Localização perfeita e serviço execelente1

O hotel é muito bom, excelente em aspectos gerais, e conta com uma ótima localização na cidade. Entretanto, falta na confirmaçao de reserva o endereço especifico do hotel e também a falta da referencia dele no aparelho de GPS.

Hotel muito bom , localização excelente ,a poucos metros da praça da igreja , café da manha muito bom . restaurante , bar lounge , muito bom eu indicaria sem duvidas .

Localizaçao perfeita, e o conforto necessário para quem vai fazer turismo e as famosas compras em Milao.

O hotel e bem localizado, perto do Duomo, da galeria Vitorio Emanuelle e de varios restaurantes e cafes. Com isso voce fica mais a vontade nao necessiatndo de onibus ou metro.

Very nice hotel although the layout is a bit quirky. Best breakfast we had the entire trip and the whole staff was very helpful and efficient. The location is a block from the Duomo but with access from the other side. With the few hours we had to see something in Milano, this made it very convenient to see some of the top sights - Duomo, La Scala, […] Galleria and Fashion Area. Ler mais

Nice hotel and all, I gave my car for the valet parking, not just taht it is a 45 euro per night. they returned it with a big dent and scratch. they claimed that I turned it in like that...give me a break. I know if i made an accident or not and the attitude of the manager and parking manager was to try and convince me taht I did it.... This time it's […] teh car, next time it can be a stolen Ipad from teh room or god knows what. Service is serivce and i do not recomand this hotel to anyone. Ler mais

concierge insisted that we didn't need to leave 3 hours before our flight, 2.5 hours was plenty of time. Unfortunately, we got stuck in traffic for 40 mins. And check in for international departures closes an hour before. We were ten minutes too late, a very costly mistake. :(

I have stayed in this hotel several times, but this time i was in the older side of the hotel (157)although my room was clean it seemed a bit dingy and the carpets were not very clean.but overall nice lounge great location.

nice hotel in a very central location. We chose this hotel because we didn't have much time in Milan and wanted to make the most of the time we did have. The RosaGrand is located a 2 minute walk from the Duomo and all the excellent shopping in Milan. The room was lovely and very well furnished. Breakfast was very good and service excellent. Excellent location, helpful staff, great breakfast

Excellent location-couldn't be better! Everything you need on your doorstep. Basic room but clean. Great breakfast.

Great location and the staff are all very nice the main lobby is very modern yet the room I was in looked very tired and had a smelly carpet - not very pleasant, which the housekeeping must have known as the window was open (-2 degrees) and the A/c was on. Our hotel stay was very good at the Rosa Grand. Breakfast was fantastic and staff was very accomodating. My only concern was that I had requested a room close to the elevator because we had a lot of luggage and the room given couldn't have been further from the elevator. I booked the hotel for my parents. The feedback was that it was better than they had expected. They said the rooms were nice and new and the location is fantastic.

This an excellent hotel very close to the Duomo and I would definitely stay here again. The staff are very friendly and helpfuland the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The main drawback is the building work going on in the hotel and outside (a theatre is being built next door and there are roadworks at the front of the hotel). We complained about […] the noise and were not only moved to a quieter room but also upgraded to an executive room which was lovely. We were impressed by this and feel sorry for the hotel staff as the work outside the hotel is beyond their control and it would be a shame if this put people off what is essentially an excellent hotel. 良い点：どの観光スポットに行くにも便利。目の前にタクシー乗り場もあり移動に便利。朝食はおいしい。 悪い点：シャワーの水の排水は最悪。ほとんど流れず。２泊したが、アメニティーのシャンプー等は２日目に入れ替えなし（当然チップは置いておいたが…）。窓の景色は隣の建物。何も見えず。部屋の温度調節も効かず。暑過ぎ。 全体：価格の割りに全く良くない。同じ時期にベネツィアで宿泊したホテルのほうが価格は半額だったがホテルのサービスやハード面含め圧倒的に良かった。中国での出張時に中国のホテルを結構使用しているが、このホテルは中国の３つ星ホテルのレベル（１泊１００ユーロが関の山）。朝食はおいしかったが、別にこのホテルで食べる必要性はないので、総合的にはこのホテルはお勧めしません。

Jeg lot meg friste av alle de fine bildene av dette hotellet på hotels.com og på hotellets hjemmeside. Jeg booket rommet og å frem til en weekend i Milano. Da jeg sjekket inn og fikk tildelt et hotellrom ble jeg imidlertid veldig skuffet. Rommet lå i en eldre del av hotellet, og det føles som å komme inn i et rom fra 1991. Det var særdeles umoderne […] og nedslitt - og det luktet mugg. Det står at dette er et "Luxury Hotel", og det rommet var ganske langt unna noe som kunne minne om noen form for luksus. Jeg klagde på rommet, og fikk da beskjed om at jeg hadde fått den standarden på rommet fordi jeg ikke hadde bestilt et oppgradert rom. Det endte med at jeg måtte betale 50 Euro ekstra per natt for å få et rom som var noe i nærheten av det man så bilder av på nettsidene. Ler mais

