I walked into was occupied by a girl. I am just glad she wasn't in the room, that could have been really awkward. All her belongings where there and I could have taken whatever I wanted and move on. Then the front desk needed to talk 10 minutes to the manager to give me another room. I couldn't open this one as it […] was locked from the inside. I could only open it a couple inches until the inside guard stopped the door. Downstairs again, and this time really unhappy, they finally walked me up to a room that was available. They did not give me an upgrade, nobody officially apologized nor did they do anything to accommodate for this. Then the Hotel bar, was guarded by a door guy who let a bunch of very questionable individuals in which where greeted by handshake, while hotel guests had to wait 15 mins. I was into Lova the same night within 1 minute without having to pay anything or take a table (one of the better clubs in town). Overall, for the money there are better places to stay at. The room was tiny and poorly laid out, even by New York City standards. No drawers for clothing, only shelves in a tiny closet. The hotel has no room service available at all. The wall-mounted TV is large and the pay-per-view movie selection very broad, but the TV overhangs the bed just enough to bump into it regularly as you are getting out of bed. […] The tub at one point backed up into the room and left a black residue which was still there AFTER housekeeping "cleaned" the room. Bathroom sink was cracked. Many tiles in bath floor and walls were cracked or grout was missing or was stained. Bed had tons of human hair below the bottom sheet and above the mattress cover. Just stayed at the Hudson NY, Jan 27-29, 2012. I love the location just behind the Time Warner building at Columbus circle in the S/E corner of Central Park. However, the Hotel itself, although trendy, was somewhat uncomfortable. The building was once a girl's dormitory, so the rooms are tiny. The bed was lumpy and could feel the mattress springs. The […] TV was mounted a mere 5 feet from the headboard on the side wall, too close to my face and too high above the bed to view, especially since it couldn't tilt downward. Don't stay in a room lower than the 8th floor or you'll hear the club music playing all night long. Overall, a nice hotel at a fair price except for those complaints I've listed above. Thisis a great hotel except for the tiny bathroom..the overall design is really fun, all employees are super helpful, and the location is great.

The standard room was the size of a coffin. The room keys never worked and had to remade every time I went in. All the plumbing backed up. The hotel may have been the hippest place 10 years ago but is showing it's age. There were beautiful outdoor areas that were all closed even though it was 60 degrees. Great hotel for the price, small rooms, clean, good location, nice staff.

I stayed Jan when prices where cheap. The rooms are extremely small and bathrooms barely able to turn around in. It is a very dark hotel with wood panelling everywhere and a gun metal grey in the corridors for the rooms which gives it a slightly dingy feel. The surrounding area (hells kitchen/central park) is a great for food and walks plus your only […] 10min walk from timesquare or 5th Avenue which is a plus. Very noisy area, I was on the 14th floor and the traffic noise was still very loud. Its really about image in this hotel with a very nice library room the dining area is an interesting mix of 14th century style with a huge 360 degree screen around the wall. The bars though v expensive seem to attract the 'it' crowd... Wonderful location. Accommodating staff. Fantastic ambiance. Rooms very small but completely and thoughtfully planned. Every convenience was met. Will definitely return! !

Had a great time at this hotel. The decor is amazing and the club downstairs is a hot spot! The room was nicely designed and the bed, comfortable. The only downside was that the heating unit started making buzzing noises in the middle of the night. I didn't want to switch rooms so I elected to just turn the heater off. I After reading some reviews that the rooms were small, I booked anyway, I just needed to sleep for 24 hours before getting the keys and moving into my new NYC apt. He hopped in a cab with me, carried my luggage up at my building and the cab driver they knew returned him back to the hotel free of charge!! Never in my LIFE have I been treated so well! Simply put - the Hudson is the best place to stay in the city. Absolutely love it!

lobby is great but rooms are not. Very very small. cannot even fit through bathroom door. Platform bed with no boxspring so firm that the floor may be a better alternative.Bathrrom tiny and shower shares wall with interior wall. very wierd.

fantastic hotel - chic, comfortable, and perfect location for all things mid-town. stone's throw from lincoln center to the west and central park to the north, and some great sushi restaurants. our 2 double bed (1 adult, 2 teens) room was cozy and spacious at the same time.

