Hotel muito confortável. Reserve disposição para usar a piscina durante à noite, uma experiência maravilhosa, aproveitando o visual dos aviões chegando e partindo do MIA. não esqueça também de aproveitar a piscina SPA com água quente e massagem. Realmente muito bom. O único ponto negativo é o estacionamento, que na minha opinião deveria estar incluso na diária. Recomendo! Grato JULIO

Muito bem localizado e com noites agitadas, um barulho que não incomoda. Perto de restaurantes, bares, lojas, dá para se fazer muitas coisas andando. O hotel oferece passeios que te buscam no próprio hotel e por preços razoáveis. Para quem não procura luxo, mas um bom lugar para ficar, está aprovado.

Gostei muito do hotel, ficaria hospedada no mesmo novamente, o quarto tem um tamanho ótimo, as camas super confortáveis, o hotel não tem aspecto de velho, o banheiro também é ótimo. Só não agradei muito de não ter uma luz dentro da cortina do chuveiro, fica muito escuro e o jato de água do mesmo não era dos mais melhores. Mesmo assim vale a pena.

Hotel é maravilhoso, espaçoso, limpo, bem localizado, bom serviço de atendimento e limpeza. A única coisa que precisa ser analisada é o custo benefício, já que acho um pouco caro, dependendo do propósito da viagem,mas é ótimo!

"Riverside Hotel - Fort Lauderdale very central"
Hotel was good and very central. We stayed 4 nights. Rooms were clean although towels were not changed during our stay only straightened up on the rails. (I only realised when I unfortunately got lipstick on one of the towels and it was still there days later). We also ate in the restaurant on one evening but found the particular option we chose was […] poor. It was honey chicken wings which were covered in fat and not crisped at all. "Amazing experience!"
My husband and I booked a room to stay and go out with friends in Fort Lauderdale. When we arrived, the staff was more than friendly! Also, something was messed up with our reservation, so we got a FREE upgrade to the SUITE!!! It was AMAZING!!! It was on the top floor of the tower section, Suite 1201, and we had a wrap around balcony overlooking Las […] Olas! Absolutely STUNNING!! The room itself was fantastic. Extra large, with a sitting room, a bar, a jacuzzi tub and a huge bedroom with a King size bed. We could have fit 8 people in there!! "The Place to Stay in FLD"
This is definitely the hotel to stay at in Fort Lauderdale. The hotel is conveniently located with tons of restaurants and nightlife withing walking distance. The entire staff; front desk, parking valet, housekeeing, security and restaurant wait staff are the best!!
"Outstanding hotel"
We stayed here one night waiting to fly home. We were in the "classic" part of the hotel and loved it. The location is wonderful as you walk out onto Las Olas. While that is not why we stayed here is was definitely a bonus. The room was everything we expected while the hotel itself exceeded our expectations. Definitely stay here.

"Great Location .... Rooms average"
The location was great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wanted to be on Las Olas but was not very concerned about the quality of the rooms. A suggestion .... take the water taxis, they are a greay way to get around and also see the waterfront area for only $20 per day.
"Best Location"
This hotel is in the middle of it all! Food & Shopping are all walking distance and so is Riverfront. You can watch all the boats on the river from the room (in the new part of the building). Even though the hotel is an older hotel it is VERY clean and nice. Def will stay here again.

"Great Location on Las Olas"
Perfect location for shopping/dining in Fort Lauderdale. The hotel rooms were very large but lacked any real contemporary upscale feel. Felt a bit old and tired.

Linda at the front desk was extremely helpful and nice. She made sure that all needs were handled properly and professinally; she met all concerns with a smile and a friendly attitude. She is a great asset to your team.

There were some positive and some negative. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The location was very convenient to shopping and restaurants. The holel is very old and seemed shabby. It needs a maintenance overhaul. Parking is not included in the rate and was very expensive.

