Boas acomodações. Café da manhã simples, mas satisfatório. Recepcionistas simpáticos e prestativos. Localizado ao lado de um pequeno bosque e com fácil acesso ao centro da cidade, porém, não muito próximo. Recomendo!

Escolhi esse hotel pela sua localização estratégica: Próximo ao outlet Franklin Mills e no caminho do Six Flags. Os quartos são de bom tamanho e a qualidade geral do hotel é boa em relação ao seu preço. Só não recomendo para quem deseja visitar o centro da cidade, pois fica um pouco longe.

Hello, well it was the first time we had used hotels.com for booking a room. We arrived and was told that they had no king beds left which we had reservations for almost a week prior. We were giving a room with two double beds and was told we wasnt going to be charged anymore because our room was not available..wow-thanks. As we entered our room it […] was totally dirty. So bad that I took pictures on my cellphone. The rug looked like it had not been vacummed in weeks the bathroom had hair in the sink and the countertop wasnt even wiped down,on top of the room having a meldew smell that was quite over bearing. As I went to turn the air on the whole front of the unit had fell on my leg..My husband had called the front desk and the man had gave us another room with two double beds and told us the following day we would be able to have the king bed that we had reserved when the housekeeping was able to clean us a better room. Needless to say..during out whole two day stay that never happened. We was told the were booked and had no available rooms. How could they give our room away yet,there was king beds available that we had seen only a few doors down from our room but was told they were being reserved. wow--didnt make sense to us..would think that we had more right to get a better room beings our stay was booked a week prior and our stay was paid for. Needless to say the next time we dont recieve what we reserved that hotel would not be getting our busniess and we will choose to go elsewhere. The staff made no attempt to even apologize or fix the problem, never even had room service come after the first night stay and my husband had to go to the front desk and ask for freash towels and toliet paper. lol..We both feel the problem should of been handled or even offerd the king room the following day. It seems like they were just interested in getting your money and didnt care if we were satisfied or not. Bad business in my book. Leia mais
"worst hotel i have ever stayed in"
Over the memorial day weekend i stayed at the days inn this was the dirtiest and with worst room service of any hotel i have ever stayed in. The three days that i stayed there my room was serviced Just onced, ever after requesting room service no one came to clean.
"one star place"
The beds are bad and not comfortable at all. Pillows that would be sold at a dollar store.
