Ótima estadia. A recepção é excelente, todos os funcionários atenciosos e os apartamentos muito limpos. O único ponto negativo é a idade dos móveis e acabamentos que, pelo visto, não sofrem modificação há muitos anos.

Excelente Hotel para hospedagem em Las Vegas. Não fica na Strip mas eles oferecem serviço de shutte para lá. Basta uma ligação e em menos de 10 minutos eles estarão lá para te buscar. Esse serviço também é oferecido para o aeroporto.

Hotel Novo, Confortavel, bem localizado, tem saida interna pra um shoping, valor bom e nao tem cassino no saguao como varios outros, o que traz tranquilidade ao hospede.

Excelente hotel, mas o hóspede se sente meio perdido com as distâncias quando chegam. Deveria haver um funcionário para acompanhar-nos na chegada até o quarto e mostrar-nos o hotel.

Na minha reserva havia pedido quarto para NÃO-fumante, porém quando entrei no quarto o cheiro de cigarro estava insuportável. Voltei no check-in e fui informada que o quarto era de não-fumante e somente no dia seguinte teria quarto disponível. Não consegui ficar no quarto, pois comecei com edema nos olhos e muita tosse. Voltei novamente, com outro funcionário, […] que me disse que o quarto era para fumante, porém estavam sem quarto disponível para 1a noite. Pedi para conversar com o manenger, que em 5 minutos "conseguiu" um quarto para não-fumante. Achei muita falta de respeito comigo, pois desde o princípio havia quartos disponíveis. É muito desconfortável uma situação assim, pois você já chega de viagem cansada e ter que ficar resolvendo este tipo de situação no primeiro dia não é muito legal. Nunca fiquei em hotel 5 estrelas que tivesse fila para fazer check-in. Lá ficamos 20 minutos na FILA!! Não ficaria hospedada novamente. Leia mais

Embora em minha reserva constasse menção ao fato de que no valor que paguei já estavam incluídas as taxas, tive que aceitar pagar uma taxa adicional de U$ 17 por dia para poder me hospedar. Surpresa desagradável! Também não gostei do cheiro de perfume em parte do hotel. Em minha opinião, odor invasivo e desagradável. Wow! It was Chinese new year when we stayed. Omg it was so beautiful ! Our room was over 1500.sq feet, floor to celing windows,a wet bar, living room, 2 closets, double shower, 2 bathrooms,and Coffee, tea or water in the room. Don't expect any extras.. The hotel is nice, but very anonymous and without much of a personal service. Everything you need is inside the hotel. It is huge. I would probably stay there again if ever visiting Las Vegas again.

The Venetian is a great place to be! The hotel is beautiful with large rooms and so much offered right in the hotel...from shows and shopping to fabulous restaurants and gondola rides! It is also close to so many other wonderful hotels so you can easily go to other casinos while staying here. Definitely worth staying here!

"Perfect Spot on the Strip"
Great location, not far from the heart of the best shows on the strip. A bit pricey for anyone on a budget and several of the restaurants are over rated but overall a great experience. Rooms are to die for in comfort.

The hotel was lovely and very comfortable. The only negative is the hotel's use of a mandatory "resort fee" to camouflage the true rate of a room at the time of booking by making the promulgated rate less than it actually is.

Anybody looking for a hotel room should be aware that there is a 20dollar a day resort rate - which has to be paid. Why isn't it just shown in the cost of the hotel. Great location and hotel, but I found it a little bit too fancy for a family. Not much there for the kids. If your into designer shopping. Great place to stay. For a family with smaller kids there's other places to stay.
Awesome! Saw some amazing shows. Went to mountains played in snow. Went to Hoover Dam. So much to do. The kids wanted to stay for another week. The Venetian is an amazing hotel and so much more. Would definitely stay there again.

Upgraded & stayed in a suite @ The Palazzo - adjacent to and sister hotel of The Venetian. Magnificient suite facing The Strip. Great location. Extremely busy and staff/concierge/porters unable to cope.Don't expect any personalised service.Nonetheles,I highly recommend this classy hotel.

Best facilities, really nice room and a very pleasant experience
The ironing board was missing from our room and we needed to use one that evening we called down to the front desk they sent the wrong person He mentioned it to housekeeping but that evening we still did not receive it
"Service and maintenance need improvement"
Our family completed a bucket list wish by staying in the Venetian for Christmas. Our suite was nicely appointed and the black-out drapes operated via remote kept the light at bay following our late-night adventures. Food choices range from cafeteria style to high end steak houses. Sin City brewing company offers a refreshing pit-stop for microbrew […] - the stout is delicious. Maintenance on the property could definitely stand to see improvement: our in-room safe was malfunctioning as the battery died requiring us to summon maintenance who arrived within 20 minutes, whole banks of slot machines were down in the casino, and several machines malfunctioned when attempting to cash-out. Service and general knowledge was definitely not on par with a 4 star hotel as we received several answers to the same question from registration, concierge, and show tickets staff. We would have been satisfied to hear someone say "I don't know but let me find out," rather than to give us incorrect and misleading information. We will definitely consider returning to mid-Strip but will look at other luxury hotels in the future. Leia mais