You want a hotel that was once a student dorm? The Hudson is up your ally. With it's small size room, was still elegant and has class. Very friendly staff and a great location in mid town. We had a very small room, which we expected and didn't spend any time in it except to sleep the first night we got back to go to bad around 11 pm and noticed that the room was warm. We turned the thermostat down and the air came on but as soon as it hit the temperature it was set at the heat came on. At first I thought I had fixed it so we went to bed […] an at midnight I woke up and it was so hot in the room I was having trouble breathing. I picked up the phone to call the front desk and it didn't work so I had to look up the phone number and call from my cell phone. They sent someone up to fix it about a half hour later. He had to pull the bed out from the wall and take the part of the wooden wall apart to get to the heating unit. This room is so small we had to stand in the bathroom as he did this. then he ask if we thought we would need heat, which of course we replied no to because we were only staying that night. He basically shut the heat off so I feel sorry for the people that came in next because they could only get cold air. As other people have said it is very dark in all the lounges so unless you are trying to hide from someone I wouldn't recommend this place. We've stayed at other Morgans Hotels that were great. Got back to my room the first night at 11:30pm. The heat was broken and the room was 90 degrees. Turned the heat completely off and called the front desk asking for a new room. No rooms. Asked them to move me to a new hotel. They said, well, that may take awhile, but we can send maintenance up immediately. Fell asleep waiting for "immediately" and was […] woken up at 12:30am by maintenance. Told them to leave me be. Informed the front desk the following morning about the problem again, asking for maintenance to either fix the problem, or provide a new room. Returned late that night, and the heat was still completely off, suggesting nothing was done. Room was still extremely warm, making for another miserable night. I have stayed here before happily. Not sure if the lack of service was due to booking through hotels.com or just a bad group of people working those two days, but am now skeptical about both. Leia mais

I read the reviews before I booked regarding the small room sizes but I wanted to be near central Park. The location is wonderful. A ten minute walk straight into Times Square. A five minute walk to the New York Ballet and Cinema and you just walk across the road and you are in Central Park. I arrived after a long overnight flight at 7am expecting just […] to drop my bag until a room was ready later. I was offered a room on the 6th Floor that was ready then. It was not on the road side and was really quiet. I took a nap and was ready to Trek. I have two negative comments. The rooms are really tiny. I am 5.2" and had a hard time maneuvering around. It would be very tight for two and you had better be good friends with your travel buddy as there is a glass wall and a thin curtain separating you in the shower!!. The other comment is the prices in the bar. $18 for a glass of wine and $15 for a Gin and Tonic. I spent my evenings in the Coliseum bar along the street where I could get great food and an $8 glass of good wine. Apart from the two negatives The Hudson is a really cool Hotel. Nice enough hotel, lobby was cool, but holy cow the rooms are SMALL. I'm mildly claustrophobic and nearly had an anxiety attack when I first walked into the room. Got over it soon enough, but I've stayed at plenty of New York hotels at that price range that didn't make me feel like I was in an Airstream.

Amazing concierge! Interesting bar. No room service which was very strange. Especially since The Hudson restaurant was closed for an event. All that was a available to eat at the hotel was the junk food in the vending machines. The rooms were small as everyone said... But cozy.

I loved this hotel. The room was very small and utilitarian, but the rest of the hotel was gorgeous. Olivia checked me in and set the bar for great customer service throughout my stay. It's a great value for its location. And who spends a weekend in NYC in the room anyway?

Couldn't believe my eyes when I was assured a standard room, alerted them i'd be checking in late, and was diven a "dorm room." i could not even fit on the bed. the next day they tried to move me to bed I would fit on, but when I unlocked the door to the room, another couple was inside and "engaged." mortified. they moved me again to an upgraded room, […] but the air did not work. two nights of no sleep. i've since written the managers but so far, no response. The Hudson is in the middle of a major restoration, but that doesn't give it a free pass from providing decent rooms. The room I was given was an "upgrade", it was freezing cold, the phone didn't work, and literally the room was falling apart. The staff are very good, but the hotel is a dump.

Nice hotel, unfortunately no free Wi Fi in the room, and check-in and out slow because of lack of staff. But overall a pleasant stay

Perfect hotel for 1 or 2 nights. Very poor restaurant and bar service. The breakfast is priced based on 5 star hotel. The building and deco very original.

They need a sign at the door that says, "You must be THIS hip to stay here." We saw a lot of older people and families with children wandering around looking a tad bewildered. The place is basically an upscale youth hostel, and it's the young that will most enjoy the place. Rooms are well furnished, clean, and microscopically small. But it's not like […] you'll be staying in the room much. The lobby, lounge and bar/billiard room are the places to people watch. They can use a few more lightbulbs in the lobby, though. Too dim. I found this hotel to be the most unique I think Ive ever stayed in! While some complained of the dark lobby, we found it very soothing after a long drive and negotiating Manhattan traffic! Room was very small, and the booking agent was way off when she told us there was a river view, but otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.
