Excellent Hotel, good location, with free shuttle to all airport terminals, the water taxi and to the T station. The food in the restaurant was 'OK' but expensive. The Bar was very cozy and friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious and very comfortable. The Shuttle driver Joey was a character but very friendly and knowledgable.

At the Boston Logan Airport Hilton, you're paying a premium for the fact that you can wake up and be at the airport in no time for an early flight. Their shuttle runs every 15 min and gets you to where your terminal. That's pretty much the high point. The most conveniently located hotel, just a short walk through the airport to the lobby of the HIlton. "lack of food choice"
The hotel only had the pub type restaurant open and this had a very limited choice when looking for a lunch and then an evening meal. Comfort and location however very good

The only "complaint" I would have is the valet service. I think the guys working at the door parking cars and helping with the luggage need to have more patience with guests who never stayed at a "full service" hotel where you cannot get the cart and move your own luggage upstairs to the room. I'm OK with that. I'm happy to pay the tip. I just need […] someone to explain that to me with a bit more kindness and patience and not expect me to be a mind reader and figure out off the bat how tings work at a "fill service" hotel. "Home Away From Home"
I travel monthly on business and stay two nights at this hotel each month. I am recognized on sight by several hotel employees...and enjoy seeing them, also. In particular, Jorge at the front desk and Tommy & Joey who drive the courtesy shuttle. The fitness center, pool and restaurant are top class! A beautiful place to be if you can't be at home!!

"Convenient for Airport"
We stayed two nights at the Airport Hilton. We wish we had stayed one night. While the room was adequate, it was far more expensive than the Embassy Suites Hotel. With two children, the Embassy Suites was much nicer and cheaper. Embassy Suites was next to a children's playground, had free breakfast, and had evening appetizers (which was sufficient for […] dinner). Overall, we were happier with the Embassy Suites. "So convenient to Logan"
The hotel is an easy walk to Logan without having to go outside. My son had a 5 AM flight to Austin and the location made a very short night just a mite longer. "Great for a transit night"
Very clean hotel with a free airport shuttle. Only one restaurant/pub with typical pub food. If you want a good restaurant you will need to take a taxi into Boston.

"Good choice at Boston's Logan"
We stayed at the Hilton Boston Logan two nights, at the beginning and end of our trip. The rooms are spacious and pleasant, found our overall experience fine. We dropped our luggage off quite early in the day and were pleased that they had a room ready for us so we could check in and be all settled.

Self-parking is $32...valet $40. Internet is not free unless you are at least a Gold level Hilton Honors member.

"Great location"
If you have a flight out of Logan here is where you should stay. Our flight left out ig terminal E. The entire walk was inside and easy to get to. The hotel and restaurant were personable. Will definitely stay here on my next flight out.

Weather was terrible when we arrived and the Hilton made our first day in Boston to be a memorable stay.the bed and linens were comfy. The service from the front desk to asking questions on where to find transportation was great.

The Hilton Hotel at Logan is very convenient to airport. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. But... the noise from guests in the hallways is horrible, and the staff is rude and indifferent. This includes check-in, bell stand, even the bartender. I stay here often, and I find the service consistently poor.

A nice Hilton but very expensive for what it is. Big bucks for s standard room without breakfast purely because it is at the airport. If you arrive at a terminal other than where the hotel is located it can be a long walk but the shuttle bus the following morning was excellent to take us to the car hire. "Poor Service"
First we waited 30 minutes for the shuttle from the airport to arrive. We requested a crib at check-in and it never came. Eventually, we tried to call the front desk but the room phone didn't work. At breakfast, we waited around for twenty minutes for the check.

An amazing experience - one that we have come to expect from the Hilton chain of hotels - top notch!! Especially LOVED the fact that we literally walked from the hotel to the airport - no need for shuttle!!! I would stay there again in a heartbeat!!

The hotel and restaurants are well maintained and the food is quite good. It is extremely convenient for flying in and out of Logan but if you have a car it is less convienient and quite pricey since the self-parking is $32 a night. If you have to fly out of Logan in the morning, this is the place to stay. There is a sky bridge that connects you to the terminal. The hotel was clean and very comfy. I would certainly stay here again.

I and my 2 kids stayed for a night. Room was OK and welcoming staff was very kind. The best part was room service we ordered. Burgers, clam chowder are one of best I've ever tasted!!!

I traveled out of Terminal B which required me to utilize the airport shuttle: which is what I had wanted to avoid when choosing this hotel since I had a very little time to sleep between flights.
