O hotel está muito bem localizado.... Utilizei o cofre, o serviço de concierge e sempre fui bem atendida pelos funcionários. Na reserva do meu quarto adquiri café da manhã para 2 pessoas porém, o café é a-la-carte e portanto, mais demorado do que um self-service. Sugestão: não comprar café da manhã do hotel e ir comer na padaria Au Bon Pain no caminho do hotel para a estação de trem (comunicação interna por dentro dos prédios). É mais barato e tem uma maior variedade de produtos.

"Awesome location, very good hotel, but bit "tired""
My wife and I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times, and will again in the future. The location is terrific. Great restaurants and bars, close to Mich Ave for shopping, beach/lake close, and Red Line 5 minutes walk. The hotel is quality, but nothing overly fancy. Rooms are spacious and bed comfortable. Bathrooms clean. Its starting to look just […] a bit tired, however. "The Sutton Place Hotel - Premier Shopping Access"
Only a block from the Magnificent Mile, this hotel provides excellent access to all the shops the Mile has to offer. An older hotel, but has been kept up to remain yet one of the nicer hotels available. Great views of Lake Michigan.

"The Sutton Place - Chicago"
The location of this hotel is perfect...close to so many great shops and restaruants, was so pleased. The room was alot smaller than anticipated and was disappointed that a) there was no coffee maker in the room for the mornings and b) that we mentioned it was our anniversary and was not given anything for our stay.

Location of Sutton Place is by one of the most favorite corners in Chicago, gold coast at Rush and Bellevue. Gibson's Restaurant and Tavern on Rush and Whiskey Bar and Grill just to name a few for best eats. Shopping is also right there by Oak Street and Michigan Avenue. Every time we come into the city we stay here.

this was a great hotel in an outstanding location! my husband and I were able to walk to bars, restuarants, and shopping from the hotel. The service was excellent. The room was a nice size, we had the king bed which was super comfortable. This was my first stay at the Sutton. I was extremely impress with the facilities. The staff was very cordial and helpful. The location and neighborhood is first class, rooms were very well maintained. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

There are no ice machines on the floor and no coffee maker in the room. Very inconvenient to call room service every time you want a bucket of ice. Also, I like to wake up and make coffee right away. "The Sutton Hotel -- location, location, location!"
The Sutton Hotel is in an excellent location for night life! Great for people watching, food and entertainment. The hotel was in great shape and our room was very comfortable and clean. No negatives! As much as I love the location, be prepared to walk a few blocks for shopping on Michigan Avenue.
"extra costs, sub standard tv"
be aware that parking fee was a shock, plus we payed extra for EACH computer address, so that added a lot to the room rate.. the frig they advertised was a locked fridge full of their products, so we could not really use it for our restaurant leftovers. there was not enough outlets for our 2 computers and sleep apnea machine, thankfully we travel with […] extension cords and adapters. the tv was a disappointment, no flat screen, they shrugged their shoulders at the desk when we complained. maybe they have rooms for people who pay lower prices or get "deals" . on the other hand, the shower was great, you picked your temperature, the sheets were comfy. they were very helpful with directions and other questions. I only have one complaint and that was the hours of the concierge. They did not come to work until 10am. Well, we were already gone sightseeing by then, so had no assistance from them our entire stay. They also were off duty by 6, before we even got home from the days adventures! Guess that is why there was no coffee in the room. We had to order room service to get it or go downstairs in our pajamas! We stayed here for a wedding...came a few days early for the food as we never visited before. Staff was great, door men concierge were helpful and funny. Fantastic location close to the mag mile and lots of night life. Breakfast option across the street also convenient. Would have been 5 stars but the room was dusty in alot of areas and had to call […] after first night for room to be cleaned. Also was told we had to pay for ice after first bucket which was odd for being there 3 nights also had to pay for wifi. Staff very courteous. Received a room upgrade w/o requesting same. Able to check-in at 9:00am - well in advance of authorized check-in time. Enjoyed breakfast - small restaurant/grill room - service was efficient - perhaps pricey but dining area was quiet and food excellent. No hassle checking-in or out. Lots of other restaurants in area. "Missing coffee"
I loved our stay at the Sutton, there is only two things I wish the rooms had, one a refigerator that was not a mini bar and a coffee pot in the room. Other than that all of the staff was poliety and on top of things. I would definetly stay their again.