２０１２年１月に滞在しました。ドゥオモそばの今風のデザインホテルですが、安っぽさのないデザインホテルです。 ロビーは小さく殺風景ですが、エレベーター内部をはじめ、宿泊したスタンダードの部屋のクローゼット内部の素材感、壁紙、リネンなど、手が込んでいます。バスルームも悪くないのですが、バスタブの素材とテレビは再考が必要です。日本語放送もなかったですね。 朝食は、欧州のブッフェにしては卵料理があったり、フルーツが豊富だったり充実しています。おいしいカプチーノはフルサービスでいただけます。 料金は少し高めですが、日本人観光客にとっては十分価値あるホテルです。

Underbart Hotell med Milanos bästa läge. Det står att Doumen ligger 200 m från Hotellet med jag stegade upp 100 m, ja alltså ligger Hoteller exakt vart man vill spendera sin tid i denna vackra stad! Hotellet var fräscht med stora sällskapsytor och lounge - hänget var grymt! Personalen var både trevlig och mycket Hjälpsam. Kommer definitivt åka dit igen. 一人での利用でしたが、ダブルベッドを独り占めで超快適でした！この後続けて家族が来たため部屋を1ランク上げて利用しましたが、むしろ4泊した通常グレードの部屋のほうが温かみがあって良かったです。 枕もふかふかでぐっすり眠れました。 ただし、夜のリストランテの利用はあまり積極的にはお勧めできないかなと思います。 料理がマズイとか言うことではなく、かなり多忙そうで少し落ち着かない印象があったからです（スタッフの皆さんは良い人たちでしたよ！） 別にホテル側の責任ではないですが、多国籍の宿泊客が泊まる大規模ホテルなので仕方ないところではあります。 全体から言うと、日本人客が安心して宿泊できるホテルだと思います。

1泊だけの部屋でしたが、概ね快適に過ごせました。ただ個人的には、この部屋よりランクの下の部屋のほうが温かみがあって落ち着きました。おそらく床のフローリングと壁紙がコンクリート打ちっぱなしのような色だったせいでしょう。

avevo soggiornato altre volte in questo hotel, e mi sono trovato sempre molto bene, sia per la qualità dei servizi, sia per l'ottima posizione nel centrocittà. Stavolta mi tocca segnalare qualche magagna: la cassaforte non funzionante (con la signorina della reception poco sensibile a questo problema), la moquette della camera con grandi macchie, il […] mobilio della camera non certamente moderno. Peccato, ma per la posizione strategica dell'hotel credo proprio che ci ritornerò. Ler mais

とにかく部屋が閉鎖的で仕事に使うのであれば止めた方が良いです。デスクも使用しにくいです。

買い物にも近いし、リナシェンテデパートも、歩いて２．３分 地下には、食料品はなかったけれど、最上階にお土産や、軽食の店があり、ぜひお勧めです。日曜も夜９時まで開いてますよ。

Vi bodde her i tre netter og hadde et flott opphold. God frokost, delikate rom og fantastisk beliggenhet. Må også berømme hotellets concierge som virkelig kunne sakene sine. Vi ba om restaurantanbefalinger og han booket på akkurat slike steder vi ønsket og som passet vår stil. Ingen turistfeller, bare real italian style!

Très bonne qualité; personnel attentif. Très bien situé Situé dans une zone à circulation réglementée (gratuit en août). Wifi gratuit seulement dans les parties communes.

ドゥオモの裏にあり、夜遅くまでショッピングや観光を楽しめた。 珍しく部屋には使い捨てスリッパもあり、快適。 朝食メニューも充実、おいしかった。

Das Hotel Rosa Grand Milano liegt unmittelbarer Nähe der wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten, ins besondere das Duomo.

ミラノ中心部のドゥオモの真裏。カジュアルファッションの店が集まるショッピングストリートもすぐそばにあり、とても便利でした。フロントには日本語を少し話す男性スタッフも。部屋や建物は新しく、洗練された感じでした。広さも十分。

毎年ミラノへ滞在するのですが、必ず宿泊します。 立地もサービスも設備も文句なしです。 朝食も豊富でおいしいです。

When it is 35 + outside it is nice to have a nice room with good air condition. Clean and high quality hotel. The shopping streets are just around the corner :)

疲れたらすぐに帰れます！ そこは本当に便利でした。 他の方のレビューでも書かれているように、 エレベーターからお部屋まで迷路のようでしたが、お部屋の中は清潔感があって、過ごしやすかったです。 ・バスタブあり ・シャワー室なし ・バスタブは日本人好みの足を伸ばしても肩までしっかり浸かれる大きさです。 ・二重窓＋自動シャッターで防音もばっちりです。 途中ヴェネチィアに3泊したのですが、大きなスーツケース2つ預かって頂けました。 お値段もお手頃ですし、利便性もばっちりですので、次回もミラノに行く際はお世話になろうと思っています。

El hotel es muy bueno, hay que tener en cuenta que tienen habitaciones recién remodeladas, que fué donde nos quedamos. Lo que me pareció mediocre fué el room service.
