Fine hotel in a perfect location. Very pleasant and helpful staff, including a bed turndown every evening. Room faced a quiet park, so absolutely no noise. KuDam right round the corner, as well as KaDeWe. Highly recommend.

well situated, clean comfortable hotel. Helpful staff. Easy access to local U Bahn and S Bahn stations and buses for sightseeing tours. Bike rental shop 10 mins walk away. Silly prices for breakfast so use local cafes.

We were looking for a family room for 4, but technically could only book for 3. I called the hotel before booking and have been told, it is no problems at all. As we arrived, it was not possible to occupy the room with 4 person, however we found room big enough for an additional bed. As we mentioned this to reception, the bed was in in 10 minutes. Overall comfort and service staff were excellent.

Good for 3 persons.

We found this hotel at a very good price at hotels.com. If you want to stay at a large hotel in West Berlin this couldn''t be better. Very close to Kurfurstendamm and Bahnhof Zoo, and still in a quiet location at Los Angeles Platz. Many restaurants nearby. The only downside for us is that a hotel of this type is very impersonal, but if you don't mind that, this would be perfect. Also, we generally stay in East Berlin, since we find it more dynamic, but theseare only personal opinions.

Hotel was modern, airy and comfortable. Very quiet in spite of central location. U Bahn, S Bahn, and tour buses all nearby. Good restaurants just around the corner, and all the shops one could wish for . . .

Overall we were impressed with the hotel. The room was slightly dated which contrasted with the rest of the hotel which was very modern. However I cannot fault the service / cleanliness or any other aspect. Recommended.

The room we were put up in did not match the decor of the lobby. It was a false impression once we got to our room because the lobby of this hotel was very pleasant and welcoming. Not sure if the hotel is going through renovations by floor or what not but our room seemed outdated for the price and caliber hotel this is supposed to be (5 star). The hotel doesn't even have it's own protected parking, instead it uses a city lot which is underground but not fully isolated from the public. The location of the place is ideal though located near main bus and train hubs as well as the major shopping district in Berlin. It's a place to stay but I would read the reviews of other places in this price category and deem for yourself what you wish to choose.

This was a great hotel. The location spot on train station and buses near by the zoo just a few minutes away and the hotel was quite for a city centre hotel. Berlin has so much to see.

The hotel is conveniently located just off the Kurfurstendamm (2 min walk to the shops) and a short walk away from Zoologischer Garten rail station, which provides an easy link to the rest of the city and the museums, tourist sights etc. The room was a decent size, the bathroom was lovely (no bath, but a very nice shower). We liked the cocktail bar - a great selection of cocktails available. We didn't take the breakfast as it seemed very pricey, but there are plenty of restaurants, cafes and fast food outlets in the vicinity to choose from. If you want to stay in western part of the city (which we prefer), then we would definitely recommend this hotel.

The Hotel was very good but there is no litriture in the hotel lobby or the rooms on Berlin itself, local atractions,maps etc. Other than that it was very pleasant.

The main restaurant in the hotel has a buffet-if you miss it, the menu is limited to distinctly Berliner- German food and frankly it is an acquired taste which I have yet to acquire. A more international menu would be better.

The Steigenberger Hotel i Berlin is a perfect place to stay when going on sightseeing in Berlin. Coming back to the hotel after a day in Berlin the pool area with sauna and masage is very relaxing and nice. The rooms are perfect and breakfast buffet is delicious. I can only recommend a stay at the Steigenberger Hotel in Berling.

I travel a LOT and have various luck with hotels! This Hotel was clean, comfortable and location was great. Would definitely stay again. Didn't try any of the restaurants.

Outstanding hotel with excellent staff. Pool and sauna excellent. Great location to times square and resturants and sites

My boyfriend and i decided to stay at this hotel as it was reasonably priced and was situated close to the shops and main attractions. As the price was so reasonable, we stayed up on the club level. The rooms were spacious and clean and the maid service was very attentive. The club lounge was not very big and sometimes it was hard to find a place to sit. The continental breakfast was what you would expect but the evening snacks were limited. If you are not going to be spending much time in the hotel, then i wouldn't recommend the club level as the only time we ate was at breakfast. Also, please be aware that it is quite snobbish on club level and to be smartly dressed when entering the club lounge! Oh, before i forget, before you enter the sauna, remember that it is part of the German culture not to wear any clothes (what a shock we had).

I first stayed at this hotel in 1992 and was impressed then with the quality of the property and location. I am equally pleased to say this impression is true today! While on business in Europe with my wife and friends we stayed at the hotel each time we were in Berlin and found it to have the same level of quality as the first time I was here! It is truly in the perfect location from which to explore Berlin! While I worked the rest of our group toured, shopped, found great restaurants and we were close the Christmas Market for visits at night! We will be back!

Very good location,as far as sights & shopping we wanted to attend close to good restaurants.Friendliest staff was in the spa only.Very small pool, but nice.The Intercontinental in Franfurt should be the example by which all the large,better hotels should model after.

Ein gutes Hotel, dass sehr günstig liegt, um als Tourist in Berlin unterwegs zu sein. Leider im Moment Baulärm durch Renovierungen.

Har kun godt at sige. Det var helt i top. Syntes dog at morgenmaden var for dyr, 23 euro pr. person.