Thoroughly enjoyed the boutique nature of this hotel. The doormen were wonderful and everyone was very friendly. Great breakfast in their restaurant. Close to everything that you would need. Very quiet.

I guess I didn't look fancy enough. When I pulled up in my small Honda, dressed in jeans there were 3 attendants chatting with each other. I was ignored even when taking my luggage out of my car until I directly noted to one of the men that I understood I could park my car there as a guest. "Lovely"
The Sutton Place hotel was a great location, near the sights without being in the middle of them and with more of a neighborhood feel than other hotels along the Magnificent Mile. The lobby was a bit cramped, but there was coffee and complimentary Chicago Tribunes. Our room was lovely and had a marvelous view.

You cannot beat the location. Usually I stay at the Sofitel which is only a couple of blocks away. But this hotel was $50 less and you could walk to great shopping. "Very nice hotel!"
Overall, the hotel was nice. The room was pretty specious. I had a corner unit with a view of the lake. The bathroom was top notch. My only complaint is with the TV and the quality of its reception. The TV was a little outdated and the reception wasn't all that great. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay here.
This Hotel was amazing!!! The rooms were beautiful and the customer service was the best!!! I would highly recommend this to anyone!

"Recent stay at The Sutton Place"
We stay Downtown Chicago pretty often and will absolutely be back to the Sutton Place! The staff was wonderful, love The Whiskey Bar and restaurant and you cannot beat the location. Within walking distance or very short ride to everything Chicago has to offer!!

Room was nice, staff was great. We enjoyed a steak dinner in the hotel restaurant that was excellent. Only room service we tried was a chocolate malt which I wouldn't recommend as it was more like chocolate milk for a total of $15 after fees. My wife forgot her coat in the room closet and when we called them a couple days after getting home Anthony […] from hotel security was very helpful. The location is so convenient that you can leave your car in the parking garage (for $45 a night) and walk to many great restaurants and shopping. That is what you pay for. It is lacking conveniences such as coffee makers (complimentary coffee offered downstairs not convenient to carry the hot cups up to room). I have stayed here before and feel the […] rooms are fine if you plan to just sleep in them. They are usually clean and if you can get a corner room they are pretty spacious. hard to put a finger on it exactly, but overall this hotel was pretty mediocre for the money. the rooms are small and not much better than the typical Hampton Inn, the lobby is small, too few elevators, the lack of coffee in the rooms is annoying, the lighting was dim. i have had better stays out other comparably priced or cheaper Chicago loop and mircle […] mile hotels. the Fairmont comes to mind as a better option. The hotel's location is perfect for activities centered on North Michigan Avenue. Check in went smoothly. The room was clean and comfortable. Valet parking worked well, with rapid availability of our car. We stayed for only one night and did not use the hotel extensively. One glitch was that the toilet sometimes would not shut off -- had to remove the […] tank cover to reseat the rubber dam. Would have been nice to have free Wi-Fi. "Sutton Place Hotel was wonderful."
The staff was wonderful. The location was perfect. The only hiccup was the drain in the tub was broken. We called the front desk, and it was promptly fixed. It was a great stay.

Great location but 3 main problems: (1) we were put on a smoking floor and they wouldn't move us (2) bathroom shower was scalding hot and after they fixed it too cold (at least they were responsive to make fixes) (3) front desk not helpful with lost item (did not take name to contact us when it was found, luckily security saw id card in wallet and called […] us when it was found) and concierge made reservation supposedly for "priority seating" at a popular pizza place and didn't tell us that meant a wait of still almost 1 hour Leia mais

The entire staff is absolutely fantastic. The location couldn't be better in the hear of the Gold Coast district. The price was right. We are plan to visit again in the future. Our stay at the Sutton Place was wonderful! This was our first stay in Chicago and the Sutton Place was a wonderful introduction to Chicago. The location was a quiet upscale neighborhood right at the start of the Magnificent Mile and a short cab ride away from The Second City. "Outstanding Hotel & Hotel Services"
My complete experience at this hotel for 5 days was outstanding. Front desk procedures were smooth and quick. The ladies at the front desk were professional and exeeded expectations. Room service outstanding, cleanliness of room and hotel exceptional and comfortable. Neighborhood hopping with restaurants galore. Valet and concierge superb!
