Hotel muito agradavel. Para aqueles que estiverem de carro, SF fica a pouco mais de 15 minutos, no horario do rush. Apenas o cafe da manha achamos fraco. Excelente para ferias.

Hotel extremamente justo, com EXCELENTE localização. Únicas observações são com relação ao tamanho do banheiro que achei pequeno e ao custo do estacionamento (US$50,00/dia). Hotel super recomendado.

De 20 dias de viagem em 6 estados americanos esse foi o melhor hotel que ficamos. Decoração de muito bom gosto, limpeza impecável, café da manhã perfeito em um lindo terraço e muita educação dos atendentes.

Hotel Diva worked out well for us. It is well located about a block or two off of Union Square. Everything was fine except...there were some long black hairs in a couple of the towels...yuck! Otherwise, very cute modern hotel, oh and Starbucks next store is a plus...but they're very very SLOW.

Its an OK hotel, but some rooms are very dark, no windows to day light. The manager was very, very courteous and went out of his way to give us a room with a big window. It was noisy, but we were too tire to keep us up.

My husband and I wanted to be close to downtown San Francisco, which the hotel definitely was. The hotel room itself was small and the bathroom had no shelf space. Very reasonable price for union square considering the location. Rooms were quite small with a single king bed. Television had very few channels working. Lobby area is EXTREMELY small, but, no one really spends time there anyways. Without the thermostat, can be tough to control the temperature, but, otherwise, it is MUCH MUCH better to have A/C than […] not. Good toiletries and linens. Good location...Union Square is very central but admittedly not the most exciting of neighborhoods. It's like recommending Times Square...great for tourists, but little local flavor. The hotel was clean, well maintained, quiet and stylish. Staff was very professional and pleasant too. Not all that cozy though...maybe because the rooms were so small […] and the sinks were outside of the bathrooms. As a boutique hotel it kinda failed because it lacked any real personality. My friends and I had a fabulous stay at this lovely boutique hotel. Upon checkin, we were given a beautiful room, by the professional and friendly staff. Everything worked! "Great location and service"
Our family of four enjoyed our recent stay at Hotel Diva. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is in a convenient location for Union Square, cable cars, shopping and restaurants.

"Hotel Diva San Francisco"
Stayed a week in the Hotel Diva and found it comfortable and convenient. Although there are homeless people on the streets they are generally polite and not aggressive in any way. It's just a part of San Francisco. While we were there there were some renovations going on and the rather dated corridors were being brought up to the standards of the rooms. "nice location"
We enjoyed our stay in Diva Hotel, its very well located, close to Union Square, next to Colibri which is an extraordinary Mexican Restaurant. The room had enough space, awesome bed and sophisticated decoration. It has free wifi which helps a lot since most hotels charges for that service.

"Remodel the Common Areas"
The hotel staff is very friendly. David in the lobby is a gr8 guy. The rooms are small but nice. Gr8 location. Getting to the room "needs remodel". The floors squeek, are uneven, and are a poor entry for the beautiful room. The walls are marked and damaged. Great location. Housekeeping a challenge - did not have bed made for our child and kept having to ask for more towels. Concierge was great! Ask for restaurant recommendations. Dotties is a must for breakfast.

"Clean and nice in central location"
Very good location and a clean and nicely decorated hotel. Quite small room with brick wall view but the design of the room was nice. The only bad thing is the parking that is a robbery. 36 $ + tax per night. Unfortunately this seems to be the case everywhere in downtown so there is really not much of a choice.
"Hotel Diva -- stylish and modern"
We really like this hotel and have stayed here twice in the past. The rooms are really small, but the location for the price is fabulous. They have brand new carpet and everything is extremely modern.

We stayed in a family room with 2 beds. It was a nice, spacious and modern looking room. Nice that this hotel offers family rooms. Hotel staff was very friendly, offering us advice on booking tours and things to do in the area. The only thing I didn't like about the room was the tiny bathroom. Also, the hotel is being remodeled and this caused some […] inconvenience. There are only 2 elevators and one was out of order during our stay, resulting in long wait times.We used the stairs most times. We were on the 4th floor. The direct surroundings of the hotel are not the greatest with bums hanging out directly outside the hotel. On the other hand, it is only 2 blocks from Union Square, which is nice. Skip the Pinecrest Diner for breakfast. They claim to serve the best breakfast in San Francisco, but it really isn't anything special and definitely not worth waiting in line for. "The Diva Hotel in San Francisco. Divalicious."
This boutique hotel was as funky as it gets. Whilst it is really old it has had a contemporary facelift. The amenities were great and the room was Divalicious. The staff were amazing and so helpful. The hotel was located on Geary Street opposite some gorgeous old theatres. The street was filled with art galleries which were so cool. Lots and lots of […] restaurants and cafes. Centrally located just down from Union Square where all the great shops were as well as the cable cars to go up to Fisherman's Wharf. I loved it and would recommend it to anyone. Leia mais

