Hotel muito bem localizado, fica em frente da estação Centraal e realmente perto de tudo, fizemos tudo a pé. Não tem café da manhã, mas na redondeza tem vários locais para comer. O quarto e a cama são muito pequenos, mas o banheiro tem um tamanho bom.

O Hotel é novo e fica numa região próxima a alguns pontos turisticos como Anne Frank e Praça Dam. O quarto é normal com uma boa cama e bem limpo, o banheiro é todo de vidro, parece um aquário o que é desconfortável para uma viajem a 2, pois não possui trava, se escuta tudo e boa parte do vidro não é fosca. O hotel esta ligado com o restaurante art dulac café, um lugar com staff péssimo, onde não possue cardápio em ingles. Um dos serviços qe hotel oferece é uma taxa fixa de táxi onde você paga na recepção do hotel e ele te da um cartão que você tem que apresentar ao táxista e pode usar o táxi para ir para o aeroporto, o serviço é péssimo o taxista não queria nos levar pois recusamos a pagar extras por causa das malas, o que o hotel informou que já estava fechado no valor, ele não sabia que já estava pago, uma confusão. Não USE esse serviço.

Ótimo hotel, próximo do aeroporto, tem ônibus com diversos horários para o aeroporto, do aeroporto é possível chegar ao centro de trem. No geral foi um ótimo hotel, as janelas são isoladas e vc não houve o barulho do aeroporto. Na região do hotel não há nada, por isso vc sempre terá a necessidade de ir até o aeroporto.

"Hotel proximo de todas as visitas obrigatorias"
Hotel muito bem localizado, limpo, tranquilo,o unico inconveniente foi o tamanho do quarto que ficamos, era minimo ! Sem contar que o banheiro, embora muito limpo e moderno, fica num aquario dentro do quarto. As paredes sao de vidro jateados com algumas partes transparentes, vc tem que ser alguem muito despojado para ficar com outra pessoa e usar esse […] banheiro. Nao gostei. Usamos o hotel para guardar nossas bagagens enquanto fomos para Bruxelas e Colonia, voltamos em 4 dias e ai nos deram um quarto maior , so que o banheiro era ainda um aquario. Na recepcao nos disseram que na reserva escolhemos assim, o que nao foi verdade, em nenhum momento qdo contratamos a hospedagem foi-nos dito sobre esse banheiro de vidro... Leia mais

The room was clean and renovated. At the same time some bad noise because of ongoing renovation. Perfect location. in the middle of everything while quiet. The TV channels were not available because of renovation. Hotel exceeded our expectations: It was very clean and in new condition, its location is excellent. All of the staff were very kind and helpful. Internet is available everywhere in the hotel. We score it no less than perfect :)
"Nice Hotel, but double room not really a double"
was planning an overnighter with a buddy of mine. The hotel seemed nice and reasonably priced. The single beds were side by side on a platform built for a double. So you're sleeping side by side by just on two different tiny mattresses. Not that big of a deal but I felt a bit conned
"Excellent location and great price"
For the price can't be beat, there was some building work going on during daytime hours, with loud hammering and drilling. Stayed for weekend with 3 girlfriends and had great stay here. Hotel super clean and very comfortable, especially beds. Yes rooms on the smallish side but totally adequate, what do you expect for a City Centre Hotel? Would definately stay here again. No complaints at all.

This was an AMAZING hotel! If it weren't for a missed flight and last minute specials we would't have been able to have stayed here, but we enjoyed our night in Amsterdam and our lovely stay at this amazing hotel! If there's an offer - DO IT!

We loved the location and we were able to walk everywhere. Parking is a little bit hard but that is true of any great city including Amsterdam. The receptionist was very helpful with recommendations for sight seeings and restaurants. We would stay there again.

For 3 stars very good, room 410 (de-luxe) spacious, comfortable and quiet located towards the back. Breafast at Euro 12,50 to be recommended. Tram stop just outside makes all sights very easy to reach if you don’t want to walk. Recommend all inclusive "I am Amsterdam" card for visiting museums, public transport including canal trips, discounts bargains, […] available from tourist office valid 24, 48, 72 hours and longer. "Bizarre bathroom but cracking location"
Ok, bad bits - the bathroom is made of glass and the bed is 2 single mattresses on a double base. Not what I was expecting as a straight man sharing with another man! Whilst it is not expected you can work round it by going for a walk or one coming back from breakfst later etc. The best bit - it is 10 minutes from the red light district and drinking […] dens/cafes. I was there on a stag weekend and it was perfect to meet the needs - too drunk to notice the twin/double and an easy stagger back. Everything seemed safe in the environment and all tastes were catered for within a couple of streets. There are 'windows' just around the corner but dont let this put you off. It is noisy, but what do you expect in the middle of a city! Excellent place to stay as a couple or mates on a weekend away, just be prepared for the glass... Leia mais

