Staff very helpful and pleasant. Have stayed at this hotel several times. This is the first time I have had a very poor bed. Mattress worn and lumpy. All other amenities were very good. And staff is willing to work with changing rooms if available.

Our family had two rooms at the hotel. Both were very dirty and had very bad odors. Our room smelled as if a cat had urinated in it. We actually went to buy disinfectant before sleeping in the room. We also got the impression that this hotel was more of a residential type. Also, as we were trying to go to sleep, a group of people were outside our room screaming profanities for a long time. It was terrible! I would not reccomend it.

The hotel was great for someone who is looking for a place on a short stay, that is clean, and free of bugs or other pest. I was pleased with the customer service and the location. Wish they would come to the 21st century and put in free wi-fi for all their customers(right now they charge anyone not in a king size room a nominal fee). I would stay again,it is a great place for a short stay.

Our room was very nice with fresh paint and new furniture. I loved the furnishings, very trendy! The desk was so convenient to work from. I loved the coffee maker as well with lots of coffee choices. Very friendly and helpful staff!

It had everything we needed, a hair dryer at the front desk and free coffee machine in the lobby. Not posh, but a great value!

We were very pleased; check-in took a bit longer than desirable because the clerk was conversing with several people in the lobby as she dealt with us. I would recommend it, and would return again.

The only problem we had with this hotel was that we asked for non-smoking and got a room that was supposedly non-smoking but smelled clearly (and nauseatingly) like smoke. We got in too late - after midnight - to complain so for all I know they would have readily changed our room but we didn't even try.

Very friendly front desk. Good rec for breakfast restaurant (Brigs). Everything in room worked acceptably. Sink drained a little slowly and never could quite figure out how exactly the heater worked, but we were comfortable, so no complaints.

I enjoyed my brief stay at Red Roof Inn, Durham, NC. The room looked nice with granite countertops in the sink area and complimentary paint. The bathroom was clean with no evidence of dirt or mold. Also, I checked in late and the clerk was very accommadating. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel provides us with a place to stay while visiting family. It's, clean, quiet, and comfortable. A few more amenities for the money would be nice. Ex. mini-fridge/microwave. All in all it serves our purposes. No real complaints

Just needed a night to stay before flying out. Not the closest hotel, but only a 6 minute drive. Price was great, and staff were more than nice. Perfect for what we needed it for.

I was in a Business King room and it was perfect. Comfortable bed, a chair I wanted to pack and take with me, big tv. What wasn't to love. It was also fairly quiet and the staff were courteous and helpful. I highly recommend to anyone in the Raleigh Durham area.

I only slept the second night because the dogs left and I turned off the heat. I dont know if they allow dogs in the hotel but they certainly were there.

I had a problem with my room key each day. Although the staff quickly took care of the problem, it did raise red flags with me concerning security. I wonder if anyone who had a room key and said that their key wasn't working for a room (and they knew the occupant's name) could just have the key reset and get into the room. They never asked for my identification after the initial check in, so they relied on my word about who I was.

I have stayed at this hotel twice, and both times, the ladies at the front desk were exceptional- friendly, attentive, and on the ball. One experience like this is rare these days, much less two! I come to RTP every 2 weeks, and will continue to choose this hotel.

Everything was nice about the hotel. The staff at the front desk were very helpful with directions and things to do while in town. Restaurants were just a few minutes away from the hotel. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it anyone.

Great room for the money, very nice staff. We had the all-inclusive business room and it was nice to have wireless internet, which btw worked perfecly. It was my second stay there and I recommend it for people who just want a comfortable bed to spend the night and a hot shower in the morning. The only problem was that the room had a smell and if we looked a little closer we could see hair and dirt in the corners. Good experience overall.

I had a king executive room, which was very nicely laid out. I was in town on business and the room had a nice desk setup with free wi-fi. The room had recently been updated and was in great shape. I still don't like the little bars of soap - I pack my own full-sized bar!

This was a very nice room, that appeared quite clean. The only thing missing for me was a coffee maker and a hair dryer and that is not the fault of the hotel if that is something not offered. The other thing was at 7:30pm at night one had to check in through a glass security window, instead of the lobby, which I thought was a bit early to do this. But nonetheless, it was a very nice room and despite thinking we'd hear train noises, we didn't hear any! It was very quiet!! A very nice stay in a good location. Thanks!!

The woman at the desk was very welcoming and helpful. She gave great advice on places to eat and other directions. The location can't be beat. Its about 8min from the airport. Room was what you would expect.

No fridge, no coffee maker, no hair dryer...I had my 2 yr. old daughter with me, I had milk and other stuff that I had to throw out the following morning because the room didn't have fridge.

We stayed here after flying in from Raleigh and before our flight out. It was ok for this purpose, but I wouldn't recommend it for vacationers.

Good experience for the price, staff was extremely nice and accomodating. Don't wonder too far away from I-40 as the neighborhood is not too great. Go under I-40 for a mile or so and eat at the Mexican Rest. in the strip mall on the left where the Starbucks is.
