Fica próximo a estação de trem, ótima localização, quarto muito arrumado limpo, hotel praticamente novo! Este eu recomendo!!!

It was just "ok". Smell when you approach the water feature in Reception is off-putting. Reception staff were pleasant. Got upgraded as our suite wasn't ready at 4pm. The suite was great for size and layout but just felt tired: wallpaper was already coming off, grubby windowsills, carpet looked dirty. I could not believe there was no bellhop to assist with baggage. This is the first hotel I have stayed at in my entire life where they don't assist you with baggage. That is not acceptable. Also there was a water disruption during the stay where the hotel had to turn off water betwween 11am and 5pm. You may as well shut the hotel down for a day if you're […] going to make repairs. It is at a pretty decent location. The only complain is they have very dirty sticky carpet and without slippers provided. It makes you feel very uncomfortable to step on the floor.

I have stayed here before, I was surprised at the new washrooms, Great Washrooms, freshly renovated.

The toilet was loose. The tap of the washbasin was loose. The carpet needs stretching & tightening and also a shampoo.

Booked this hotel on a whim and was a bit wary as the price seemed too good to be true. I emailed ahead of time to advise it was for a special occasion and to request a renovated room, and received a prompt email saying the room was reserved as such. Check in was super quick and I was shocked when I entered the room to see I had been given a suite when […] I paid such a low price. The room was absolutely beautiful and was complete with a fridge, microwave and the softest sheets I've ever felt. The renovated bathroom was wonderful. I called down at 10:30 to ask if the 11 am checkout could be extended as I wasn't sure we could make it and was told we could check out at 12, with no problem. Check out again was super quick. For breakfast, Cora's and the Golden Griddle are both a 5 min walk away. As far as the location, it's less than 10 min from the heart of downtown at Yonge and Dundas and the neighbourhood is the usual mix you'd see downtown - yes, there are people who are sketchy but I also saw many hipsters and parents with their kids, so don't worry about previous reviews making it seem like there's a crackhouse on every corner. Would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat - book it, you won't be sorry! Ler mais

Great room and rates The beds were very comfortable The view from the bedroom window was a little awkward. It looked out right into the apartments beside the hotel. I felt like I was invading peoples privacy. The staff was friendly and helpful

We were happy with our room. There was a separate living area with french doors leading to the king bedroom. The TV in the living area however did not work, and we couldn't even find the remote for it. We were impressed that there was a microwave and fridge. Nice hotel, friendly staff, convenient location. I would definitely recommend this hotel

The hotel was a surprise. The front desk even upgraded our room to a suite which was very comfortable and well appreciated. Location is ideal in that it's close enough to where the action is without being chaotic or too loud. Walking distance to Eaton Center even with two kids, less than a block away from the streetcar that can take you there and to […] Chinatown. Room is remodeled, beds are comfortable, and much better than expected. Note that the swimming pool is very small, it's only big enough to soak in. There's a plethora of restaurants within walking distance so you won't starve due to lack of variety. Excellent low priced choice, parking though is extra (keep that in mind, you're paying for convenience and close proximity to the action.) We stayed previously at a hotel that was further out but had free parking, it is worth paying the parking to avoid the need to drive to get downtown, stay close to the action and avoid the traffic. I had stayed at the Ramada in Toronto on Jarvis about a year ago and had a relatively good experience - friendly staff and clean room although the wireless service was not working. This time was totally different - rude staff at the front desk - empty liquor bottles outside my door that were not from me - my room was not overly clean - and I was interegated […] when I arrived back at the hotel around 1:00 a.m. I will not be staying there again. The staff was very helpful and friendly,check in was quick and easy, my room was upgraded free of charge, the room was incredible!! The hallways and elevators are old and dated but the room i was in was very nice and the bed was comfortable.

The room was clean, nice and very comfortable for the price. The staff friendly and accomodating. There is a convenience store right next to it so you can buy supplies and sundries.

older hotel, service was good, for the price point the hotel was good. Attemps were made to update the hotel, new bath rooms, newer furniture but the hotel is old and is showing signs of wear. The room smelt of cigarette smoke

On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd rate it a 4. Funky old room, scary bathroom, crunchy carpet, nice people, lousy breakfast, slow internet service, mediocre breakfast. In a somewhat sketch neighborhood.

Staff were friendly. The parking lot has surveillance and it's underground so that felt secure. The rooms were nice and clean. It is across from Allen Gardens that we decided to check out. It was within walking distance of the Phoenix Concert Theater. It was close to the Toronto transit subway. There are lots of interesting little stores in the area […] too! I only stayed at this hotel for one night and my initial impression was very negative because we were placed in a room that had one bed, was unclean and smelled of smoke. I was confused about the room because I knew I had made a different booking but initially I was told that there were no other rooms. I came back to the front desk and showed my reservation […] confirmation (including the room type) and the staff allowed us to stay in the much cleaner emergency room upstairs. The change in room made an incredible difference and I had a good night's sleep. We walked outside and while it was not in a prime area, for the price it was a decent location and I felt safe enough walking at night. Ler mais

Carpets are filthy! You can hear all your neighbors, no breakfast, tub had no mat and is very slippery, the floors were not clean, there was a cigarette butt on the bathroom floor and we do not smoke!

