Quem busca excelente localizacao, onde gastos c transporte somente se faz necessario se for ate Sul de Manhattan...resto a pe sem problemas...nada q um bom tenis e alongamento nao resolvam! 02 Quadras de Times Square e dos principais Teatros! Quarto honesto, boa cama e chuveiro, al'em da limpeza parecer em dia. Sem duvida, o recomendamos!

O hotel praticamente não tem nada ao redor, só um 7/11 que quebra bem o galho. Porém é muito rápido se deslocar de lá até qualquer lugar de carro; exceto Nova Iorque - pegue o trem. O quarto é limpo e confortável e os funcionários são educados. O café da manhã é simples, mas resolve. Pelo valor, vale a pena com certeza.

This was a very nice hotel. The suite was large and very comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. The concierge was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Perfect location for time square and theatre district. Overall excellent. Will definitely stay there again.
"Better than I expected"
Even though I paid a little more this year for a room it was well worth it. I had an exhausting flight from Australia and had been waiting at the airport for over an hour to be picked up. The staff were sympathetic and took my bags to my room. The restaurant food was superb after my long flight. I even met the chef the next day. All the staff were very […] friendly and I got personalised service for breakfast each morning. It had free internet and for Manhattan the room was a good size with a walk-in wardrobe and even chocolate mints on my pillow each night. Also the air conditioning is central unlike most of the hotels I've stayed in NYC. I would stay here again. It's also close to many restaurants and a short walk to Times Square and the subway. "Hotel Iroquois"
My husband and I spent three wonderful nights at The Iroquois Hotel in Manhattan. Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was tastefully decorated. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. The linens were super quality. The personnel were helpful and very courteous. On my birthday, they hotel sent up a bottle of wine and chocolate […] covered strawberries. Although we arrived three hours earlier than check-in we were given the keys to our room immediately - what a wonderful surprise! The only minus I could list would be the size of the bathroom. It was surprisingly tiny, albeit very well equipped. I will recommend this lovely hotel to friends and am sure that I will be returning for another stay there they next time we go to New York. "Great location & service, just a few hiccups"
Overall, my husband and I were satisfied with our stay at the Iroquois. Hotel staff was always friendly and helpful. Despite a smaller room than we're used to, we were quite comfortable. I appreciated the complimentary use of a bath robe and slippers, as well as the nightly turn-down service with chocolates. The carpet could use an update - felt a little […] weird so we typically wore our slippers in the room. We loved the location - even closer to Times Square than I had anticipated - and just a few blocks from Grand Central Station, which made getting around by subway convenient. There were only two negatives, and both could have been specific to our room. Our electronic room keys didn't always work well. My husband's key almost always worked, but mine rarely did (replaced it a couple of times). Also, one of the reasons we chose this hotel was for the free wi-fi, but our connection was dodgy at best, and I finally turned it off on my phone and relied solely on 3G. I would definitely consider staying here again, but I'll probably research other options before deciding for sure. Leia mais

This is a wonderful hotel. It is small and elegant. It's quiet and stately. The staff is exceptionally friendly. It's in a very convenient location. Also, the rooms are lovely, and immaculate. It will always be my first choice in New York.

