O hotel está totalmente reformado,mas os quartos são muito pequenos, e os travesseiros ruins. A limpeza é boa, mas as toalhas de banho são de baixa qualidade. Falta um frigobar no quarto. Os funcionarios são educados e prestativos.O bairro é bom e tem tudo perto, inclusive lojas de griffes. Tem uma padaria otima perto. Quartos pequenos porem muito limpos. Bom atendimento. Hotel com localização privilegiada. Esquina da Broadway Ave., a 1 quadra do onibus/metrô ( com 3 linhas) , e a 4 quadras do Central Park. Comercio total nos arredores. Excelente localização...recomendo.

Eu e meu marido tivemos uma grande decepção quando chegamos, pois o hotel é minúsculo, inclusive o corredor. Tivemos que encostar a cama em uma das paredes para colocar as malas, no chão mesmo, pois não havia cadeiras no quarto, claro nem caberiam. O banheiro também era minúsculo, não era possível fechar a porta para usar a pia, que também era minúscula. […] Ao contrário da pia a torneira era grande demais, então para lavar o rosto a água caia no chão e a banheira também era pequena. A única coisa boa era a limpeza. Hotel com ótima localização proximo a estação de Metrô e ao Central Park, ambiente muito limpo, atendimento nota 10 o único ponto negativo é o tamanho dos quartos que poderia ser um pouquinho maior mas mesmo com esse pequeno detalhe valeu cada centavo pago e com certeza me hospedarei lá em uma nova oportunidade.

This hotel was OK. The room was teeny tiny, knocked your elbows on the walls tiny. Sheets were mildly stained, not gross yucky stains, but old pen marks and the like - you didn't really want to crawl between them. "More cramped and twice as expensive as Tokyo"
The room was barely large enough for the bed, with no clothes dresser, no desk, not even a chair, and no place to open a single suitcase other than on top of the bed. The entire bathroom was smaller than my stall shower at home. This was more cramped than the Japanese "business hotel" rooms I have stayed in in Tokyo, but the price was twice as high […] as Tokyo. "smallest room ever"
We have slept at this Hotel twice because we did not know that the room are the smallest I have ever seen anywhere. We taught we had seen small rooms elsewhere in the world but this Hotel wins the CAKE. We were in NYC to take a boat for a cruise so the night before our cruise the room ventilation was very noisy and it took us a while to understand that […] it was not a parked truck outside that had it's motor running but that it was the floor bellow us ventilation system that was making that noise. The bed was not very comfortable. The second room after the cruise was a bit bigger but not enough since we had to put our luggage in the bathtub to make sure we would have room to move in the room. The washroom was almost half the size of the room and our cabin during the cruise was way bigger. The price was fair but I did not like the service. "Very clean but small"
I stay at the Belnord often when I am in NYC. It is very convenient for my business when I am in town, and it is also very clean and well maintained. I believe that the rooms have been recently renovated. The only challenge is that the rooms are very small. "Hotel Belnord: Good Price, Good Room,Good Area"
This was a very nice, small,clean,quiet hotel in a great neighbourhood with good shopping and close access to the park and museums. Perfect if you want a taste of the life New York residents live, Very convenient if you want to get downtown as it is one block to the subway and about 10 minutes to Times Square.

we got the same room. this time a little less painful but still need time to ask for code to get to internet. people could be nicer working behind the desk. toilet got a little dirtier than last time tho.

This modest hotel has a wonderful location one block from the 86th street and Broadway IRT subway stop, and one block in the other direction to Amsterdam Avenue and many,many wonderful restaurants. Hi All, Just stayed at the Belnord--was excited to stay--the location is great. I stayed in a single room--the room was clean, but wow was it spartan and absolutely tiny! Definitely the smallest hotel I have ever stayed in--including my national and international travels. It was pleasant enough, but for me, it was difficult to get over how tiny the […] room was. You open the door, there is the bed and that is pretty much the size of the room. Also, the heating system was excessively noisy. On the plus side, the location is great if you want to be on the upper west, and right next to 1 train, one block away on 86th st. From check in to check out, my stay was delightful and very comfortable. Staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Definitely plan on putting this hotel on my short list when in New York.

Yes, the rooms in this hotel are very, very small - in fact it is the smallest room I've ever stayed in. Even with the smallness of the room and space in general, it was a great place to stay. You can't beat the location on the Upper West Side - many restaurants and sites to see very close by. Walking distance to Central Park and great shopping very […] close by. And the price is one of the lowest in town. The entire hotel was VERY clean - no worry of bed bugs or other critters here! I didnt stay the whole night, but i will say my stay was great and even though i didnt get to check out, when i called to check out , the staff was great and ensured me everything would be okay. I will visit again soon and i will recommend to my friends as well.

This hotel was very clean. The room had nice real wood trim, as did the hallways. It's a small room, but the bed was comfortable, nice flat screen TV, good heat and is literally 1 block from the subway. There is a Starbucks just around the corner. Great location - clean neighborhood with lots of food offerings! Cozy room - not much of it even by NY standards!! We only slept there so it didn't matter. There was a nice closet with shelves to store luggage so you didn't trip all over yourself. "December stay at the Belnord"
There are only two areas I would recommend for improvement one is telephone service. Since I visit my son it's important for to be able to call him with no charge, he lives only two blocks from your hotel. The next recommendation I would made is to have sports on the TV channel on Saturday and Sunday.

this room size was the worst ive ever been subjected too. its clean and well placed but so small that it will grind on you...we left the next day to another hotel...it was not as clean but you could strech your legs.\ im sure if you read on you will see the same complaint.
