O hotel de uma forma geral é razoável, mesmo sendo um pouco antigo e com dificuldade para acessar a Internet. O problema principal é o servico do concierge e da recepcao, os quais parecem estar fazendo um favor de atender. Sao sem simpatia e sem cordialidade nenhuma.

Room wasn't ready when we arrived. Asked us to return after 2.30pm. We came back at 3.30pm and there still wasn't a standard room cleaned. They upgraded us to an executive room. We did not ask. Excellent service. Spa and swimming pool really nice and well looked after. Wonderfully relaxing. Hotel very well located 2 mins from the Kefurstendamm.

even though everything else was fine, customer service provided by one front desk staff was terrible and it ruined the experience! i inquired about a city tour which was to start very soon. he advised me to run as fast as i can to the meeting place and i should be able to make it. i asked him if he could call just to let them know i was on my way, but […] he said there was no need. so i ran, and i made it on time, but... the tour has been cancelled! the tour guide said the hotel should have known that this particular tour is only in the am, not pm. i think this is customer service in it's worth - all he should have done is place a quick phone call and the problem would have been avoided! We booked a suite which was two large, separate rooms--you could have given a party in the living room. Most European hotels have smallish spaces so we were pleasantly surprised. It also afforded us access to the executive lounge. So often, these club rooms are not worth visiting. Not so at this hotel. The executive lounge at the Steigenberger was generously […] stocked with both food and drink, including a wonderful light, but more than adequate, breakfast, a quiet salon area with lots to read, and several computers at your disposal. The young women who were on duty there were friendly and could not have been more helpful. The hotel is located in a very lively neighborhood just off the KuDam, and is surrounded by restaurants, cafes and shopping. A perfect place to stay in Berlin. Ler mais

Just returned from a 5 night break to Berlin. We were very pleased with the hotel. Our room was comfortable, although we found the beds rather firm. This is a busy, popular hotel offering good facilities for business and leisure travellers. We chose the hotel because its location is near the "zoo" station and just off Kufurstendamm. There are lots of […] restaurants nearby so it made an excellent base. We would be happy to visit again. The staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful. Ler mais

As you can see from the above, we were entirely satisfied with our stay - it's a lovely hotel - and would stay there again. The only comment I'd make is that perhaps the towels could be a bit fluffier!

I enjoy staying in Berlin and Steinberger Hotel. I would recommend you to chose this hotel when you are in Berlin.

Despite its central location the hotel is located in a quiet side street with a nice garden plaza in front of him. We stayed on floor business and got a very nice room overlooking the garden plaza. The hotel has a very nice spa area with sauna and a small circular pool and rest areas. We had a problem getting a room when we arrived, but the problem […] is resolved to our satisfaction. We note the excellent service we received throughout our stay at the hotel receptionist. In particular we note the efficient and courteous service we received from Mrs. seelig. Stayed 4 nights at the hotel and we are pleased to extend our stay. Anyway there is no doubt that the next time we visit the charming town Berlin we will be back to stay at this hotel. Ler mais

While perhaps it isn't a true 5* hotel, it certainly merits 4.5*. This is a well maintained, well managed property in a location convenient to the Ku'damm but removed from the hustle and bustle by just a few blocks on a lovely plaza. Staff is helpful, reserved yet friendly. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Executive Lounge has different food offerings […] throughout the day, including a very good breakfast. Internet service is free to guests, although WiFi signal can be weak in some rooms. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the Charlottenburg area. Ler mais

we were very sataicified from the hotel. good concierge, very good loacation, just 5 min. by feet from the Zoo station. the breakfast was not included in the price so we took it in an Coffee in the next street, and it was also nice. there are two bicycle availible for the guests. just remember to order them in when you arrive.

A wonderful comfort hotel , directly in the center of Berlin. By food, 2 Minutes to the Kudamm and the underground. Simply 100%.

I chose this hotel because of its high ratings and very reasonable price. I was not disappointed at all. The hotel is very stylish, the service was great, and the room was super clean and comfortable. My only complaint would be that the bathroom was a bit cramped, but I would still book here again for sure.

This hotel offered many surprises. It is beautifully located in a quiet neighborhood right off Kurfurstendamm and its many attractions. The U Bahn was nearby and gave easy access to every part of Berlin. The hotel was in the best European style and the staff was welcoming. Overall an excellent hotel. Location is convenient for buses and underground. City Tours bus tour is good valu and first stop is only 5 minutes walk from hotel. Nice reasonably priced restaraunts nearby.Good size room. Comforatable bed and furniture. Efficient air-con. Clean throughout. Only complaints would be that the bar prices were high and breakfast […] was 23 euro per head which is exorbitant for standard hotel fare. Would stay there again if visiting Berlin which is unlikely given that it is onre of the most dreary cities I have ever visited. Ler mais

Excellent staff - couldn't have been more helpful. Located in quiet area just off main shopping area.