"Happy"
Overall, I was happy with my stay. We had a group of eight girls and stayed in the family rooms, which were comfortable and clean. The front desk service was great. They were helpful with holding our bags and letting us park before we checked in. My only complaint is that the concierge was a little rude about having to hold all our bags. When dropping […] them off to our room he still had an attitude when I offered to help. It takes at least 20 minutes to have Valet pull up your car, so just call front desk before going down. "Very good"
Hotel Diva is a just few hundreds feet from Union Square and few blocks from Chinatown. Room is very clean. My kid loved the decoration. Valet parking, however, is very expensive but we do not really have choice. Staff is very kind and helpful. Starbucks is right down stair.

"Good 'Convenience' Hotel"
Great location, interesting premise and very pleasant and helpful staff. On the downside, every Diva needs a makeup mirror, or at least better light for makeup. Also, it was a little weird not being able to see outside, although the opaque blinds were an interesting motif.
Excellent location, newly redone and immaculate rooms, superior service, especially the concierge who gave us superb restaurant recommendations, and the car service, which was twice as fast as the pricer hotel down the street. this is a bit eclectic and old with renovations of varying quality. the rooms was pretty nice and spacious, and it was quiet both of which are important. the hallways are kind of dingy and the door to the room seemed a bit flimsy. I would consider it a midlevel hotel.

The concierge at the hotel was particularly helpful to us with recommendations for local diners, when to walk the Golden Gate bridge, etc. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly, and the room comfortable. We were heading to Mendocino after spending a few days in S.F. with our son, his wife and their 10 year old, and our daughter. That was a big group to accommodate and we were very satisfied. There aren't services to speak of...no dining room. But, in S.F. that is totally unnecessary. There was free internet, work rooms on several floors, coffee in the […] a.m., an attached Starbucks....and a host of marvelous desk people who simply wanted to please. The staff here were really helpful and friendly. Everything was great. Only issues were poor water pressure in the shower, air was little noisy, and television had some static. None of this would keep me from coming for another stay. Great price for the area and quality of stay.

Housekeeping knocked on door at 8:45a on a Saturday morning. Concierge needs customer service training. When I asked for things to do one night in the vicinity, he said it not the nicest tone that I needed to give him more information on what I wanted to do. Toilet seat wasn't spotless.
the conceurge was very rude and didn't like the fact that he had to carry our luggage, we asked a question about the room he replied, i don't know any thing about the rooms and was'nt very happy that he had to wait 5 minutes while we contacted the front desk for information so he just dropped the bags in the hall and went so we carried our own lugage […] to a different room. the desk staff were very polite during our stay but David was rude and this is the main reason we will never come back to your hotel, even if it was central to the main city. the beggers out front were a real tunr off as well, when my wife was out front she would always be harrased by them for money or smokes when she asked David for assistance she was ignored. "Form and function meet at Diva"
I was looking for a hotel that was a little different - that had a definite style and with rooms that stood out from the crowd, and I found it at Diva. Our room was decently sized with a closet, refrigerator (no mini-bar, just a fridge!), a spacious bathroom with separate teeny toilet room, and a big comfortable bed (minus the lumpy uncomfortable pillows). […] My favorite feature of the room was probably the windows that actually opened - it was refreshing (no pun intended) to be able to get some of that crisp san francisco air circulating in the room. "Best location to move around the Downtown Area!"
The hotel is just as pictured in the photos. Its location is central to Union Sq and close to the trolley lines 2 blocks away that will take you to the Fisherman's Wharf area. The bedding and room was very comfortable. The hotel staff was the very best and will go above and beyond to assist with sightseeing plans, restaurant recommendations, and so […] much more! A few cons however is to avoid rooms facing Geary street and the Curran theater as this will result in a lot of street noise late into the night that will disturb your sleep. Also, the bathroom is very small with barely enough room for one person to maneuver. The bathroom is comparable to the size of a very small closet. The City and the Hotel needs to address the homeless population wondering the street in the immediate area as they are large in numbers and are harassing about getting money from tourists. Finally, beware of the parking charges as the hotel will charge you $44 per day with tax to park your car. Don't expect to receive you car timely either as the hotel takes 20-30 minutes to pull the car around from their parking garage. Overall, I enjoyed my time on the property but the disadvantages are enough to make me reconsider staying there again in the future. Leia mais
"fun quirky place"
Owned by a woman so go girls! The elevator starts your experience like you are going to outer space. Blue lights; take pictures of yourselves. We had the big room with the Murphy bed which was a great set up. The big bed was so comfy and we liked the way the Murphy bed was across the room so we look talk to each other without crimping our necks. I liked […] the sink outside the bathroom because there were 4 of us so 2 of us could do things at once. The bathroom is small but the shower flow is as strong as you can find in SF.