"I don't normally review hotels but this was so bad"
We (two male friends) booked a twin room: it consisted of a bizarre double bed which (although made up of 2 mattresses) was physically built into the room so could not be separated into twins. The room was small, but felt much smaller because of the way it was laid out and some pointless plastic chairs and a weird desk thing which was actually part […] of the double bed. But the crowning glory was that the bathroom, which was much larger than it needed to be at about 1/3 size of the room, had wall which were made of glass. Yes, completely transparent ordinary glass: the only privacy was about 2 ft/50cm of frosting in the middle of this glass wall, so I could see my friend shower and use the loo, and hear every gorgeous noise he made day or night. Even we were a couple this would be a little unromantic to say the list, but for a twin? Staff were very off hand when we asked to change rooms. The room was also noisy: we asked to be put at the back of the hotel, but this overlooked another road almost as noisy as the one in the front. About all that can be said for the room is that it was clean. And, in fairness to me and my friend, we got the room we deserved (but the hotel wasn’t to know that), and a room I will certainly always remember. Perhaps the long term ability to laugh about the glass bathroom in years to come is actually worth more than having a decent room? Leia mais

This hotel is very clean and tidy, the staff are helpful and friendly. Room size is very good. It is a relatively new hotel, about 10 minutes by train to the CBD. However donot let this put you off as the trains run every 10 to 15 minutes and on time. There is also a new shopping centre next door with a couple of restaurants. Good breakfast and a terrace […] to have a drink. It is in a developing area of Bern. If you are looking for a modern hotel with good size rooms and don't mind catching the train, this is great place to stay. If you are arriving in Bern for the first time by train, it is handy to note that the information area and ticket sales office is below the station not above it. "Centrally located, comfortable, reasonably priced"
The showerheads discharge far too much water resulting in very erratic temperature control for those in nearby bathrooms trying to have a shower. The breakfast room on the ground floor is dark and dowdy but these are minor issues for a centrally located hotel within a short walk (10 min) from the railway station. Take care! Basically the hotel was fine except for the size of the room. a Although I had ordered a "delux" room with double bed, our room was so small that the bed was pushed against the far wall, with a small desk at the back of the bed. The "double bed" was composed of two single beds, with single sheets, pushed together. Because of the type of mattress, I […] almost fell off in the middle of the night. However, despite this, I must praise a wonderful desk clerk who helped me when the internet failed to print my boarding card. he went out of his way . "Excellent location, really good for a 3 stars!"
I am always cautious of 3 star hotels, as some in the past were really bad. But i was really impressed with this hotel, the location was fantastic, it is 5 minutes from the main train station - a fast train to the airport is only 4 euros and takes 15 mins or so! The hotel is surounded by restaurants, cafes , bars and shops. And i was able to walk around […] Amsterdam city centre from the hotel in under 20 mins. The only down side i experienced is that the room is very small ( but it's not like we spent much time in the room) - and although it is a non smoking room, we often walked into a strong smell of cigarettes. Also, nearby are a few 'red rooms' - so if you're easily offended , then maybe it's not the best hotel location for you. But overall, if you want a good hotel with a fair price and location this is definitely one i would recommend. Leia mais

This the tiniest hotel room we have ever stayed in; however, it is absolutely sufficient for two people (a couple). The shape was odd, but interesting, and they did an excellent job organizing it in a way that made it work. It was updated and very modern and extremely clean. The location was perfect, walking distance from the main sights.
"Misleading Room Description- NO TWIN ROOMS"
I booked a TWIN room for myself and my work colleague for 1 night. Both Double & Twin rooms were advertised as available but when we arrived after a long working day we found that the "Twin " room was 2 single matresses on a single imovable base. seperate single duvets. When we complained we were told " This Is Amsterdam". Not good enough . Another […] male pair were at reception complaining abiut the same problem. We were offered a refund as told that all rooms were booked. Found out that this hotel has NO twin rooms. we were very disappointed at this deception a hotel was otherwise very clean & modern. "A nice hotel at the middle of the city"
Great location' near the dam, the central station, Ana frank's house & more. as an elevator, very clear house keeping every day. The only down was that we ordered a twin bed & received a double with two mattresses, when we asked why we received a double bed the man at the reception told us that this is the twin because the there is a crack between the […] mattresses. We were travelling as a group and the hotel was very convenient and comforable. reception was very helpful with advice and recommendations. Breakfast was better value than eating out in the local area.

