O Hotel é simples, porém muito bem localizado. A uma quadra do Hotel, em caminhada bem tranquila, tem-se bom supermercado, um Mac Donald's, um pequeno centro de compras com loja da Ross - a rua fica entre as Hollywood Blvd e a Sunset que se estendem para importantes pontos turísticos. Acabei de me hospedar neste Hotel. O apto é modesto, o banheiro pequeno e simples; no entanto sempre que chegávamos, estava bem arrumado, cheiroso, com boas toalhas e sempre repondo-se os sabonetes e shampoos. A recepção é super simples, onde é servido o café da manhã - tem-se bons donut's doces, croissant, café americano e suco de laranja. Tem-se Wi-fi com bom acesso rápido à internet e na recepção um computador com uso livre para o hóspede por 15 min. Impressão é cobrado US$ 0.50 por folha. Eu e minha família curtimos bastante a estadia no mesmo. Voltaríamos sim.

O fato de ter o metro ao lado do hotel, onde pode-se ir a vários pontos da Hollywood Boulevard, inclusive a Universal Studios, já tem minha preferência, o preço é outro ponto a favor. Hotel para se hospedar apenas para dormir, excelente custo-benefício . Li um relato que uma hospede pagou para receber encomendas no hotel, mas isso não aconteceu comigo. Recebi encomendas e não me cobraram nada. Recomendo

Excelentes acomodações, quarto limpo e espaçoso, ótimo café da manhã. Hotel muito bonito, ambiente agradável. O translado aeroporto - hotel ocorre durante as 24 horas, de 30 em 30 min, basta esperar do lado de fora do aeroporto, onde passam as vans.
"Millennium Biltmore a very pleasant surprise"
I had never been to the Millennium Biltmore before this trip and was quite impressed. The public spaces -- lobby, lounge, bar and ground-floor corridors -- are "grand" in the spirit of the best hotels of the early part of the 20th Century. The decor shows a great attention to detail that I don't think would even be attempted in building a hotel today. […] All the staff were pleasant and attentive. The guest rooms are in need of some updating -- bigger countertops and better lighting in the bathrooms, for instance -- and I would have liked a minibar in the room. "Millenium Biltmore--great place and great history"
I've stayed in downtown L.A., Hollywood and near and in Beverly Hills in 4 Star places and this is the best place I've said to date.

This place needs serious attention: common area carpeting on guest floors is worn, torn and pron to causing you to trip. Heavy doors 'bang' when the close, so late nighters and early risers make ther presence known "loud & clear". The HVAC temperature control in the room is virtually unresponsive and air flow is minimal at best. However, the most dissapointing […] aspect was that the mattress/boxspring was so old and overused that one either sunk in to well populated indentation, or you rolled off the bed where the boxspring had broken. The hotel is really old and it smelled old. I wouldn't stay here again.
"Old Hotel"
We were given an old room with a 13 inch TUBE TV when we called maintenance the guy said we should call the Manager and ask for an update room.. 0_0 Parking is ridiculous as well 40.00 a nite to park your car. When you can park across the street for 14.00 ... Its over priced and not worth staying there again.

"Fine, but I won't go back"
My third-floor interior-facing room was clean and well-maintained, but it felt older than it did historic, and it was almost comically bare bones. I told some folks that I felt I had joined a monastery. Another on our trip told me of her magnificent corner room. I showed her a picture of my room -- it struck me as so plain that I took a picture -- and […] she sad, "oh, I'm sorry." "Millennium Biltumore Downtown LA"
The location of the hotel was convenient to all the major attractions in Downtown LA. The staff was nice and the lobby was clean. The room was outdated so I was left a little disappointed.

Pretty good, we didn't get to take much advantage of the hotel, but the stay was decent. The staff downstairs could've been a little friendlier, but they weren't rude by any means.

This was a delightful and historic place to stay in downtown LA. They could stand to replace some of the carpeting in the hallways and the rooms are on the smaller side since the hotel is historic but it was really fun to stay in a place with so much charm and history. Not a phony or plastic kind of place and the service was dignified.

It's probably personal, but even though I got a great rate through Hotels.com, the high parking rate, the lack of food availability other than pricey hotel food and noisy neighbors made this stay less than desirable. I reserved the club king bed room thinking it was going to be a suite. The room it literally a cramped room with a desk and chair. Barely any space on either side of the bed. The extra money from the standard room to the club room is basicaly so u can have continental breakfast and wine and cheese in the evemings. Definately will be staying somewhere […] else next time. "Wilshire Grand Los Angeles"
This hotel is scheduled for demolition either the end of this year or the beginning of 2012. The service was horrible and it is obvious that the staff has lost all interest in serving the guests. Cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel is old but kept clean and nice. Staff were friendly and the small live music concert at the bar was great. The hotel interior is just awesome antique. Classic This hotel has history which i liked.