The check in was a breeze with a couple of surprises, but the staff was very friendly. The room was small but comfortable. The wording on the website offered Traditional and Classic rooms but I made the reservation based on the room availability thinking an upgrade would be offered at check in, however it was not. The coffee maker in the room did not […] work, but we ate breakfast in the nearby Las Olas restaurants during our 8 day stay so this was not a big deal. Room service was available for our convenience and there are a few restaurants that deliver food right to your room late into the evening. The housekeeping crew was very helpful and friendly. There was no internet access in the traditional guest room we stayed in, but there was a business center available in the lobby. there was a fitness center, bar and on site restaurants as well. The pool is across the street but it was maintained nicely and heated. You could also order lunch and have it served poolside. The hotel is located right in the center of Las Olas and right on the river with Water Taxi service available to take you to the beach and other points of interest along the water ways. The only downside was that we had to leave ... oh yeah and the parking was expensive at $17 a day for self parking and & $23 for the valet. We will definitely be back again! Leia mais

The customer service was outstanding from check-in to the time that we departed. The facility was an older building but very well maintained. Everyone was friendly and happy that you stayed at their hotel. We had several meals out next to the street, I was enjoyable watching everyone walking by while we ate our meals. I enjoyed my stay. However, there is an original side (called classic) and a new side. When given the choice, select the new side. Larger, newer rooms versus smaller, older rooms.

"GREAT HOTEL AND LOCATION!!"
The Hotel is convient;ly located in downtown Ft. Lauderdale on Las Olas Blvd. Great resturants and shops are all within an ease walk (less than a block). Staff and room conditions are great and you are only a mile from teh beach. Very safe location.

"Charming Hotel"
The location was excellent. This hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Close to the water taxi, bus and many shops and restaurants within walking distance. We arrived early and checked in early. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay in Fort Lauderdale. The area has a great atmosphere and it's close to good restaurants and interesting shops. We really enjoyed our stay.

The staff remembered me from previous stays, which was really nice. I definitely like the facilities. For being a bit older of a hotel, everything was well taken care of. My one complaint was that the A/C in my room didn't work that well. No matter how low I put it, it never felt lower than 75F. It was colder in the hallway! Fortunately, I could live […] with that temperature, so I didn't bother complaining to them about it. The furnishings in the Executive Tower seem a bit older or more Vegas like. Not a huge fan. I think the furnishings in the older building are nicer, though the rooms are much smaller. The lady at the front desk rembered who I was and put me in a room with a balcony and a view of the ocean. "Pass on the upgrade"
This hotel is in a good location and the room overall was fine. Only complaint was that parking was expensive (not that this wasn't disclosed before hand, I just missed it) and the room I was upgraded to had a broken AC adjustment knob and a clogged bathroom sink. The AC was stuck at a cool enough level so I didn't even bother to complain so I can't […] speak to the hotel's responsiveness to guest concerns, still it's something to note. We are regular guests of the Riverside. We love the hotel, the ambiance, its staff and its proximity to Los Olas shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Raphael, the concierge, was particularly helpful in selecting restaurants.

Wonderful location in Ft. Lauderdale. I have recommended this to everyone I know for one of the most pleasant stays around. Summer rates are reasonable, winter rates are unreasonable. Right downtown, close to the Packard Museum, arts, parks, science museum, river walk. Food is good and bar is friendly. Would like to bring my dog and stay more often. […] Unfortunately, my golden retriever weight 93 pounds but is much nicer and better mannered than most children. Check in was fast and the young lady manning the front desk was friendly and accomodated us to a great room with a wonderful view. The Tower rooms are the best and the bed was very comfortable. The Riverside hotel is located near all the shops and restaurants. We chose to upgrade to a room in the newer portion of the hotel for very little $ and we're very pleased overall.

This is a great location if you are in the Las Olas area. The rooms are a good size and nicely decorated. The beds and pillows are very hard- and not very comfortable. On Sunday, the day we departed, (check out is at 11) housekeeping showed up at 8:45 while we were still in bed. Service for breakfast was non-existant. They were very understaffed.
