HOTEL BEM CONFORTAVEL E BEM LOCALIZADO

O que deixou a desejar: a falta de frigo bar no quarto e mais espaço para pendurar as roupas. De resto, tudo perfeito.

Tivemos problema com estacionamento, os elevadores sempre sujos, serviço de quarto demorado, ficamos um dia sem limparem o quarto. Além disso o cassino era junto do hotel sem nenhum controle de acesso aos quartos, sem nenhuma segurança. A localização é o único ponto positivo do hotel

o hotel é muito bem localizado, o ambiente é muito alegre.Contra somente a internet paga e o café da manhã incluso no pacote que é um crédito de $18,00 por apartamento em uma cafeteria. Podem ir.

Já havia ficado anteriormente neste hotel, porém, o serviço era melhor, principalmente do cassinho que deixou a desejar dessa vez. Mais mesmo assim, indico uma vez que a localização x preço é ótima, e o conforto dos quartos também.

Excelente hotel, preço justo, bem localizado e um quarto muito bom! Recomendo.

Trata-se de apenas mais um bom hotel, comparando-se com o nivel de hoteis de Vegas...ou seja, não tem nada de mais que me faria numa proxima visita voltar a ficar hospedado nele... Estive em Vegas em 2008 e me hospedei no MIRAGE, tem a mesma faixa de preço e na minha opinião é MUITO MELHOR....me arrependi de não ter ficado lá... Excelente localização. Hotel para jovens pois a musica não para um minuto (até no elevador).Aptos confortaveis.Gostei muito.

O hotel é bem localizado, mas está muito mal conservado. Não possui frigobar noi quarto. O astral do hotel não é muito positivo, mal frequentado. Acho que Vegas oferece outras opções de melhor nivel.

Maravilhoso! O quarto eh lindo,nao eh muito grande,mais eh muito bonito e muito confortavel,o banheiro eh bem grande e tem uma banheira otima! No hotel tem varias lojas e restaurantes,como um shopping mesmo! A localizacao eh otima,vc nao precisa de carro pra nada.

Hotel bem localizado, vc pode andar a pé e passear nos principais pontos, tem um shopping acoplado que facilita as refeições, porém não é um lugar legal para ir com crianças.

Good location

Originally used valet and bell to check-in and they were attentive and courteous. Small line at front desk but went expeditiously. My only problem checking in was that the front desk agent did not ask for a credit card for incidentals, even after I specifically asked about obtaining internet access. I didn't think about it until getting to the room […] and trying to access it. She also didn't ask if I had any preferences for my room and placed me right next to the elevator on a low floor. The next morning I woke up to housekeeping being extremely loud and loading up their carts next to my room. Only happened that morning though, not the next. Good fun casino with gorgeous croupiers and waitresses. Good rooms, reasonable price, fun place, good location.

Next to Paris-across from Bellagio, Cosmopolitan, Caesers Palace- near center of all casinos-room was ok, beds too soft- no brochures in lobby to show things to do- friemdly staff

The good - Central location (within walking distance to all the other major casinos/shopping mall) and updated rooms. The bad - Food/restaurant in the hotel is nothing to write home about. The usual cigarette smell (for all casinos) permeates the hotel floors but thank goodness wasn't in the rooms. The ugly - Entertainment (i.e. club/shows) is not as […] up to par as other hotels in the area. The Planet Hollywood is a really nice place. The rooms are very high quality, well laid out and with quality design and furnishings. They are clean and comfortable. The hotel has great amenities and is right in the heart of the strip. It's the first place I will try to book next time I stay in las Vegas.

Planet Hollywood was a very nice hotel! The rooms are nice, you sink into the beds, and it is convenient to walk around the strip since it's in the center of everything! I would recommend anyone to stay here because it is a wonderful hotel with great service and great entertainment!

Was so nice, especially for the price! Staff was VERY accommodating and friendly. Will recommend to friends, and probably stay there next time! Perfect location!

While I really enjoyed the location, the hotel comfort, and the shopping mall, the hotel is too large. The Check -in wait was almost 2 hours, buffet wait the same, so unless I am guarantee VIP prviledges I will not be returning.

I took my husband to las vegas for his big 30th birthday in dec. and decied to stay at planet hollywood for the location, atmosphere and great price. We had so much fun at the club Gallery. The music was fun and the drinks were worth the cash. The beds were comfy. We had a great view of the strip.The staff was very friendly and helpful. Having the miracle […] mile mall located within the casino was fun and convient for shopping and food. There was a small convient store which was open 24 hrs located near the reg. desk, they had just about everything you could need. The only negative draw back was not being able to self park and walk in with your luggage ready to check in. We decided to park in the structure first and find the check in desk before we carried around our luggage and was so happy we did that because we got a little lost and discovered that to self park means having to walk through the mall and take escalators. So we found the check in desk and realized the best thing to do is valet. Overall we would stay at planet hollywood again and tell our friends and family :) Leia mais

hippest spot on the strip for an affordable price

The hotel is disguisting and really bad maintained, the towels has big black stains and holes, and the bed sheets was so disguisting, we ask for clean sheets every day, cause the where big holes and lots of stains and blood on them, and housekeeping was really bad, and overall service was so bad, and housekeeping woke us up by calling 4 times by noon […] the day after New Years eve and was so rude, even when we had Do not disturb on the door, the don't respect your privacy. I have been to Vegas many times and always stays at the big luxury hotels always 4-5 stars hotels, but this one is NOT a 4 star hotel, my worst stay ever in Vegas. Leia mais

When I arrived the room was not ready, I was told to return 2 hrs, this was pass checking time, I arrived in 2 hrs. and he still wasn't ready. My friends were flying from overseas and I had driving 8 hrs. so we were all tired. Dissappointed that we had to sit around to wait for our rooms.

Room was clean and plush, excellent.

Usually I have no problems checking into PH. But when I found a good deal with Hotel.com, for some reason the hotel had a hard time finding my reservation and was waiting for at least 20mins. After everything was figured out, Planet Hollywood upgraded my room for no charge. Shortly after checking in and going to the room, I found mold growing next to […] the tub underneath the wall paper. This was my first visit to Vegas and Planet Hollywood provided and comfrotable and convenient stay. The price was more than worth it and it was relatively close to many of the other attractions on the strip.

The ventilation of the hotel doesn't work so well that I could smell of cigarrett in my room one night and smell of substance cleaner used to clean and wipe the floor. Other than different weird smells lingering from time to time, the hotel dark theme is a bit too dark for my taste. There was only one dim light on the ceiling near entrance, the rest […] of the light come from table lamps! making it quite dark in the winter. I simply asked for early check in when I got to the hotel at about 11am and they gave me the keys to a room right away! I also was able to get late check out. The hotel itself was nice, the Miracle Mile shops are also inside so that was convenient also. Good hotel for the price, I would recommend it!

Great location. Free shuttle service to the convention center and the mall the great restaurants it is the complete package.

The hotel was average. The rooms were very dark and furniture shabby. Location was great! Smoking everywhere so even in non smoking room you can smell it from corridor. Noise from bath above/or below very loud. Internet connection patchy.

I should start by saying I'm not rating the standard room I booked for me and my friends on my 30th birthday. Upon check-in, we were upgraded to a 'hangover' level suite which was amazing and set the tone for one of the best vegas trips of my life. For the age of this hotel,i it's definitely worth it to stay here and enjoy the convenience of the strip. The walls are paper thin..and it is VEGAS, so lots of noise. But all in all a great time. We got a great price through Hotels.com.
