My husband and I travel alot and this Hotel is one of my very favorites along with the Broadmoor in Colorado Springs. The employees are excellent. The service is excellent. The breakfast brunch at the restaurant is excellent. Our room was excellent. This was the third year in a row that we have stayed there for the Women of Faith Conference and make […] our reservation months ahead. I do wish they had room discounts for those of us who keep returning. The valet service also does an excellent job. "Great Location"
The room was small for what we paid for and some of the updates seemed a little shoddy, but overall it was a lovely hotel and we enjoyed our stay. The staff was very courteous, especially the valets. The location couldn't be better, even though there was construction surrounding the building.
"Uncomfortable bed & tiny bathroom!"
When we checked in, this hotel looked lovely! We usually choose the Westin, but decided to try this hotel that had a better deal. The room was nice to look at, however; the bathroom had zero counter space and the toilet was in a space that could only fit children comfortably. Maybe could have dealt with that, but the bed was hard as a brick, uncomfortable […] to sit in even to watch tv. We both had a lousy night's sleep. The carpet on one side of the bed was wet and stayed wet the whole time we were there. $27 for parking (about the same as the Westin). Next time we stay at the Westin. Leia mais

Hotel was excellent. Only exception was the night time room service menu range. There were no fish/tuna sandwich options, as I do not eat meat.

"Omni in Indy - great location"
We were travelling with a party of 5 and upon check-in they were able to switch us from two separate rooms to two adjoining rooms. Hotel staff were very pleasant and location is great as it is right in the middle of numerous night life and restaurant locations. Also a block and a half from Canseco Fieldhouse and a few blocks the other direction is Lucas […] Oil Stadium. Will definitely stay again when in Indy. Leia mais

This place is under rated. Except for the very small bathrooms. I'd stay here anytime. Well priced, great comfy beds, very clean and updated. "Absolutely Wonderful!"
One of the top hotels I have ever stayed at. Very clean and comfortable and the staff was top notch! Plan to vist again next time I am in town.
"Happy hoosiers"
The staff was amazingly helpful and available. The room was comfortable and stylish. The only downside (which is in no way the hotel's responsibility) is all the construction. We were within walking distance of all the things we wanted to do.
"Hotel OK... if you can get there."
It seems every street in Indianapolis is under construction for the upcoming Superbowl, so it's very difficult to get to the Omni Severin entrance. The hotel gave me no warning of this, and offered no alternative directions to actually get to their building. Customer service is also VERY difficult to contact via phone unless you are already in the hotel. […] And good luck with parking - the Omni Severin offers only expensive valet service, and your car is kept in unattended street parking around the corner. Had I known about all of this, I might have opted to stay elsewhere, where I would likely get more services for a lower price. "Omni - Indy"
While in town for a wedding -- stayed at this fantastic hotel. It was centrally located -- lots of nightlife nearby. The bartenders at the hotel were super friendly and efficient.
"Omni Severin, Indy"
The valet returned our vehicle with a flat tire and failed to mention it. The tire had a nail in it upon investigation and we got to pay $27.00 per night for the valet so-called service. Also the bathrobe provided by the hotel had food on it from a previous guest. I suspect it was not washed after use.

Attended the Bulls/Pacers playoff game and the hotel was in walking distance of Conseco Fieldhouse, the mall, and various eating spots and bars. The front desk was wonderful and valet was great. The room was clean and comfy just didnt like the really soft pillows. Other than that I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

the staff made our stay unreal. because of them i would stay there anytime. hotel was great - awesome; of the best i have ever stayed in. Adjacent to everything !! Bars, food, mall are all right there. Only vice- need a hot tub.

While the renovations to the hotel are very nice, the elevators are so slow, at one point I waited 15 minutes for an elevator. My room would not cool down and my curtains did not close all of the way causing me to use a hair clip to hold them closed. OUR FIRST STAY IN INDIANAPOLIS AND IT WAS WONDERFUL. THE OMNI WAS CENTRALLY LOCATED AND THE SKYWALKS TO THE MALL, CONVENTION CENTER, ETC., WERE WONDERFUL SINCE THE WEATHER WAS NOT THE GREATEST. THE ROOM WAS PLUSH, CLEAN, AND VERY SPACIOUS. HAD MILK AND COOKIES LEFT IN OUR ROOM THAT EVENING AND THE KIDS THOUGHT THAT WAS AWESOME. WOULD DEFINITELY GO BACK […] AND STAY AT THE OMNI AGAIN. "Mixed"
The first room we were sent to was VERY SMALL...and nothing like what was advertised...we asked for a larger one...and were sent to a handicapped room in the alley...which was very loud. I was appalled that we were charged a $9,95 a day internet fee in addition to the $27 a day parking charge.

