Como San Diego não é uma megalópole, o deslocamento de carro para todos os pontos turísticos é rápido, em particular Gaslamp Quarter e Little Italy (dois locais imperdíveis de se ir à noite). Localizado junto à praia e restaurantes diversos, é uma boa para quer quer surfar e comer. O hotel é do tipo econômico (padrão Orlando) e dispõe de lavanderia. Havia famílias americanas com crianças e estavam todas satisfeitas. O café é servido no lobby (café, leite, chá, suco e muffins doces). Se quiser, pode montar seu kit e levar para o quarto. O quarto com duas camas de casal é amplo, limpo e comfortável. A internet é paga. O entorno é seguro para um passeio à pé. Há todo tipo de comércio que precisar nos arredores. Tudo compatível com o preço. Fiquei muito satisfeito e recomendo com empenho.

The hotel is great with a friendly and efficient service. Nice breakfast. Pacific Beach is beautiful. The only negative was the surrounding neighborhood at night. Really scary to walk around !!

Este hotel nos surpreendeu pela qualidade das instalações (incluindo um dock para Ipod / Iphone) e limpeza, além da facilidade de acesso para Legoland e estar vizinho ao Premium Outlet. Café da manhã acima da média (nos padrões americanos) e atendimento eficiente. Outro detalhe, eles liberaram nossos quartos as 10h00, horas antes do horário padrão de check in. Recomendo a todos.

The hotel was over priced for the amenities in the room. The bathroom tub grout was not clean. There was no flat screen TV in the room.
Holiday Inn in San Diego was very nice and comfortable. Right off the freeway and less than 5 mins from stadium. Although many fast food eats around wish there was sit down restaurants. Staff friendly.

We have never stayed at a Holiday Inn before, only at a Holiday Inn Express, which was okay, but not terrific. We chose this hotel because of its location and price, and we were pleasantly surprised at the all-around quality. It's definitely a step above the Express. The hotel staff was great and very accommodating when we had to extend our stay. The […] restaurant is not great, but the servers are very friendly and outgoing. I had a dinner salad there that was very good -- a chicken Caesar -- but I don't recommend the breakfast. I stayed at this location because I had business right around the corner. There is not much in the area for Vacation but if you have a reason to be in this area this is a nice Hotel.

The location is convenient, there are MANY options for quick dining in walking distance, the rooms are clean and comfortable, but the front desk and housekeeping STAFF make this a pleasant, safe and friendly place to stay! I can't thank the staff enough for helping me recover lost items, and to Crystal at the front desk who went out of her way to work […] with housekeeping to return my Kindle to me! This is what makes a hotel great: staff who go the extra mile to insure that guests have their needs met! The hotel was easy to find and close to the area that I wanted to be in. The price was reasonable especially for the size of the room that I had.

Didnt not have hot water, called front desk three times, no results, will never come back or use holiday inn again

Overal, this hotel was ok. It was clean and comfortable. But the wierd thing was, They didn't offer conditioner or soap!! They had expensive B&B shampoo and lotion, but not soap??? Also, the restaurant downstairs was awful. I ust got some nachos, had them deliver to my room and it was NOT worth the $16 I spent on it! 20 seconds from freeway, less than 1 mi from Chargers/Padres stadium, easy walking distance from several fast food resturants, 10 minutes from Sea World, Old Town. Great location. quiet, clean. Expect rate increase when remodel/update completed.

for the rate, Hotel was as expected , to bad it was a little out of the way, but it was clean and on the plus side found a good bagel shop nearby.

This is my first year at Comic Con so I wanted a hotel that was decently priced and close to a trolley station since getting a hotel close to downtown would be out of the question. Although the hotel is a little farther than I thought, it was surprisingly convenient. The trolley station was a quick ride away (1 exit away off the 15) and they offer free […] parking. The trolley ride to downtown was only 30 mins. There's a little shopping area next door with places to eat. Wal-Mart and Vons were down the street for last minute things. Shopping centers and well-known restaurants were also close by. The staff here was also really friendly, they would greet us every time we walked the door. Best thing of all, was that we had 4 people in the room and they didn't charge for extra people which was really helpful budget-wise (we stayed for 5 days). "No bang for the buck."
Considering the cost of this hotel, I would have expected a few simple things - microwave, small refrigerator, a TV that worked without sounding like a defective AC/heater. The bathroom had no counter/vanity space. I didn't really need the microwave, but a fridge would have been very useful. If cheaper hotels can give you a fridge, I don't see why this […] one can't. The most annoying aspect was the TV. It gave off an extremely annoying crackling sound that could only be overcome by turning up the volume to very loud levels. Fint hotel med pæne værelser og rent. God Pool og mulighed for indkøb og spisesteder tæt på. Hotellet ligger dog et stykke fra downtown hvorfor der må findes sammen muligheder tættere på midtbyen
