O Hotel é simples, porém muito bem localizado. A uma quadra do Hotel, em caminhada bem tranquila, tem-se bom supermercado, um Mac Donald's, um pequeno centro de compras com loja da Ross - a rua fica entre as Hollywood Blvd e a Sunset que se estendem para importantes pontos turísticos. Acabei de me hospedar neste Hotel. O apto é modesto, o banheiro pequeno e simples; no entanto sempre que chegávamos, estava bem arrumado, cheiroso, com boas toalhas e sempre repondo-se os sabonetes e shampoos. A recepção é super simples, onde é servido o café da manhã - tem-se bons donut's doces, croissant, café americano e suco de laranja. Tem-se Wi-fi com bom acesso rápido à internet e na recepção um computador com uso livre para o hóspede por 15 min. Impressão é cobrado US$ 0.50 por folha. Eu e minha família curtimos bastante a estadia no mesmo. Voltaríamos sim.

O fato de ter o metro ao lado do hotel, onde pode-se ir a vários pontos da Hollywood Boulevard, inclusive a Universal Studios, já tem minha preferência, o preço é outro ponto a favor. Hotel para se hospedar apenas para dormir, excelente custo-benefício . Li um relato que uma hospede pagou para receber encomendas no hotel, mas isso não aconteceu comigo. Recebi encomendas e não me cobraram nada. Recomendo

Foi uma estadia muito boa. O atendimento éxcelente e o conforto muito bom. Ao lado da Universal e perto de tudo.

After some prior bad experiences with Best Western, we were pleasantly surprised to find this dated, but clean and comfortable hotel with great public transportation access to the floats in Victory Park. Great mixed asian food nearby at Oishi. Good hotel breakfast but very few tables.

Overall it was ok; just ok. Nothing was horrible, but it was nowhere near as nice as other comprably priced hotels we stayed in other parts of So CA this trip. They recently wallpapered our room, so it looked nice, but it had a strong musty smell. I'm glad they didn't try to drown it out with air fresheners which would have only added to the problem. […] It was unclear whether they had water damamge and the mustiness ( & new wallpaper) was a result, or if some mold had built up in the AC. The rest of the motel facilities are a bit rundown. (office/eating area, laundry, exterior) We had breakfast just one day because it ends at 9, and it's just as well as breakfast was pretty bad. Free internet was nice. It isn't a place to run screaming from, but I wouldn't revisit it or recommend it to others. Leia mais

Hotel room was really nice clean and bed was very comfortable. Hotel location was very convenience to our workshop destination in Pasadena Old Downtown. The only thing I find kind of inconvenience was the breakfast room was too small and to crowded with no room to serve breakfast without having to bump into another person while serving breakfast or […] have to wait until people moved out of the way. "More than fair!"
Nice value for the dollar! Best part was the staff. Very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Rooms are small but clean. Decent pool/hot tub area. I'll stay there again.

Hotel is nice & clean. Better than expected room conditions. Continental breakfast has different variaties. You can make fresh pancake on your own, it's great. I would love to visit next time when I am in town.

"Perfect location for our purposes."
We were visiting Cal Tech, and this motel was both affordable and convenient.
"Did not like my stay at all."
The hotel heater did not work and I arrived very late at night and was not willing to call the front desk and wait up even longer to have the heater serviced or change rooms. In the morning I looked at the heater for a closer look and noticed the plug was not in the wall all the way and was not in a location that would have easily be knocked out of […] the receptacle. When I mentioned to the hotel clerk that heater did not work he said under his breath I'm sorry. very weak response. I did not see him enter in the computer the heater needed assistance or anything. Nice size room and convenient for my business. A little noisey, but that can be expected on a busy street. The matress was not the best. I would suggest flipping every month like we do at home.

We were there for 3 nights. The room was completely satisfactory; bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good but not great: better than a traditional "Continental Breakfast" as it had make-your-own waffles along with an assortment of packaged muffins, fruit, cereal, and juice, but not fantastic as they had a pretty limited choice of cereals and did […] run out of fruit. "Cheap but noisy"
Expected a lot better from Best Western. It was more like a Motel 6. Good price on the room. I guess thats why they put us in a noisy room. If we did not put on the AC/HEAT we would not have been able to sleep with all the street traffic noise. When we got there, we did not have any cold water. We just drove in from Phoenix. So instead of transferring […] us to another room they called maintenance to fix the problem. It would have not been a problem if we had somewhere to go, we just wanted to take a shower and a nap before we went out on the town. They fixed it,but it took 30 minutes. Leia mais
""Great room for the Money"
The staff were very friendly. My only problems with the room was the A/C did not work properly took several hours to cool down the room, and the shower hot water did not get real hot.

"Great Value Hotel"
I was in LA on business and decided to stay out in Pasadena to get away from the city. While the traffic getting out to the hotel was horrendous during rush hour, the hotel was very well maintained, the staff was extremely helpful, and the room was very clean. The price was also perfect!
