O hotel está muito bem localizado.... Utilizei o cofre, o serviço de concierge e sempre fui bem atendida pelos funcionários. Na reserva do meu quarto adquiri café da manhã para 2 pessoas porém, o café é a-la-carte e portanto, mais demorado do que um self-service. Sugestão: não comprar café da manhã do hotel e ir comer na padaria Au Bon Pain no caminho do hotel para a estação de trem (comunicação interna por dentro dos prédios). É mais barato e tem uma maior variedade de produtos.

"Sheraton Weekend Getaway"
I have stayed at the Sheraton with my parents as a kid so I decided to go back the weekend before Christmas. It is a perfect location due to the fact that it is between water tower and state street shopping. When we arrived at the hotel, our request for a king bed was not received through hotels.com but the receptionist was very helpful in fulfilling […] our request and switched our room. I enjoyed the stay except for one thing. The bed was awful. It was extremely uncomfortable. We stayed for two nights and the first night, I barely slept because the bed was so hard. The second night, I slept on top of the comforter because it seemed to be down or down alternative so that was a little more comfortable. "Great location"
You cannot beat the location of this hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Magnificent Mile is just around the corner as well as some nice restaurants. The room small but very clean. I would definitely go back to this hotel and could recommend it too.

wonderful stay other than the room being VERY warm... I had to turn the A/C on becuase it was so warm in there... and I'm a pretty small person.

I was warmly greeted upon checkin, and given a modest room upgrade as a Starwood member, to a lake view... a very good first impression. Location is very good, room was nice, Sheraton beds are outstanding, and the elevators are apparently operated by magic, because they are always there, waiting. Housekeeping oversights were a disappointment... some […] used towels left behind the bathroom door and an unemptied bathroom trash can created an "ick" factor upon entry to an otherwise clean room. A forgotten ice bucket liner on day two was a minor annoyance. Hammering and drilling in a room overhead on two consecutive mornings, beginning at 7:30, was really inexcusable, though. Common areas were well-maintained, with some of the inevitable furniture wear-and-tear that happens in such a high-volume hotel that hosts a lot of conferences. If you're a discriminating traveler with a tolerance for the occasional dropped ball, as I am, you'll be quite satisfied with your stay here. Leia mais

"Great choice and great price"
This hotel is a half block from Navy Pier, and super close to lots of parking garages. All of the staff was very friendly and accommodating, and many went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I love this hotel right on the river and a block from Mag mile. Hotel room was somewhat dated, but clean. Our fridge in the room was not working and we were told we cannot store anything in it. We stayed for 2 nights during the thanksgiving weekend and were very satisfied with the stay. The rooms were nice and the location was awesome in terms of being close to all key places in Chicago downtown. If we go to Chicago again, we will definitely stay here.
"Hotel Sheraton in Chicago Downtown"
This hotel has a great location, very close to the Magnificent Mile/Michigan Ave. The hotel has plenty of elevators so we didn't feel any inconvenience having our room on floor 24 (no waiting time and great speed). The main lobby was beautiful with a huge xmas tree and nice siting area (my daughter enjoyed the electronic table games). We traveled with […] our dog and we didn't have any problems; there is no extra charge for dogs, the only requirement is to sign a waiver. Now the not so great part: our room was outdated most obvious in the bathroom so the room did not look like a 4 stars. Parking at the hotel is expensive. Breakfast was not included and in general it's expensive to eat at the hotel; the only complementary items in the room are coffee and tea (a bottle of water costs approx.5$...). However, there are plenty of places to go out and eat so that was not really a problem for us. In conclusion, we would return to this hotel for their no-hassle pet policy and their location. "Thanksgiving stay..."
Stayed over Thanksgiving with our children... location is great and room was comfortable. Would be nice to have wireless in guest rooms, instead of just in lobby. Bathrooms could use updating... our sink was cracked and wallpaper looked dated, other than that, I'd stay here any time.
"Valet steal"
I used the valet service to park my car and left the GPS in it. When I got the car back, the GPS was gone. They had me fill paperwork for an hour and 2 days later informed me that it would not be covered. I suggest you use the self park option, which is $11 cheaper than the valet service.

Be very cautious when booking a room. A reservation is NOT an actual reservation but merely a request according to the desk clerk.. "Great Location, Hotel needs work."
Have stayed at this hotel several times. Upon checking into our room, we found the toilet had been used and not flushed, which means not cleaned. Front desk gave us 6 breakfast coupons and a room upgrade. The rooms are just ok, knobs on heat/air control were broken and falling off, mini bar fridge not working and facet in the bathtub was loose and easy […] to pull out of the wall. Front desk help great, Mike the door man awesome, and Herman the waiter in the LB Restaurant very good as was the breakfast buffet, excellent!! !. Room service good as well and quick. We had a wonderful two nights at this hotel. The staff was excellent and attentive. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. This hotel is at a perfect location for exploring Michigan Avenue and the Loop.

This is a spacious hotel located on the Chicago River not far from Lake Michigan and Michigan Ave. We stayed there on Thanksgiving when many school bands stayed there prior to Friday's Christmas Parade. "Beauty"
I was lucky enough to have a river view on the 21st floor and it was awesome! I only got one night there because that was all I could afford (stayed elsewhere the rest of my trip)... But I loved every minute of it.

The hotel was sold out. I was told as a hotels.com user, I would get the best room available. In a sold out situation that means the worst room in the hotel and it was terrible. I was put in a handicapped room. The shower drained into a drain in the center of the room but the drain did not work properly. "Great Location/Quality"
The location for this hotel is within walking distance of just about anything you could want to do in the city. The room quality was great and the view of the city was beautiful. You do have to watch out for the bars and dining within the hotel though. They're incredibly pricey.

Would rate this hotel a 3 or 3 1/2 star. Room was small and outdated for a 4 star rating. Coffee maker didn't work, a/c didn't work, tub backed up and room near elevators too noisy. Very disappointed. Front office staff very nice and gave us another room for night two.

Absolutely great hotel, terrific location and professional staff. The only complaint I have is that the bar didn't open until 3pm. There were plenty of locations to go in the neighborhood for a drink, but that is absolutely the only complaint.
"Room not quite as expected"
I greatly enjoyed the convenience of being rather close to things I wanted to see downtown. However, the room left something to be desired. The bed skirts were horribly dirty, inside of windows quite streaked and the bathroom fan did not function. The room just wasn't quite what I expected: The room just seemed to be in need of updating.

The staff at this perfectly located property are fully enrolled and adept at the art of Hospitality. Great people everywhere. The building design is striking from the outside, but once off the elevator, you feel as though you should have brought a flashlight. "pleasant surprise...."
wasn't sure what to expect staying at such a large hotel downtown...usually try to stay in smaller places. sheraton was terrific-pleasant, helpful, sharp staff, very comfortable room (quiet, even!), awesome bed..,even a great shower. definitely recommend...tourists will love the location, everything is within walking distance.

"Beautiful Location-Great Hotel"
The beds were so comfortable, the view of the chicago river was outstanding, the view of the skyline and skyscrapers was gorgeous!! I highly recommend this hotel. We got to keep our bikes in our room and everything was a bike ride away. The hotel's Chicago Burger Co., was the BEST burger and fries I ever had. We'll be back every year!!

All the people were very nice to talk too, but when it came to service it was way below my expectations.Check in was at 3:00 and we did not receive a room till 6:30 (not the original room reserved).
