O Hotel nos atendeu em todas as espectativas, havia funcionários que falavam Português, até para explicar os endereços e pontos turísticos, de maneira mais fácil para os turístas, sem rodeios. Tudo de primeira. Muito bom!

This hotel is centrally located in the financial district, and thus oriented very much to the business traveller, with a well-equipped room and excellent high-speed wi-fi throughout the hotel. The proximity to public transport (Monument & Bank Tube and DLR stations) make it very convenient for getting around, and the friendly and helpful staff make […] it very pleasant when you return. Weekend stays present some challenges as most surrounding shops & restaurants are closed, requiring a longer walk (towards Liverpool Street station or into town) to find shops open). Great hotel in the middle of London. Close to the tube (Bank). I always stay at Club Quarters when in London!

Other than the zillion road works going on in London and slap bang outside the hotel... Once you've negotiated the road closures and diversions you will not be disappointed with the friendliness of staff on hand and facilities available. We were travelling by car, which wasn't an issue at all... parked up.. checked in.. car park only a 10min walk if […] that... but will cost you £30 for an overnight stay.... but if you're driving in London you've got to expect to pay... We had a certain expectation on a 4 star hotel but this hotel did not meet our thoughts. The room was very small dark and warm. When you turned on the AC it made noise like a Boing 737. But on the other hand side you couldnt sleep anyway because the beds were stone hard and the pillows was probably made from stone. Good side was the front staff!!! Breakfast […] was twice as normal price. Just walk 5 min and you save lot of £ if you are a family. Great location, within 5 minutes of the tube. Really clean and comfortable. Very helpful, attentive and courteous staff. From the moment of arrival, we were made to feel very welcome. Nothing was too much for the staff. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely room, but a bit cramped for three people. To the hotel's credit, they showed us 3 more rooms, but they were all about the same size. The cot for the third person was not very comfortable. However, the lobby features a wonderful free espresso machine and each floor offers complementary chilled bottled water. It was a nice touch. The hotel may seem a little out of the way for tourists but it's actually a great location, especially for anyone who already knows London (but has yet to explore the east end, Southwark, etc). It's true that the immediate area is rather dead on weekends, but you'll find shops & cafes open around Liverpool St station, and there's a terrific Indian restaurant […] (open Saturdays, not sure about Sundays) around the corner from the hotel. Our room was modern, bright, clean, and perfectly quiet -- only quibble is that the bathroom did not have a proper door, and that un-proper door opened about 6 inches away from the side of the bed, meaning that you had better be sharing the room with someone from whom you have no secrets. Excellent hotel, very clean and in a great location.

My quest was to find a reasonably priced hotel close to central London that wasn't a complete pit. Club Quarters ticked all those boxes. Location, decor and cleanliness was all excellent, especially given the price. It's around 5mins walk from Bank tube station. The room was adequate for what we needed: a bed and bathroom for one night while we spent […] the weekend sightseeing. We were allowed to check-in early when we arrived, and they held our baggage when we checked out for no extra charge - very helpful for us. We didn't eat at the restaurant so I can't comment on that. My only niggle was that checking in and out was a little chaotic as the reception area is a little small and can be frustrating when it's busy. They did have automated check-in booths, but I just think they could give more thought to how it's laid out. But only a minor point. Staff were excellent very helpful Great idea help yourself (or the reception would help you) to free hot drinks or water. Rooms clean and comfortable. Close to the tube stations. Easy access to attractions.

This hotel is in a very central location only a couple of minutes walk to Monument tube station. At the weekend all the surrounding shops, bars and restaurants are closed as this is in the financial district. Staff at the hotel are extremely helpful and efficient. At the reduced weekend rate, this hotel is great value for a weekend in London

Club Quarters was my second hotel while in London. I wish I had picked it first. I arrived early and was able to check in before my schedule time. Very close to the tube station.

I was very impressed with how easy it was to stay there. I was not hassled by any staff and checked myself in and out; however, if you do like the personal touch there was always staff at hand for me to go to if there was anything I needed. The room was quiet & comfortable. I liked the little extras such as chilled water on each floor and access to free coffee in the reception area - a nice touch! It is close to two tube stations (Monument & Bank) so getting in and out of the centre is very easy. The breakfast at "Gauchos" was great and definately worth the money. A very welcoming reception in the business area of London so it was great to leave the rainey street for the comfort of the hotel. Good public transport nearby make it a useful base for getting about in central London. The staff were excellent.

