Excelente hotel. Simplesmente uma total imersão em termos de Elvis e anos 60. Para quem está a fim de conhecer as instalações de Graceland não há lugar melhor. O atendimento é espetacular e o serviço de quarto também. Os quartos são bem espaçosos, pecam um pouco pela ventilação, porém tem ar-condicionado, frigobar, micro-ondas, TV a cabo (três canais que passam exclusivamente filmes e documentários sobre Elvis), cafeteira, ferro e tábua de passar, banheira. Enfim, tudo para que você possa se sentir a vontade. A área externa do quarto conta com uma piscina em formato de violão e estacionamento. Durante todo o dia ouvimos a rádio Sirius – Elvis pelas dependências do hotel. Espetacular!

"Some good some hairy"
Staff was excellent and service was great. Room was nice and bed was comfortable. There were black hairs in my bathroom shower and on the floor; my hair is blonde...gross
"Not bad"
Happened to show up same time as a bunch of people for a conference and front desk staff struggled to check everyone in so it took over 20 min to do that. Overall was a nice place and close to downtown entertainment.
"Very good choice-worth the extra $"
Excellent room and typical Marriott quality. Hotel is a little farther away, but the advantage is that the trolley is right outside. With other hotels, you have to walk to the trolley line.

"Good hotel"
Hotel was very nice. Easy to get to. Rooms were clean. Its situated in an ideal spot. Far enough off Beale Str to have peace and quiet, yet still close enough that you can walk to lots of stuff. Trolley line runs by the hotel which is convenient if you want to ride to wherever. There's lots of police and "safety officers" in the downtown area so the […] area felt fairly safe. The only things I'd ding the hotel for is: 1) there were no glasses in the room, 2) parking was not free and cost $12/day. Leia mais
"Outstanding Stay"
I had a wonderful stay. The hotel staff was very friendly & all of my requests were correct & done in very quickly. The location was great for the event that I attended in downtown Memphis.

The hotel was in a nice location right on the trolley line and the hotel staff was full of great information regarding sights and the surrounding area! The rooms were clean and everyone was very friendly- I would definitely stay again!

"Alan Jackson Concert"
MY STAY AT THE MARRIOTT MEMPHIS DOWNTOWN WAS ALL I EXPECTED AND MORE WITH A WONBERFUL VEIW OF THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER. THE LOCATION IS AWESOME . AWAY FROM THE MEMPHIS DOWNTOWN TRAFFIC BUT AT THE SAME TIME YOU ARE RIGHT THERE IF YOU WANT TO BE . "Hotell Marriot Memphis downtown"
Hotellet har en spårvagnshållplats strax utanför entrén, något som är toppen då spårvagnen i Memphis är det ultimata sättet att ta sig runt i stan på. Fräscht hotell, hjälpsam personal i receptionen, mycket fin frukost, om än något dyr.