Hotel was prima. Geen gebruik gemaakt van de faciliteiten (goed zwembad) omdat de stad al genoeg vertier geeft. Minpuntjes: we hadden een doorsnee kamer met dito bed, ondanks de termen 'comfort-room' en 'kingsizebed'. Ondanks de bestelling 'niet-roken' bleek er toch zo nu en dan een vervelende rokerslucht te hangen (via airco?). Het hotel pakte de klacht verder niet op, anderzijds hadden wij geen zin in gedoe tijdens een heerlijk weekendje in een indrukwekkende stad. Tip: bespreek dat vooraf duidelijk met de receptie. .

Our general impression was OK, however the room was of a lower category than the one we had paid for and the swimming pool is rather small for so many rooms and using guests!

Die Lage ist ideal, wenn man Berlin kennenlernen will. Die Zimmer sind auf dem neuesten Stand, leider laeuft in den Duschen das Wasser nicht ab. Auf Nachfrage erfuhren wir, dass das auch in anderen Zimmern so ist.

Goed hotel, midden in het centrum, 5 minuten van de kurfurstendamm en de gedächtniskirche. Echt super gelegen.

Det for dårligt der står der er spa og fitnessrum på hotellet når det viser sig at når man kommer derned så er der ikke noget, og medarbejderne virker fornærmede over man konverserer på engelsk, og ikke tysk! Det var lidt skuffende. så kunne vi have valgt et andet hotel hvor der var fitness og spa!!!

Desværre var der ikke et brugbart internetsignal på vores værelse på trods af hotellet reklamerer med fri gratis internet - vi blev nødt til at sætte os ud på gangen for at få signal - ellers var hotellet fint

I would rate this hotel as 3 stars + + . It was clean ,and the staff where very helpful and friendly. The rooms where clean with nothing extra . Just like any 3 star hotel i`ve been staying at. The location was great .

Et rigtigt godt hotel med en god central beliggenhed, men alligevel godt tilbagetrukket fra Kurfürstendam, så selvom det er midt i Centrum, er det alligevel meget roligt og en oase i byen. Vælg Executive tilbudet, hvor man for en relativ beskeden merpris får morgenmad med i tilbudet (en fantastisk morgenmadsbuffet) samt adgang til lounge fra kl. 15,00 - 21,00 hvor man kan få div. drikkevarer og snacks "gratis". Dog først alkoholiske drikke efter kl. 17,00. Div. småretter fra kl. 17,00. Ang. parkering kan det anbefales at parkere overfor hotellet i Karstadts parkeringshus for EUR 9,00/døgn. Hotellets egen parkering koster 18,50/døgn.

Phantastisches Stadthotel nahe Europa-Center - und doch sehr ruhig! Sehr moderne Einrichtung, aber trotzdem geschmackvoll und einladend. Das Personal arbeitet perfekt (unauffällig, sorgfältig und extrem freundlich). Der Zimmerservice ist vorbildlich. Gepflegte Speisen in guter Auswahl. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung.

Hotellet ligger sentalt og stille like ved Kurfürsten Damm. Lett å komme seg rundt til severdigheter fra hotellet.

Vi vil afgjort vende tilbage hertil, både som familieferie og med venner.

Bra hotell i en rolig sidegate, med svært sentral beliggenhet. Svært god service i pene omgivelser, Rent og pent rom (delikat bad), med svært god dusj. Daglig fikk vi en kort med værvarsling for dagen etter. Dyr frokost, men flere andre muligheter for frokost i nærheten. Anbefales på det varmeste!

Wirklich gutes Hotel direkt am Kudamm. Der Aufzug nervt etwas, weil er nicht bis runter in die Tiefgarage fährt. Aber ansonsten ist dieses Hotel echt empfehlenswert.

Hela stämmningen på hotellet var ganska snålt och kall. Man vill ju ha en varmare stämning när man är på ett sådant hotel. Det fanns inte även en fittness center.

Lo stand è un po' levato ma la posizione in Kunfusterdam e la vicinanza del metro ne fanno un'ottima soluzione

Heerlijke kamer, op één brommerige baliemedewerker na zeer vriendelijke mensen, prima locatie. Badkamer wat klein, maar al met al zeer comfortabel en schoon.

Lage, Sauberkeit und Zustand des Hotels waren sehr gut. Das Zimmer war nicht besonders groß, die Ausstattung allerdings in Ordnung. Leider war das Service-Personal nicht besonders freundlich - um es milde auszudrücken (Streit unter den Reception-Mitarbeiter vor den Augen der Gäste und entsprechend schechte Laune mit uns beim Einchecken, kein Wort über Frühstück oder sonstige Leistungen, einsilbige Antworten auf unseren Fragen usw.) ... Und dafür, dass wir nur für eine Nacht dort waren fand ich es doch etwas zu viel um es nicht zu erwähnen. Hoffentlich hatte das erwähnte Personal nur einen schlechten Tag an dem Samstag... Keine Weiterempfehlung da es in Berlin noch viele andere Hotels gibt die es eher verdienen.

l'hotel semble triste au depart, mais il ne l'est pas c'est un lieu fanstastique. d'une propreté et d'un confort exemplaire, Placé dans le centre du berlin l'ouest : Les magasins, les restos, sont à 200 m autour. Seul hic, le dernier jour le spa etait en travaux.

Vi är mycket nöjda med hotellet och dess service. Vi fick ett utmärkt erbjudande och vistelsen var både prisvärd och njutbar. Hotellet ligger fantastiskt bra till och det är lätt att ta sig till Berlins olika delar. Hade dock gärna sett lite bättre AC i rummet. Dessutom hade vi problem med Wifi-uppokpplingen (vilken var gratis), men det kan också bero på utrustningen vi försökte ansluta.
