Hotel muito bem localizado, fica em frente da estação Centraal e realmente perto de tudo, fizemos tudo a pé. Não tem café da manhã, mas na redondeza tem vários locais para comer. O quarto e a cama são muito pequenos, mas o banheiro tem um tamanho bom.

O Hotel é novo e fica numa região próxima a alguns pontos turisticos como Anne Frank e Praça Dam. O quarto é normal com uma boa cama e bem limpo, o banheiro é todo de vidro, parece um aquário o que é desconfortável para uma viajem a 2, pois não possui trava, se escuta tudo e boa parte do vidro não é fosca. O hotel esta ligado com o restaurante art dulac café, um lugar com staff péssimo, onde não possue cardápio em ingles. Um dos serviços qe hotel oferece é uma taxa fixa de táxi onde você paga na recepção do hotel e ele te da um cartão que você tem que apresentar ao táxista e pode usar o táxi para ir para o aeroporto, o serviço é péssimo o taxista não queria nos levar pois recusamos a pagar extras por causa das malas, o que o hotel informou que já estava fechado no valor, ele não sabia que já estava pago, uma confusão. Não USE esse serviço.

Ótimo hotel, próximo do aeroporto, tem ônibus com diversos horários para o aeroporto, do aeroporto é possível chegar ao centro de trem. No geral foi um ótimo hotel, as janelas são isoladas e vc não houve o barulho do aeroporto. Na região do hotel não há nada, por isso vc sempre terá a necessidade de ir até o aeroporto.

The classic Amsterdam image of stately canals, the Canal Loop is principally the Herengracht and Keizersgracht, lined with gracious tall 17th and 18th-century houses. Some of these are now museums, most notably the eccentric Kattenkabinet. The Amstel is a more down-to-earth waterway, lined with houseboats and famous for its classic much–photographed Magere Brug (Skinny Bridge). The floating Flower Market is also a much-loved canal feature.

"Recomendo pela localização e pela vista"
É um hotel comparativamente caro pelo conforto que oferece. O serviço é pouco cordial. Há muitos hoteis melhores nas proximidades. Escolhi este mais de uma vez porque, se puder obter um quarto com vista para o canal, vale a pena.

O hotel é muito bom, super bem localizado e com ótimas instalações. Quarto espaçoso e confortável. A recepção podia ser mais aconchegante, mas isso é uma opinião pessoal. O que faltou foi wi-fi grátis nos quartos! Já esta mais do que na hora dos hotéis oferecerem este conforto aos hospedes. O café da manha, quase um almoço, é excelente!

A localização do hotel é excelente. Está perto de tudo, no centro de Amsterdão. O quarto utilizado não era luxuoso e a casa de banho era bastante pequena, mas ambos estavam convenientemente limpos.
Hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of most of Amsterdam. Room was small but clean, and the bed was comfortable. We were beside the house keeping station which was a bit noisy in the morning. Also our double bed was just two single beds put together which was annoying. We arrived to find 2 single beds when we booked a double. They changed our room with no hesitations but to fund they had charged us again for the new room which meant we had no spends in the bank on the sat night ... They did give us the cash back straight away but hassle of phoning uk to find out where money went, back and forth to hotel was a pain..... […] Be aware of this when checkin in as the girl who made the mistake didnt know what she was doing ... "Good, but not THAT good..."
We spent 3 days here before taking off for our next destination. This was convenient to most of the things we wanted to see (and were able to get around on foot to all of them). The drawback to this hotel was the price compared to to others in the area. We spent 1 day in another hotel on the way back and it was twice as good for half the price. Very whell located, in the heart of Amsterdam. Don't believe in the number of stars... small rooms with nothing but the strictly necessary. Parking fees are very high if you're ravelling by car, but not mentionned anywhere. Summary: quite expensive for what it provides, next time I should try other options.

Nice location relatively close to all the attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was always clean upon our return. Very secure, key card needed to enter hotel, use lift and enter room. Furthermore, a safe comes free with the room. Overall, everything was how it should be. Nice hotel, relatively quiet, good location. I would recommend […] it to anyone. The only comment i could make against it was the view from our window. The hotel has probably seen better times but it is conveniently located and it was a good price. Checking in took forever and even though I signed for the express check-out I still had to wait at the reception before leaving...