We had the best time at this hotel. We were celebrating my son's 7th birthday and everything went as planned. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate at two of their resteraunts and the food was great (Japanese and Italian). The hotel is beautiful and very well kept. We can't wait to go back again!

"Hotels needs a remodel and location is NOISY!!"
Despite its beautiful architecture and history this grand lady has seen better days. Its a very good hotel in need of a makeover: new carpeting, fresh paint, better lighting, etc. Sadly, we will not be staying there again.

"Great hotel, less the deposit issue"
The hotel was fantastic and the area is awesome. You can easily get to Pershing square for the subway to get anywhere needed. The restaurants in the area are phenomenal and the art deco design is top notch…. On to the deposit- The charge you a hefty amount per day. Most hotels do that for debit, not credit cards and this hotel holds the funds for 72 […] business hours after you check out. I’m not too keen on having any company hold any amount of funds for 72 hours let alone when the deposit is pricey per day. This is my first experience with any hotel hold funds for that long and due to that policy I won’t be booking them again. The Hilton Checkers is right across the street and has a roof top pool, the Standard is a few blocks away and neither of those have a 72 hour policy. Leia mais

For the price of the hotel parking should not be so high, and neither should the internet in the room. Plus my room had a musty smell to it.
"Not bad, just not great"
The hotel is beautiful on the ground floor, but once we got off the elevator everything looked pretty dilapidated. Things didn't improve much when we got into the room, still dilapidated and pretty bare. Some might think that it is charming and shows character, but to me cracked paint is not okay in a hotel of this caliber. Granted this isn't a 5 star […] hotel, but I still expected more. "Biltmore in LA"
What can I say, it's the Biltmore, If this hotel has a sale and you need to stay downtown then it's a no brainer book a room. The rooms are older but it was clean, the bed comfy and the staff is top notch. Just bring ones and fives and be generous.

The Biltmore is a wonderful representation of the "old hollywood" feel that many are looking for when they come to LA. Upon initially checking in, we were shown to a room that was quite bland. "nice place downtown"
Pricey, but not too much. A great place to stay downtown, clean and pleasant. Swank bar. One downside- you do have to pay $10 for 24hr use of internet.

"Avoid parking in the hotel"
Valet parking very very expensive, there is a self parking in front of hotel for less than half of the price. Amazing lobby, Nice rooms, but whithout refrigerator unless you pay some extra for it.

The hotel overall was very pretty, but there are definitely some updates that need to be made. Given that it is in downtown LA, double pane windows would be a great place to start. I was on the street facing side and the busses echoed through my 7th floor room. Even with earplugs, I was up at 5AM because of the noise. Additionally, the shower is dangerous. […] The water fluctuated from hot to cold continuously (including when I was rinsing my face and got scorched)... For two days I took some of the most uncomfortable showers of my life! On a good note, the bed was very comfortable, and the price was reasonable for the downtown location. The front desk staff who checked me in were very kind and welcoming. Leia mais

Love the Biltmore. Old world charm...this iconic hotel is still a stunning, historical beauty! This is the way classy hotels use to be. May the Biltmore Hotel be around for generations to come to enjoy.

Excellent choice for anyone. The hotel and our room was very clean, very quiet and within one block of our meeting place. The lobby and meeting rooms were spotless. Also enjoyed the gym and pool. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Great value for the money.

"Absolutely stunning hotel"
From the moment my friend and I arrived at the Biltmore, we received nothing but the absolute best and professional service. The hotel is a breathtaking spectacle and the accompanying history adds a lovely warm originality which is quite refreshing in a city like LA. Despite not being the youngest building, the rooms are immaculate, the bathrooms are […] spotless and the beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The staff were so helpful and provided us with all the information we needed for the local area, which included buses, trains and maps of Downtown LA. The location is perfect, especially for people who don't have a car during their holiday, as a huge Macy's Plaza lies round the corner and across the road is the Metro which runs right into Hollywood. We were treated so well during this stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a little bit of luxury at a fantastic price. We want to go back! Leia mais
"Millenium Biltomore LA"
Keeping the historic theme going, the lounge area is cool, good wine and decent food. Sushi restaurant in hotel is NOT good. Rooms are clean but nothing great, old fashioned fixtures, tubs, dressers, etc. But for the price and location it was a good deal. Friendly staff.

"Millennium Stay"
Beauty of the lobby itself made up for the outdated decor of the room. A film was being shot in the ballroom the night we checked in. Fantastic area as well.