We were really pleased with our stay here over the 4th of July weekend 2011. The location is absolutely perfect as it is minutes walk from the heart of Amsterdam & the Red Light District. Furthermore, there is a tram stop just out the door that takes you directly to all the Museums (no connections) and Leindesplein [sp], another cool square. They were […] kind enough to store our luggage as we arrived early so we were able to explore the city before check-in. Almost forgot, it's a 13 minute walk to the Central station, which takes you directly to Schiphol (AMS) airport. For less than 4 euros per person, you can get to and from the airport. Stayed in this hotel over 2 days . What a treat. We stayed here during a heatwave and boy was I glad for the airconditioning. This a beautifully kept modern hotel, bathroom is new as is bedroom. I had the deluxe room, which is not big, but really well done up. Tea/ coffee amenities available in the room and free wifi across the hotel was a major plus […] too! Only negative I'd say is the breakfast was very expensive, take a walk around go and get yourself a cheese/ ham roll, there's an albert heijn (grocery store) around the corner. Front line staff were very helpful and the breakfast area was good, but how this Hotel could be rated 3 star I don't know. This is the first time I've had to sleep in a room the size of a cupboard!! The most expensive and worst Hotel room I've stayed in for many years.
"Beware unsecured free wireless service"
Nice hotel, good location, good rooms. A little too much modern glass walls for bathroom and table. Most important, beware of hackers with access to free wireless service which is unsecured.

Hotel is conveniently located near Amsterdam Centraal station. My one person room was very nice, modern, clean, efficiently layed out and nicely fitted out with fixtures, bedding, etc. I was surprised at how nice it was. It was small but comfortable. I especailly appreciated the modern beauty of the bathroom. Great shower. Only let down was that the […] wi-fi access was not great; it kept going in and out and never had more than two bars of strength. Other than the wi-fi, I had no negative comments. It was an excellent bang for the buck! The breakfast was a pretty good value espeically if you are in a rush to get to the train station. Excellent Hotel, Excellent Location, Excellent Service!!! We were very impressed when walking into the foyer, it is very modern and clean. Fast check in by a lovely member of staff she gave us some leaflets and explained that the door key was needed to activate the lifts and the entrance door late at night, if there was anything else we needed- just […] ask. The duluxe room we stayed in was better than expected, small but perfectly formed!! The bed was really comfortable, and the pillows were to die for!! Flat screen TV at the base of the bed (Impressed the other half!). Beautiful bathroom, AMAZING Shower!! I was looking for excuses to have another!! The Location is about 10 minutes from Central Station and 10 minutes to Dam Square. We were in the middle of everything, but felt removed from hustle and bustle. This hotel is weary and could use a renovation. The location was good but the room needs to be updated with the curtains and carpet replaced. The staff doesn't seem to care about the way it appears which is evident in the lack of cleanliness in the lobby and at the entranceway. Not a 3 star hotel for several reasons. 1. I have stayed in many European hotels and this 'Deluxe Double' was small by European standards. 2. The carpet was not only outdated but extended up one wall. I am sure Í have never stayed in a hotel that considered carpeting- it was both tasteless and unappealing. 3. The street view out our window showcased […] a brothel ~ red lights, open windows with women advertising themselves and men going in and out during the night. "Great Value For a Great Hotel"
Stayed for 3 nights in room 207 at the rear of the hotel very clean, comfortable and quiet. All the hotel staff were friendly and efficient. Even provide a luggage room if you are leaving late. This hotel is easily as good as the 4* Inntel over the road. Must be honest and say this is a great hotel for a very realistic price. As regular visitors to […] Amsterdam( 6 times now!) this is a safe bet for anyone who worries about size, cleanliness etc and in a cracking location, even the maids were respectful of the do not disturb sign....5 mins walk from the railway station, 5 mins to Dam square, the RLD, and the shops.We would book this hotel again without hesitation. "Excellent Hotel In a Great Location"
We recently stayed at this hotel on a mini break to Amsterdam. The hotel staff were very welcoming on arrival and allowed us to check-in even though we were very early. The room we were given was one of the premium upgade rooms which was very modern and clean and compact but this is to be expected in these older Amsterdam buildings. Some of our family […] stayed in the standard rooms which were just as comfortable. My only comment would be the cost of the buffet breakfast which they charge €15 for. There are numerous cafes in the surrounding area where this can be brought at half the price. The free coffee served in reception in the morning was an added bonus. The hotel is ideally situated just 10 mins walk from Central Railway Station and 2 mins from the main shopping area. Although located on a busy road there is no noise heard in the rooms to soil your stay. There is a tram/bus stop just outside the front door as well as a large underground car park. Overall this is an excellent hotel with charming staff in a fantastic neighbourhood. I will be usung it again and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone. Leia mais

"lovely stay"
The hotel location was perfect 2 min from dam squre 1 min from shopping street and not in the middle of the red light district I delux room was very well furnished but quite small not that we spent much time in there was perfect for a long weekend, The only things I could say were wrong with this room was the shower is glass so ok for a couple but you […] are exposed and also the double bed was two singles together so you tend t ofall down the gap in the middle but for a three star is was good! Excellent location. Clean, modern hotel with very helpful staff. No problems with early check in, or luggage storage. Will definitely recommend to others. Comfortable, excellent value, close to all important sites in the heart of the city.
stayed for 2 nights - nice new room, clean and well presented, slightly small but the bathroom being glass made it feel bigger, checked in 3 hours early and reception staff were great. fantastic location - 5 mins walk to dam square