I'm a frequent traveller and I was very disappointed with the standard of the room that was on offer from NH Hotels. It was my first stay with this chain of hotels. First of all the room was very dark, the decor was very old and the room shape itself was unusual. "NH City Centre - Convenient but Dingy"
This hotel is convenient to sights, but has very small, and rather dingy, rooms--not a good value even for Amsterdam's generally cramped hotels. The breakfast, however, was very good for a buffet, and our interior room was quiet. For the price, I would book another place.

Rooms are small but functional, wifi costs but is fast, location is great if your looking to stay in the Amsterdam city center area. Very knowledgeable & helpful multilingual staff. Comfortable, clean well apportioned rooms a little on the small size but with all amenities. Great location convenient to attractions, shopping, restaurants, trams, buses, etc. Canal view rooms a plus. Would stay there again.

"Good Location"
The location of the hotel is good as we there are many nice restaurants and bars near by. It is approx 1.3km from the central station so it is a little bit of a walk from the red light district. Negatives of the hotel was the staff as I found them to be very rude and unreasonable. Also the internet can only be used in the hotel lobby.
"The NH Ciry Hotel - Avoid at all costs"
The photographs displayed online and the whole booking procedure are extremely misleading. We booked a room for 3 people at a quite high price. They gave us a room which was intended to be for two beds and they just added a 3rd bed (not even a real bed, it was a camping bed). On top of this when booking online you have the option of selecting a smoking […] room! Do not be fooled!! Out of 207 rooms they only have 5 smoking rooms but they still provide you with the option when booking online so that they can trick people into booking with them. I mean come on.. not many people go to Amsterdam and don't want a smoking room. In addition the staff were rude and the service was really slow. Also, they tend to come knocking on the door at 8 in the morning to clean the room?!?!?! We didn't let them in cause we were sleeping (we were on vacation, I don't even wake up at 8 when I go to work). They didn't come to clean the room afterwards during the day (I wish I knew why..) and our room wasn't cleaned for 3 days. Leia mais
"Great Location"
The location of the NH City Centre Hotel is ideal for sightseeing and getting around. It is about 5 mins walk from Dam Square, the shopping area off Dam Square and the flower market. There are lots of restaurants with different cuisines on the same street so getting dinner at night time was no problem. For breakfast each morning we opted to walk down […] to cafes beside the flower market. Our bedroom was on the small side but perfectly adequate and the satellite TV was good to have. 10 min walk to dam, the hotel is mediocre. Nothing spectacular. Staff is okay. free wifi in lobby only at 30 minute increments. walls are paper thin. The street can get roudy at night so hard to sleep. rooms are extremely small

This hotel is situated just off Dam Square which removes it from the more "tacky" side of Amsterdam. There are some lovely old fashion pubs and restaurants directly opposite this hotel. The only negative comment I would add is about our room. The hotel was very clean, appeared to be well managed, the rooms were on the small side...but so are most Amsterdam hotel rooms, especially in the price range of this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and tried very hard to make sure things were okay or to answer your questions etc. would stay there again.

"Modern and comfortable in good location"
The hotel was all we expected and hoped ; Clean and modern, good rooms and excellent bathrooms. We were on the fifth floor and had very little noise from road, but it's a reasonably quiet location close to Flower Market with a good selection of local restaurants and cafes and close to all the action.

I was sometimes in Amsterdam with all time an other hotel but this one was very impressive by its quality and location, I would recommend it to everyone and the best is the underground parking where your car can be safe and the rooms are not the biggest but the space is managed for the best confort. This hotel has an excellent location, close to museums, restaurants, canals, and a 2-minute walk to the tram. The rooms are a bit small, but they have used the space very efficiently and they are actually quite comfortable. The breakfast is very nice and the service is excellent. Sent us to a tiny no view room first and we went back down and pointed out we had upgraded to superior room. Thankfully brought Hotels.com ppw, they agreed, but still acted like they were doing us a favor giving us exactly what we paid for. Secure bldg - need room card to open hotel entry and operate elevators at night. Clean room overlooking canal. […] 3rd floor views straight into trees - recommend higher for best city view or lower for best canal view. Bed alittle sway-backed, but clean and worked. Stores and pubs immediately to the south wonderful, better than parallel streets and open late. Street a little north not as nice. Corner rooms with canal view look ideal! Bring your Great City!!!!!!