"Excellent Service"
Extremely attentive and courteous staff, on-point and professional - they go above and beyond the call of duty. Loved the doggie bags (with treat and baggies) as well as the kids back-packs. Thanks Omni Severin for helping make our stay memorable!

Beautiful hotel. We attended a wedding and reception and spent the night. Our experience was quite good and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

We stayed at the Omni while we were in town for the Indiana High School basketball state championships. (We won!) :-) First the negatives: (1) The room was small than expected, considering the price. (2) You have to pay for Wi-Fi. (However, my son was able to sit near the window of the room and pick up free wireless from the lobby.) The positives […] certainly outweigh the negatives: (1) The convenient location was worth the cost of the room. It is a very easy walk to Conseco or Lucas Oil. (It will be even easier when the Georgia Street construction is complete.) (2) The Skywalk system connecting the Omni with Circle Center Mall makes it a comfortable walk to downtown restaurants, shopping, etc. (3) The Valet staff was absolutely the best. They quickly retrieved a child seat from our car when we needed it - and wouldn't accept the tip. They quickly retrieved our car when we needed it. They were very helpful, offering maps and even bottled water for the trip upon our departure. (4) Likewise, the front desk and restaurant staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Great job, Omni. I really enjoyed our overnight stay at the Omni. Its location was perfect for enjoying the downtown atmosphere and Circle Centre Mall. The room was nice and clean, yet very tiny. But I was pre-warned about the room sizes by reading reviews on this website. We were merely sleeping there, so it didn't matter much to us. I was surprised there was not a […] microwave. The refridgerator was stocked with really expensive items. You had to break a seal to even open it, so we were afraid to store our own items in it for fear of being charged. There was a basket of goodies on the desk, however it had no price list (as the refridgerator did). We weren't sure what the deal with that was. After seeing the cost of the refridgerator items, I was afraid to use anything including the bathroom soap for fear of a "restocking fee". We also found earplugs in the desk drawer, so we were anticipating a loud stay, but it was actually quite peaceful. Leia mais
in walking distance of most everything in downtown; connected to the Mall; very nice. there was street work in progress on one side of the hotel, which didnt bother us Didn't have to drive anywhere while we were there, and they let us leave our car at the hotel until 3p on checkout day so we could do some more sightseeing and even after letting us put […] our luggage in the car! "Don't try to park"
The valet service was confusing and inadequately staffed. There were 15 or so cars backed up at the drop off and no one from the hotel to be found. The person who apparently was the valet looked right at us as we sat in the driveway and made no attempt to contact us. Either he was overloaded or he assumed that we were not hotel guests--either way it […] was unprofessional. It was stressful to try to figure out what to do with the car instead...we ended up using 2 pay garages and street parking. The front desk person who checked me in was condescending and snotty when I asked what the deal was with parking. He didn't apologize or offer to help when I said it wasn't clear what was going on. He just said "the guy with the bell cart that you saw is the valet" and acted like I was stupid. Not a good impression. The other hotel staff were standing around in groups in their black clothes looking imposing and unwelcoming. It was hard to tell who was working and who wasn't without obvious nametags or welcoming personalities, and it was intimidating the way they stood there together not offering to help. "Omni - Indianapolis"
The hotel is beautiful and location great. Connected to the Mall and restaurants nearby was great. The only draw back was the room next to ours decided to leave their TV on loud all night long. Ear plugs were provided, but the TV being on all night was so disrespectful to the other hotel visitors. Probably should have called the desk, but didn't.

"OMNI Severin Indianopolis-Great surrounding area"
Everything within walking distance or a short cab ride. Great for a weekend getaway. OMNI Severin is a beautiful hotel, but maid service lacking some. Came in to 3 cartons of warm milk left in an ice bucket, no extra toilet paper, and maid left no clean washcloths or toilet paper when cleaning (were almost out.) Otherwise, staff very nice.
"The Omni was great for Colts game"
The hotel was great for home Colts game. They had an indoor tailgate party before the game which was fun. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend the Omni
"The Omni Severin Hotel in Indy - classy hotel."
Stayed at the Omni for weekend getaway. A great hotel with great staff. Even though the Colts were in town for playoff game, our room was really quiet. Only complaint was the size of the maps for local attractions. Didn't have a smart phone or laptop to locate some of the attractions but still had a good time. Great place to stay, close to lots of restaurants, mall and across street from Lucas Oil Stadium.

For the price you are paying for this hotel you would expect a little bit of luxury. That is not he case... the hotel is outdated and the bathrooms are in desperate need of updating. The rooms are small and overpriced. The location of the hotel is unbeatable and connected to the mall area. All in all, try somewhere else if you want a nicer room.

I will be recommending this hotel to all of my friends and family. Our stay was very pleasant and the people working there were very friendly and helpful!!! The location was wonderful!! The hotel room was very comfortable and clean.
