O hotel e excelente mas o estacionamento difícil e caro. O hotel cobra Us$ 27 o pernoite e o estacionamento publico descoberto custa Us$20 por 24 horas. No mais, o hotel e excelente. Espaço, conforto e um excelente café da manha.

Good location, with easy access from the highway, and in a walking distance to the River walk area. My room was spacious and comfortable, but I didn't like to see the alarm clock was dusty. Free parking and complementary breakfast.

"Not bad for the price"
The room was clean per se, but it lacked that extra something. No mini-fridge and a slight lack of maintenance as far as a drooping shower rod that allowed the shower curtain not to close completely on both sides. the hotel isn't in the best neighborhood, BUT it is within walking distance of The Alamo and the Riverwalk! the front desk attendants were awesome and very helpful!! "Red Roof Inn - River Walk - San Antonio"
The only glitch in my whole three-day stay was the computer system was "down" when I came to check in. The clerk apologized and manually checked me in until the system was up. Staff was helpful, and the room was quite clean, and larger than I anticipated. A few minute walk to the River Walk, and access to I-281 was very convenient. "good locatio great hotel for the money"
Not excellent but you dont pay hyatt prices and you get breakfast and free wifi if parking was free this will be a best buy a long way around but hey dont worry alamo and riverside walking distance on a cheep side do not think twice
"riverwalk Red Roof Inn"
I was actually more satisfied that what I thought I was going to be. The staff were friendly and the front desk guy was awesome. Not bad a location and the neighborhood was good to. Everything was walking distance to the mall and riverwalk. Bus stop was right there also...
"Close to everything in San Antonio"
We spent 2 days in San Antonio just sightseeing, and picked this hotel because it seemed like a good location for what we wanted to do. The Alamo is about 3 blocks or so away. From there, another couple blocks gets you to the Riverwalk. We parked the vehicle at the hotel after dinner the night we got there ($5 per day) and didn't move it until we left […] to go to the airport after staying 2 nights. The guy at the front desk when we got there was very helpful. We wanted to try the Blue Star micro-brewery for dinner the first night (I'd recommend eating there for the beer), and he knew the best way to get there without even thinking about it. The room was adequate for the price range, but ours had kind of a musty smell and neither of us found the bed very comfortable. The tv is older and automatically shut off after every hour of use, which was a nuisance. There was no refrigerator, so we had to improvise with ice from the ice machine to keep our beverages cold. The neighborhood looks kind of scary, but we didn't have any issues and after seeing reviews on other hotels in this price range and area, most of the rest of them sounded rougher than this location. We might stay here again if we end up in San Antonio just because of the price and location. Leia mais
First of all, I get a room on the 6th floor and the water didnt want to work so I called room service they said it was because there wasnt alot of people on the sixth floor so to wait thirty minutes and see if the water would work....it never did. They changed me to the second floor and the water worked for 15 minutes and then didnt work called room […] service again and they said it was a problem with the water and it wouldnt be fixed until the next morning. The next day the safe got locked and didnt want to open, maintenance went and said that it had to be reset, so to wait an hour, we waited an hour and it still didnt want to open turns out it was the battery that was not working. Next day the toilet overflowed. Besides my bad experience the pool was pretty clean and the customer service was good. Leia mais

"red roof in downtown San Antonio, tx"
i loved the convience of the hotel room and the surrondings areas. i loved the fact that i can walk just 4 blocks from river walk and the river walk mall ! the only think i didnt like was that there was a cockroach in the restroom and that was the only thing that killed my visit but the rest was great! would and going to stay there again.

the people at the desk were very helpful and very friendly!!!!!!! the towels were terrable-sand paperish-sheets on bed were clean but stained maids were very nice

The hotel was good but we saw a great cockroach taking a walk in the carpet. We didnt receive any soap for take a shower in the second day of my stay. Cleaning it's too bad.

Good Clean Room with refrigerator and microwave. Also small coffeemaker and desk etc. Very good value. Close to Riverwalk and Public StreetCar very close to Hotel to go to tourists stops efficiently. Very good value
"Yucky but close by to riverwalk area"
Looks good from the outside, but our room was nasty! Candy & juice top were still under our bed. It was found by my toddlers, who could've put it in their mouths...the thought is just gross. No Hot Water!!! Called to ask about it & they said due to "low capacity" water hadn't been used & instructed us to leave water running. We did....for 20minutes...5 […] yr. Old was not happy w/cold shower. Hair in shower! Stinky linen, like sweat! Pillows had hair on them. Alarm clock rang at 1 am on its own. T.V. Turned on by itself. Overall miserable stay, dont do it! "Red Roof Inn Downtown San Antonio"
the location was convenient, but the beds were terribly uncomfortable, and the bathroom, while clean, had rust stains in the tub, and along the door jamb. I also noticed ants crawling on the floor of the bathroom. Finally, Red Roof Inn needs to up their breakfast choices in order to be more competitive.
Not handy to many stores. Holes in the wall next to the shower--but they painted it red to cover it up????? Got red paint on the shower curtain...looked like the shower scene from the movie "Psycho". Breakfast was about as bad as you can get..no toast, cereal, waffles, bananas or donuts..does not leave much.

"The Red Roof Inn is clean, comfortable, & close!"
We really enjoyed our stay here for 5 nights in San Antonio, Texas! The 2 male clerks at the Front Desk were professional, courteous, helpful, & informative! And, it was clean & comfortable with a nice air-conditioning unit in the room, that we ran constantly for triple digit temperatures outside!! Finally, it was conveniently located to the Alamo & […] the Riverwalk (about 2 blocks over, in walking distance); but with a Bus Stop just off the parking lot, we accessed that everyday with a purchased Day Pass for the extreme heat outside! We would recommend this hotel for any budget-conscious, but adventurous travelers! Leia mais
At First because of previous reviews I was not sure about the RedRoof Inn at this location but after I stayed there I was well satisfied with my stay and will more than likely recommend my freinds to stay at this location.

the ice machine is on the second floor and they have only bagels for breakfast. other than that i highly recomend this motel.

The hotel staff were great. Everything was great with two weak areas for us: towels were paper thin and rough and the area behind the hotel looks bad. Convenience is that you can walk or drive to the Riverwalk, Rivercenter Mall, Alamo, etc. The hotel does not have a restaurant and does have a continental breakfast of muffins, bagels, oranges, apples, […] coffee and juice. My husband and I went to just relax and that we did. Everything was in walking distance to what we wanted , so we parked the car and walked to everywhere we wanted to go

The hotel is in a great location, has in and out parking for $5, had free wi-fi and other amenities that higher priced hotels charge for. Would recommend.

"Good and inexpensive hotel near Riverwalk"
The location and the price of this hotel are excellent. It's just a few blocks from the Riverwalk, the Rivercenter Mall, the Alamo and every other touristic attraction in downtown. The only thing i have to complain about is the bathtub, it was clogged! and that is it, the room was ok otherwise.

"Convinent location"
This Red Roof Inn was very close to the Alamo and Riverwalk (easy walk) It was very clean and the personnel very helpful. The only problem is there is very little seating area for breakfast.

"Red Roof San Antonio Downtown - great location"
We really enjoyed our stay in San Antonio at the Red Roof Inn Downtown. The price was great and the location was great as well. Within walking distance to the Alamo, the Riverwalk, Henry B. Gonzales Convention Center, the Alamodome and much more. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

The breakfast was horrible compared to other hotels similar in price (packaged muffins, bagels, fruit and juice... That's IT!). The beds were full size, not queen that was stated in the description. The AC unit leaked water all over the floor in front of it.