This hotel is in the financial district area - so maybe not the best spot for sightseeing - however it is less than 10 min walk from 2 tube stops. With a pub next door, Starbucks at the bottom of the road and several restaurants close by. Our arrival at the hotel was very welcoming - the staff were very helpful - even to the extent of finding and delivering […] a bottle opener to our room when we realised we didn't buy a screw cap bottle!! We had one of the smaller rooms - however it was the perfect size for us, the bed was comfy, we had a kettle and tea/coffee, a spacious bathroom (which was spotless!) and a lovely shower. I would certainly stay at this hotel again. The only negative would be that because of it's location - many shops weren't open on weekends - with the businesses (as it's in financial district area) being closed guess there's not much demand. More of a businessman's hotel this so you dont get big flashy lobbies but who needs them. Every time i have stayed here or any of the other Club Quarter Hotels i have been amazed at what you get for what you pay. Rooms are always spotless, checking is automated but you can have a person do it for you if you wish. 5 minutes walk from Liverpool Street […] Station and Underground plus all the buzz and delights of Spittlefields this hotel is also perfectly located. difficult to find any fault at all. Stayed here as it is across the road from my office and very convenient. The room is a nice size, clean and comfortable but unfortunately I did not get a lot of sleep. The room is boiling hot and the aircon made so much noise it was easier to turn it off and sweat ! Also the walls are very thin so you can hear every word of the people speaking as they […] pass your room at 3am ! The bathroom is very basic and the towels are like sandpaper. room given smelt dreadful, damp water in bathroom and turnip? in bedroom. To be fair we got moved straight away by very friendly staff member. Then toilet made a strange noise all night woke us up ! Little things like badly fitting curtains (which we had to hold together with a clip I had) and the shelf over the toilet which the 6 foot odd boyfriend […] kept hitting his head on made us think the Hotel not as good as we remembered, used to always stay here probably will try other places before we come back. I would recommend this hotel to everyone on all budgets. The staff, including the room service staff we always willing to bend over backwards for us, even on Xmas day! From cleaning our room on Xmas day to giving us an extra fridge for our dinner! Very nice room for two people, excellent location, near both Bank and Monument station so ever so central. I […] WILL be staying here again, and for what you pay for, you definitely get it with bells on. If it's in your budget, or you want a nice place to stay, that is central in London, this is the place to be. Can't rave about this place enough- I re-checked in 4 times that's how good it is... 3 Days turned out to be a week and a half! Nice enough room, but the restaurant and cocktail lounge were both closed with no explanation and no alternative places to eat in the vicinty. The hotel info stated that both would be open until 10pm on Sundays.... Breakfast the next morning was in a freezing cold restaurant which had now windows and black walls. Pretty grim!

Staff at reception were very unhelpful, the entrance lobby is unattractive, the rooms are small and need re-decoration. I would never recommend staying at this hotel.

if you can find something wrong with this hotel there is something wrong with you.

Everything bog standard as expected - fine for the purpose and a cheapish hotel!

I was looking for a relaxed, comfortable and convenient hotel in central London that did not cost the earth. The Club Quarters provided all of these.

The hotel itself does have a club atmosphere and offered the accommodation we wanted (2 adults and a 10 year old) in a comfortable family room with mini kitchinette, help yourself to tea coffee etc. But ... we were there from Friday to Sunday and the restaurant wasn't open as advertised, plus we didn't realise that the Leadenhall area - market, shops […] etc - basically closes down at the weekends! Even the Weatherspoons next door stopped serving food around 7pm (although their menu said 10pm!) so on the Saturday night we returned to the hotel to find apparently nowhere to eat. Luckily the receptionist was able to point us to an Indian restuarant tucked away behind the hotel which proved to be excellent. It's called the Bangladore Express - don't be put off by the photo on the website - it is very modern but beautifully done Fast-ish food but great quality, value, ambiance and service, we felt very welcome and well fed! So, overall, an ideal hotel for families but be aware - for shopping and eating (apart from the Bangladore Express) you may have to go elsewhere. Leia mais

Nice clean hotel, not at all noisy. superfast check-in. Room was big and modern, and very clean. Location not bad. City walkable, we did it. Handy pub that does breakfast just next door. Would use this place again.

Club Quarters is a well-appointed hotel in a great location, and has a few nice touches. It's a bit disappointing that its amenities are closed on the weekend. I had had a long day's travelling when I arrived and really wanted to have dinner and a drink, but both the restaurant and the pub are closed on Saturdays. That's a bit poor, especially as it's […] in the City, where everything is closed on the weekend. I had to walk a fair bit to find anything decent that was open. Also, I wasn't asked on booking or check-in if I wanted a smoking or non-smoking room and was put in a smoking one, and I would have preferred non. Leia mais

I stayed here with five other friends and we had a brilliant weekend. The location is great and the room was extremely comfortable. It was quiet at night and we all had a good night sleep. Staff were friendly and we were able to check into our rooms early which was a great help. Would definitely recommend.

£40 if you show up before 3pm on the dot?! Disgusting. Especially if you've just flown in and are zapped. It's not like you can grab a few hours sleep on a park bench. Average business hotel, slightly worn, absolutely nothing special. Unhappy I thought I was picking an upgrade from the one that was $30 cheaper a night. The hotel is very adequate. It has nice size rooms, good location and is fairly easy on the wallet. And it is very close to the Liverpool Street Station, which is why I chose it. However, the general feel of the hotel is a bit dark and shabby. My room had an awful, mouldy-like smell and was located at the end of a long labyrinth of hallways.
