Caesars Palace - Las Vegas

Wonderful hotel with yaguzzi and great view! Luxorious! The best hotel I´ve ever been and it was wonderful to go to Celin Dion´s show, because it was at the same building.

Otel is great,amazing but the room we stayed was awfull,the tv,room bar was horrible..

Yeah...It's Caesars Palace downstairs......But our room was awful. Our two groups of four booked our reservations EARLY, and demanded adjoining rooms. Rooms were not only NOT adjoining, they weren't on the same floor. Our floor was not even near capacity, AND they didn't check us in until night time. They did get us on the same floor though. We waited […] ALL day for this. The rooms we were in were absoultely 1-2 stars, and no more. Room turnout service was late every day, despite our complaints. We had no mini bar, no LCD TV, no radio, none of the smallest amenities, and the room was ugly. I normally don't care about my room, but in Vegas, pre-parties are expected in the hotel, and some small flash would have been nice. I won't stay here again....The proximity to activities is great, but I can stay next door in Bellagio or MGM for pretty much the same price. I DON'T RECOMMEND YOU STAY. If you have a demand when you book they will make no effort to fill it. And even though it was New Year's, our floor did not have a soul stirring until the 31st, so the busy excuse doesn;t cut it here. I had a better room in Circus Circus! Ler mais

I chose this hotel because it advertised no resort fees. I did not realize at the time that without paying resort fees, you also do not enjoy any privileges whatsoever. In the end every service is priced separately--internet in your room is a fee, using the fitness facililty is an additional fee, using the hotel spa is an additional fee. In the end […] all of these fees added up to more than a resort fee at another hotel. I would try a different hotel next time just to see what is included with their resort fees. I might not be pleased there either. The location of Caesar's Palace is wonderful however. Ler mais

this hotel is okay...i wouldn't stay here again. i was at the palace tower, it was too far of a walk just to get out of the casino. by the time i am half way to bellagio, im tired. when we 1st got there, our bellhop called for a fridge for us bc we had medication. we waited an hr, still no sign of a fridge. so i decided to call back, they say it will […] be right up still no sign. so i just gave up and use the ice box to keep my medication cold. later that night i slept on the bed...i felt itchy. i don't know if its the bed bug...when i woke up i feel red marks on my body and bumps. i wonder if they sanitize the bed? i got home on tuesday and i see feel itchy. the maid is awesome! overall good experience, however noticed several strands of hair that was not mine on the sheets and in the bathroom.

room was drab and boring. but the french bistro offered amazing breakfast. lots of smoke in casino too.

Horrible!! We arrived in our room and it was in horrible condition and room stunk like old stale smoke (after requesting a non smoking room). Smell was so bad it was affecting my friends asthma! Called the front desk to request a room change and she tells us she can send someone up to spray the room.. REALLY?! So we tell her we can wait for another […] room and she says she will call us in the hour as the other room is still being cleaned. ONE HOUR LATER.. NO CALL... so we call back to check on the status of the room and guy says there is nothing in the system of a room change. So he finally gets us into another room one floor up. Same crappy room, just smelled a little better. It was his first time in Vegas so we figured Caesars was the perfect location, but Very dissapointed with the rooms. Even the tv was old school. Everything was dated. Horrible service. Overall experience. CRAP! After all that hassle, you think they would have put us in a nicer room. If I wanted to stay in a room like that, I would have booked Imperial Palace! Ler mais

I was very disappoint with my room, No flat screen TV. I was very disappointed that I had to pay an additional $25 a day to use the gym! That should have been advertised! I would have picked another hotel that had free excess.

We absolutely hated out room, it was in the Roman tower and was disgusting. Dated, not redecorated for at least 30 years. A hotel like this should be up to scratch but it was a real let down and not at all as described. You would be better off in another hotel that has been recently decorated

was in Vegas for a marketing convention held at Caesars. Everything was perfect. Room was in Octavius tower, only thing t was missing was a mini bar.

Loved the hotel and the casino. The restaurants were busy and long waits to be seated-make your reservations early. The steak house served us tough steak but they did refund our dinner price.