Perfect location for a perfect hotel. We loved that this hotel was 5 minute walk from Times Square. The isn't a big hotel but it was very personal. The room was big enough for the both of us very comfy. The only downside was that the mirror over the desk was tinted so I was unable to blowdry my hair so had to do it in the bathroom (a bit dangerous really) […] but other than that the fluffy towels and dressing gown were lovely. "Great location and staff...very accommodating"
My stay at The Iroquois was wonderful and I would recommend this place to everyone! I was in NYC for work for the majority of the week and had a friend fly out to join me for the weekend. Originally I booked a single room but then asked if I could be moved to a room with two beds in time for my friend’s arrival. The staff said this wouldn’t be a problem […] and they moved my belongings to the new room while I was out for the day at work. Additionally, I gave the front lobby staff my guest’s name and he had no problem getting a key right away and being escorted to the room with his luggage. I concluded a pleasant stay at the Iroquois that was marred only by the problematic key cards I was issued that took at least four or five tries (and as many as ten tries on occasion) to read. "Great Location BUT..."
I cannot recommend this hotel. There is no individual control over the AC or heat. We had maintenance adjust the AC down but it never really cooled off enough to sleep. Not enough plugs and the free wireless does not work for iPads. There is no counter space in the bathroom and no overhead lighting. GREAT LOCATION. Close enough to theatre district to walk but quiet enough street to avoid hustle bustle and honky noise of Times Square. Easy walk to Madison and Fifth, or to West side. Wonderful dining choices on street of restaurant and also in vicinity. We visited New York on a short break on 29 April, my husband and two children 9 and 3. The hotel was welcoming, clean, the staff were friendly and the location was great. Nothing was too much trouble and we would definitely stay there again.
The blind in the room was really dusty! It also didn't close properly, so that disturbed me. The temperature control in the room didn't work. When reported to the front desk, they said they would report it to the engineers, and the temp was then adjusted externally, bet I couldn't control it. The room we were originally assigned had a queen bed rather than the requested king, but we asked to be moved if possble and the desk complied (after reminding us they weren't obligated to do so). "Lovely hotel experience marred by outlook of room"
Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was lovely apart from the need to keep the blinds closed tight at all times of day and night which gave it a claustrophobic feel - a serious negative for me. My window looked directly into adjacent room windows on either side (whose occupants also had to keep their blinds closed) and across at […] a patio. I had booked 5 months in advance with a request for a room with a street view, so I was disappointed when told that nothing else was available. "Nice, but not worth the money"
A very nice hotel in a great location. Friendly front desk staff, but bell/door staff was inattentive. We chose a room on the air shaft to avoid street noise, but on the second floor it might as well not have had windows - no light and if you opened the window for air the sound of air conditioning equipment was overwhelming. Every hotel in NYC with any quality or good location is expensive and the Iroquois is no exception. But it is no more expensive than average and the quality of room, service and location is the best. Room was very comfortable and large by NYC standards. Staff were nice and helpful. Shuttle made it easy to get back to JFK with minimum of fuss and cost. […] Location is perfect. The best thing, however, is it has character, charm and class. If you are tired of bland, sterile expensive hotels, try this one with old world charm. "Great Stay"
The staff at the hotel was very nice and very helpful. When we checked in there was a problem with the heat in our room, it was 81 degrees and would not go down. The front desk sent someone up as soon as we called. The heat would not go down so they upgraded us to a much cooler and larger room. The hot apple cider in the lobby was so good. We had a wonderful stay at the Iroquois. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms well appointed and comfortable and the staff efficient and thorough. The hotel is in a great location close to the Theater District and easy transportation.

We just loved this hotel. The price was great for the location and the staff was so nice and sweet. The concierge evn gave me some stamps out of her purse when I asked where I could buy some. Attractive centrally located boutique hotel with easy access to theater district and to public transit for museums, Greenwich Village, Soho and other tourist destinations. Excellent concierge service and very good, but expensive restaurant. Plenty of choices for other places to eat at varying price points in the neighborhood and good cafes at the museums. […] Our room was comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated, but exceedingly small. "I will return to the Iroquois whenever I am in NYC"
The Iroquois was a treat. The staff was friendly and helpful without being obsequious. The room was comfortable, the beds were excellent. The bathroom was modest in size, as you would expect in NYC, but everything needed was handy and first class. The Moulton Brown soaps etc were my favorite, the robes provided were by Frette. This hotel is wonderful. A couple of pleasant blocks from the theaters (but not in the honking din of Times Square) and half a block from H&M, Barami, and Urban Outfitters clothing stores. What a great find.......for seasoned travellers who don't always want big and noisy this is a little gem. "Close to the shows"
The service we received from the concierge was nothing less than FANTASTIC! This trip was last minute and he found tickets to a show for us then delivered them to us personally at the restaurant where we were dining.
"Heating problems"
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast at Triomphe was excellent. One complaint was that the heating in my room was never quite satisfactory. Despite my complaints to the hotel, the air coming through the heating vents was never warm.

Th hotle is in a convenient location. The rooms are extremely well appointed and very nicely updated -- not big by any means, but just right. The room ammenities are great -- Frette linens/towels and Molton Brown bath products can't be beat. I would recommend this hotel.

Great boutique hotel. Staff very nice and hotel clean and comfortable. Room was quiet and very clean, comfortable, and nicely appointed. Loved the plush robes - very comfy. Hotel is 2 blcs from Times Sq and shopping. Very good price for this hotel and parking. Would definitely stay again.
