Localizacao perto do centrinho , mas o quarto muito ruim com camas ruins e muito basico . Nao gostamos , o hotel tem bar e restaurante muito bons , mas as acomodacoes sao falhas pelo menos no apto stantard .
"Plesant surprise"
just stayed here overnight and picked hotel as it was close to the ferry. Had a great corner rom with a balcony and nice view of harbor (between buildings) and surrounding town. Would ask for room 316 when booking reservation.

The location of the hotel was perfect. Close to Bryggen, Mariakirken, and Hanseatic Museum. Nice breakfast. We were 2 adults and 2 kids. Found the foom a little bit crowded.

Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food, great complimentary breakfast buffet. Convenient location (5-7 minute walk to the downtown harbor). Nice ambience. Nice, basic rooms. Don't get room 203! The door had gaps and would open if not closed correctly, the drain in the shower is higher than the floor and floods (relies on a floor heater to dry, becomes very humid) staff were helpful and polite. breakfasts were large and fresh, there was free coffee 24hrs and free waffles 3-6pm. Some hotels in Bergen are hit or miss but the Augustin was a hit for me.

Cheerful, friendly, efficient hotel staff. Excellent room with hairdryer. Clean+++ with very central location. We were in transit with a very early flight, so we only had a one night stay, and we had gone before breakfast. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

"Central hotel, big breakfast"
Hotel is very central to the town if you arrive by boat, you can walk to the hotel. They provide a huge breakfast buffet which was very good.

Nice hotel in a good locaiton - slightly off the beaten track but still very close to the waterfront and city centre so all the advantages without the late night noise! The hotel was fine - good service, good breakfast, comfy bed. etc. I'd stay here again if I ever went back to Bergen

This is an excellent hotel for a short stay in Bergen. It is located within a couple of blocks of all the attractions. The staff was very friendly, spoke English, and even had complimentary umbrellas, which in Bergen is a must. The breakfast was very surprising! We enjoyed our 1 night in the Augustin, particularly because of the location and the service we received. The desk staff was extremely helpful for planning our visit and assisting us in making arrangements as our trip continued. On this trip we stayed in 5 hotels in 3 Scandinavian countries, and the staff of this hotel stood out as being friendly and […] extremely eager to help. "Hotell Augustin"
På Augustin har vi ved begge våre besøk mottatt god service. Vennlige ansatte som gjør oppholdet best mulig for oss som gjester. Hotellet har også en god vinbar som er verdt et besøk. Nært til det meste, så det frister å oppleve Bergen til fots.

Bra beliggenhet, god service, god mat. Dei harde madrassene trekk ned. Romma er også slitt og rommet eg fekk hadde vegg til vegg teppe.

Greitt opphold, sentralt og med god service og god mat. Diverre ikkje enkelt når det gjeld parkering, hotellet har for lite parkeringsareal. Men ideelt for dei som ikkje har bil.

Sentralt hotell. Rommet var romslig og bar preg av jevnlig oppgradering. Noe dårlig rengjøring på badet. Frokosten var meget bra! God service.

Helt ok hotell, litt gammelt og slitt, men ok komfort. Sentral beliggenhet, men vanskelig tilgjengelig for bil/taxi. Bra frokost, gratis og kjapt internett! Dårlig med TV-kanaler, så fikk ikke sett fotballkamp. Helt grei opplevelse.

Litt slitt hotell, men hotellet er greit nok til overnatting. Eneste problemet var frokostsalen. Jeg var der en time før stengetid på en søndag og det var desverre kaos. For liten til å håndtere alle gjestene på en bra måte.

"Arbeider rundt hotellet"
Vi har vært på dette hotellet tidligere og var veldig fornøyd med det, derfor bestilte vi her igjen. Hotellet var bra, litt lite rom hvor det ikke var plass til nattbord. Det som ikke var helt greit var at det var mye graving rundt hotellet og det var vanskelig å komme fram dit med bil når man ikke var helt kjent. Dette ordner seg vel etterhvert, og […] da vil vi kanskje komme tilbake dit og vi vil også anbefale dette hotellet til andre. Positief is de ligging van het hotel in het centrum van Bergen. We verwachtten hierbij wel een ander uitzicht dan wat we kregen namelijk op een binnenkoertje vol bouwpuin waarop een lawaaierige machine (airco?) ons stoorde vanaf 's morgens 7u15. Het hotel heeft duidelijk capaciteitsproblemen bij het ontbijtbuffet: lange wachtrijen en als een nieuwe […] schaal werd gebracht was deze voldoende voor de eerste 5 wachtenden in de rij. Fin lobby, men slitent og lite rom. Bittelite bad med helt feil fall på gulvet, så etter en dusj var hele badegulvet vått. Veldig enkel frokost, men OK. Kommer nok ikke til å velge dette hotellet i framtiden.

"Utmerket"
Sentral plassering i sentrum ved hurtigbåtterminalen. Veldig hyggelig og positiv betjening. Rom av delux utgaven var stor nok til 2 foreldre + 2 store barn. Det var ingen problem å få plassert sykler på rommet eller i låst rom ved resepsjonen. Også mulighet for å betille parkeringsplass ca50m fra hotellet. Intet negativt å bemerke.
"gut gelegen"
eignet sich sehr gut für Kielbesichtigung und Gang auf die Fähren nach Schweden und Norwegen.