I have stayed at Caesars before and visit Las Vegas about once a quarter. I asked for a higher floor away from the elevator. What I received was the 5th floor at the end of the hall next to the work room. I heard the nightclub until 2am and drilling starting at 5am. I love Caesars Palace as a hotel. I've stayed at many others but always used to visit Caesars to shop or eat. It's also very central. I booked a standard room but for Caesars I expected alot more. The carpet looked really old, sheets looked old, even the tv was an old crt model. Wireless internet was slower than dialup during half our stay (they did […] waive half of the charges without a fuss). I could see alot of dirt on the top of the bathroom switches. We were in the Roman tower, our friends in the Centurion Tower had a similar room (I booked 3) but their internet was fine there. Basically as the hotel is great i think if you stay in one of the other towers (and pay more) your stay will be excellent. You can also tell the difference from the entrance as there was always security check points at certain towers but not others (like the Roman and Centurion). Very lovely & classic hotel, nicely located in the strip where most interesting happenings are found.The hotel has lots to offer, branded goods shopping, lots of restaurants to delight your taste-buds and the Celine Dion show was fantastic. However, the hotel should provide complimentary wireless internet and coffee/tea in the room.

Hotel is located where all the attractions are. Interior and rooms are very well laid out.

Caesars Palace is a beautiful hotel in an awesome location. While it is nice to get a discount for your stay the rooms they saved for us is one that they could not rent to a full paying patron. It was in an old part of the hotel complex, looked old, and offered a view of other buildings, and a the only other strip view you could see was the top of the […] eifel tower at the Paris. Next time I choose to stay I will not get a discounted room so that I can expect more. I spent a significant amount of money in many different slot machines, and soon realized that they were just money funnels. I also went to the serindipity 3 for a late breakfast at the recommendation of the desk clerk. When we entered the Hostess ignored us for a while, and then told us there would be a 30 minute wait for a table. I looked around the dining area and saw more than 10 dirty but empty tables, and saw no line of people waiting for a table, and walked away confused. I booked my reservation to stay in the forum tower, only to get there and the told me they had to move me to the palace tower. The room was not what I expected. I have stayed at NY/NY, MGM, Mirage and this was the worst of them. Not that it was a bad room, but for the price I expected more. I will probably not visit again.

Great hotel and very reasonably priced. One of the best on the Strip. Fantastic facilities and location.

We stayed in the Octavian tower which has just recently been built. The service was outstanding. The pools (8 if I remember correctly) are heated to 83 F. We had a jacuzzi tub in our King room which was most enjoyable. NO RESORT FEE as part of the Total Vegas Group. Internet was charged a reseasonable 24hr rate. There is a free valet and bell hop […] service which is convenient as its almost a mile through the casino to self parking. OMG...depending on which tower you stay in your room might be well past it's shelf life. Our carpet was duct taped down to keep you from tripping over and breaking your neck. Might as well have slept in the casino as the smell of smoke was as stron in the room as it was in the casino areas. Ceasars was so bad, it turned us off to vegas all togeth […] er. Ler mais

I will highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Overall the hotel is fine but the noise from the interconnecting room was dreadful. Would not go there again unless clear that there was a wall twixt me and the neigbours.

The parking garage is too far from the hotel room. Too much walking and make the trip very tired.

Even though the room I was in was not one of the renovated rooms, Caesars Palace is still a great hotel with great service. If possible ask for the Forum Tower - it is newly renovated, but less expensive than the other renovated towers. All of the restaurants have affordable great food too.

we thought like every other hotel in vegas check in is at 3p.m we got there and they said its between 4p.m - 6p.m and our room was not ready and according to their system it says that we only booked a king size bed, when i clearly showed them in my email that it said that we booked 2 queen beds. then they said they will give us a call once our room […] was ready. at 6p.m we came back and asked how come they didnt call they said that they dont call us when the room is ready, so i guess they took down my phone number for nothing? i dont know customer service is horrible. the room was nice though so good job to the cleaning people. This hotel is absolutely stunning. Everything from the front lobby, hallways, casino and of course the rooms were breath taking. The staff is great and provide exceptional customer service and are quite knowledgable about the hotel and surronding areas. Amazing hotel, rooms were great. very spacious. Casino downstairs was amazing, with great bars & restaurants. right in the middle of the vegas action. Our only issue was getting into our room initially as the first set of key cards we were given didnt work. Had to line up back in reception for another 30 minutes to get another set which also didnt […] work. Were eventually let into our room by the bellman who was delivering our luggage. Called reception for another key card to be delivered but this never arrived. A friend who was also staying in the room eventually got a key card that worked. was a great stay apart from that. Bit of a slow check in, but worth every minute. Gorgeous, fun hotel. Fantastic room in size and decor! Highly recommend!!