Very good hotel close to centre of town and local train and bus statons. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back again.

The Steigenberger was exceptional. Quiet, good location, good room size, great design. When I arrived early in the morning from my international flight they got me checked in right away so I could get down to business. My family came to stay too and they provided a good quality crib, some toys and when we needed it, cleaned the room at any hour. A trouble-free stay. Everything was as promised (which is refreshing). Wireless was easy to use with my laptop. The pool and sauna were nice to have, and I took advantage (though I wish they were opened later than 10pm and 9:30pm respectively). I needed an iron and ironing board before a ceremony, and they brought it promptly. The bed was quite comfortable, […] and I loved the shower. The Steigenberger in Berlin is an excellent choice both for service and for its location. I would definitely choose this hotel upon returning to Berlin.

iDas Hotel liegt supergünstig am Kudamm. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis hat in unserem Verhältnis gestimmt. Empfehlenswert ist nicht das Frühstück dazu zu buchen (Kosten 23 Euro p.P.) Wir haben daher immergut und lecker in den Cafe´s gefrühstückt, diese waren daher auch deutlich günstiger. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der 6. Etage, leider war das Fenster […] nicht richtig dicht, so dass der Geräuschpegel von draußen hörbar war. Im Bad lief leider etwas Wasser unterhalb der Dusch-/Badewanne heraus, so dass der Boden nach der Dusche nass war. Das Radio im Badezimmer funktionierte auch nicht. Dies sind allerdings nur Kleinigkeiten, ansonsten ist dieses Hotel wirklich nur zu empfehlen!!! Ler mais

Super lækkert hotel, som ligger meget centralt og tæt på restauranter og shopping. Lækre værelser og god service, samt venligt personale. God restaurant.

Med ideell beliggenhet og førsteklasses service, er du godt ivaretatt enten det er forretning eller fritidsnytelse som bringer deg til Berlin. Steinberger vil være et naturlig valg når jeg returnerer til Berlin.

Vi havde booket executive room med lounge adgang. Glimrende morgenmad, god champagne, fin kaffe etc. Værelserne er også nyrenoveret, og ligger på 6. sal. Kan klart anbefales. Bid mærke i, at du ikke nødvendigvis har adgang til den normale morgenmads restaurant, blot fordi du har købt ovenstående

Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig und dennoch zentral. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind ordentlich. Es ist endlich mal ein Hotel mit Wasserkocher und Tee, Kaffee, Kakao. So muss man nicht immer in ein Cafe gehen. Wir waren jetzt das 3.Mal dort und es wird vermutlich nicht das letzte Mal sein!

Steinberger hotelli Berliinissä oli erittäin mukava, huoneet olivat uusitut ja siistit, hotellin sijainti oli myös erinomainen. Lähellä on hyvät ostosmahdollisuudet ja kivoja ravintoloita.

Greit hotell med sentral beliggenhet.

Dette er et av de beste hotellene vi har bodd på. Langweekend for to voksne og en tiåring. Perfekt beliggenhet, et steinkast fra KaDeWe og Kurfurstendam, samt gangavstand til jernbane ved reise til Schönefeld flyplassen, og taxidistanse til Tegel. Flere metrostasjoner i umiddelbar nærhet. Vi hadde tilgang til lounge, dermed var frokost inkludert. Hvis […] vi skal til Berlin igjen skal vi bo her, no doubt! Ler mais

ja die Lage vom Hotel war sehr gut.... ABER dann: Duschbrause war eher etwas wie ein Springbrunnen + sehr eigenartige Geruch aus dem Abfluss ( Waschbecken) Klimaanlage war defekt... ich habe es gemeldet ! nach meinen 9 Nächten dort.. NICHTS passiert ! Fensterdichtung war defekt , mit offenen oder geschlossenen Fenster , war genau gleich viel Lärm […] im Zimmer "Mini" Fernsehen ! Super godt hotel med god beliggenhed tæt på Kurfürstendam. Ideelt til både business og et weekendophold.

Hotellet har en ideel beliggenhed, når man gerne vil være tæt på KaDeWe og Kudam. Hotellet har en sikker hånd med hensyn til høj service. Det mærkes, at der er god ledelse af hotellet. Morgenmaden er meget fin. Dog er kokkens speciale ikke omelet.

En meget god oplevelse. Dejlige værelser, god mad i restauranten og god hygge i pianobaren. Beliggenheden tæt på Kurfürstendamm og KaDeWe var også et stort plus.