This hotel provided excellent value for money and was very convenient for walking to downtown Toronto. Our room was large, modern and very comfortable, with good views over the city skyline. The reception and restaurant staff were extremely friendly and reception took a lot of trouble to help us with our queries on eating out, tours etc. We would definitely […] book there again. The only slight downside was the smell in reception, which was like a bad drain or blocked septic line. Im sure this is something that could be resolved and it didnt affect the comfort of our room. I was pleasantly surprised. I wasn't expecting such a nice room given the rating of 3. Was very clean and very comfortable. I guess it is all about what you expect.

Nice hotel overall however during the trip we had been told by several locals that it was not the best part of town (ie. drugs, popular area for hookers). At no point did I feel unsafe but knowing what I know now I probably would choose to stay in a different part of town. I only stayed one night - but overall I thought the Ramada was a good place to stay in the area. The price was low for Toronto (we used hotels.com). The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were recently renovated.

Our stay was after a two week trip to the east coast sleeping in double beds and we are used to king size. We arrived around 5:00 p.m. Monday after having been travelling on the train since 12:00 p.m. Sunday. It was so nice to come into a room that was clean and comfortable. We certainly enjoyed our stay. After supper we went and relaxed in the hot […] tub and pool then came back to sleep in a comfortable bed and had a good nights rest. Although I was worried after reading other comments, there were no problems like the ones in other reviews. No noise, no lack of cleanliness, more than comfortable beds and larger space than expected. Although not a serious problem, the newly designed bathroom is smaller than a 4 star but about right for 3 star hotel....not enough counter space for […] cosmetics and other paraphernalia for 2 people, yet a large shower enough for 3, but not one towel rack for even one towel. The good: Located close to downtown and the highway. Nice park across the street. Nice Bathroom. Rooms large. Good Parking in underground garage. The Bad: Door stuck-- had to be very careful it was closed tight. Only ice machine in basement. I found that out after searching for it. No info in room or on check in. Staff not very friendly. Housekeepers […] never spoke or smiled. A few desk clerks were helpful others were not and most not very friendly. Restaurant staff were the only ones consistently friendly and helpful. The Ugly: Panhandlers around the hotel for several blocks. One followed me into Tim Hortons around the corner and took hold of my wrist. When I opened the ice bucket in my room I found used napkins and tea bags and who knows what else inside. I called the desk. They asked me if there was a plastic bag inside. I said no. They asked if I wanted them to send send someone up. A man in work clothes came up and got the ice bucket he said he would see that I got some ice. He came back handed me an ice bucket with ice--no plastic bag inside he said it was same ice bucket and he had cleaned it. Needless to say I did not use that ice bucket during my stay. Ler mais

The hotel staff are very friendly ,helpful and accommodating. I surely recommend it..

The gentleman at the front desk were so accommodating. We arrived early and asked for our bags to be help but they informed us our room was ready and we could already go in! They also gave us a late checkout and held our bags in a room while we shopped! Very close to downtown shopping and a short walk to the mall. Super clean not noisy and beds were […] just like home. Was VERY disgusted with the cleaniness(or lack thereof) of the room. Carpet so filthy we didn't dare let our children play with the toys we brought with us. ( we have 3 children and a cat and our carpets at home haven't been that dirty even after 8 years!)Candy wrappers and dirty tissues by the couch and by the bed. Sticky spots on the bathroom floor, […] and to top it off, mens shaving whiskers stuck in a sticky substance at the back of the sink. Talked to the owner who sent the "executive housekeeper" to the room to clean it, still dirty..... upon try # 3 to get someone to clean the room, we got fed up and checked out early to go to a different hotel. Chlorine levels so high in the pool it gave all 3 of our children a rash. Only kind of good thing, management sent a fruit tray and wine to the room to try to make up for the dirty room....to bad it was sent up on a dirty tray! Yuck!!! Ler mais

Customer service was very understanding because when i check-in..i didnt have a credit card (for deposit) that was one part of the agreement i missed reading..The manger let us still stay with a cash deposit..and we wanted to stay for exact night.no problems...was very very happy with our stay...would stay again but i dont have credit card

I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort and condition of the hotel and our room. We were upgraded to a Jr. Suite at no charge (I don't know why, just our lucky day?). The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The location was pretty good--near the streetcar and an easy walk to the subway. I would stay there again if I get back to Toronto.

The hotel is located downtown and offers great comfort and a very goog service. My room was upgraded and was assigned a room about eight the worth of which I booked.

I was told that I would have a jaq tub and there was none. I was unable to bath my grandchildren.The water in the pool was cold and there was no extra towels to use in the pool, I was disappointed in the motel for the price I paid.
