Very Pleased with my experience. The staff were incredible and the concierge gave amazing recommendations. I can't say a single negative thing about the hotel.

Really couldn't be happier with my stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, the room was gorgeous, the bed was extremely comfortable and the staff were perfectly helpful. You're basically on grafton street but we were unable to hear any of the nighttime noise that usually plagues hotels directly on the strip. Turn down service was great, the concierge's helped us book reservations at the finest restaurants and the room was always spotless. Really made our trip.

I have stayed in the Westbury just a handful of times and reserve it for times when I really need rest and relaxation. This was a business trip and I needed to sleep. Unfortunately a new pub/club has opened nearby and every night I was awakened by loud music and voices. Reception tell me they are trying to sort this out but it was little consolation really. It's still a great hotel but I won't be back until they have the noise problem sorted out. Check with them before you book. If the noise isn't an issue, you couldn't get a better location or nicer staff.

Spent only 4 days in Dublin and stayed at The Westbury. The rooms were big for a city hotel, clean sheets daily, comfey beds and wonderful staff. We would definitely stay at the Westbury again!!

This hotel was right off Grafton Street which is full of restaurants, pubs, shopping and entertainment. The hotel was clean, the beds extremely comfortable and the staff very friendly.

Excellent, excellent, excellent!!! I can't say anything bad about this hotel. Five star service and wonderful location for tourists.

Perfect location ...nice hotel and professional service...would stay there again if I go back

recently stayed at The Westbury with 5 other girl friends for a 30th Birthday. We couldn't have wished for a better hotel. The staff, rooms. location were Fantastic

This was a short break for me and my husband we went mid week , I was very impressed with the westbury hotel, it's location is right in the heart of Dublin, plenty going on all around the hotel, but no noise when in your room and we were right on the front. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, our room was lovely very clean and comfortable with everything you would expect from a five star hotel at hand. We were on room only so did not go for breakfast, but used the bar it was excellent quite expensive but what you would expect in that type of hotel.

Everything was perfect!

My family and I spent three nights in the Westbury, and did a lot of walking around Dublin to see the sights. We found the Westbury to be very centrally located. The staff was very helpful too. A nice, upscale hotel that we enjoyed very much.

The Westbury will live up to your expectations. I stayed there for just one night last week and feel as though I've had a holiday. The service was excellent. The ice machine in the hall was out of order and on ordering a bucket of ice from room service, received it 3 minutes later! My room was a standard double and just lovely, beautifully decorated, quiet and calm and impeccably clean. Service in the lobby was slow for drinks that evening but worth the wait. It is a beautiful hotel to hang out in.

we all give our credit cards at check-in, so no surprise there; but I look at my online banking daily and I was surprised to see a 200 euro charge from the hotel the morning after I checked in, especially as I had paid four nights in advance and had charged less than 50 euro since arriving. This turned out to be a "pre-authorization" of 50 euro per night, which I had not encountered before and which had not been explained at check-in. It's policy, according to management, but it's insulting to guests to treat them as potential deadbeats; they're taking no chance you won't pay your credit card. So I deduct rating on that account; otherwise it's a beautiful hotel experience if you like deferential treatment. The food isn't that great, and the morning croissants a little stale, but the coffee service is elegant, as is the decor. It felt to me they were trying too hard, but there's an espresso machine and 3 phones in the room and the location can't be beat.

This hotel is very well located but unless you are a native don't try to drive your self there, take a taxi. Dublin is a maze of one way streets that we found extremely frustrating. Once you are there it's great.

Must have got it on a bad day!!, Booked a double room but got twin beds, also there was no milk for the coffee machine, the shower was cold in the morning.......not a 5* stay at all.

Excelent Hotyel, great location and very comfortable

We got in from an overnight flight and they checked us in at 11 am without us even asking. We got more out of our stay because we took a nap before touring Dublin. The hotel is close to everything. We walked the entire city from The Westbury! I was glad we weren't near Temple Bar area- so noisy! The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was extremely helpful! Would stay again.

Great location + nice rooms = SUPER VALUE! Definitly worthy of 4 stars, and in a great location, we were very satisfied with this hotel. We were there on a holiday weekend and the price was still very low compared to similar hotels in Eurpoean cities with a location like this

We were very impressed with theh hotel and its staff.

The bed was small and lumpy and my wife and I felt crammed in. Trying to get served at the bar meant waiting for half an hour while the idiots behind the bar stood and stared at me while mixing various cocktails and prioritising the waiting staff

the westbury is propably the best hotel we have stayed in, in Dublin. the Hotel is upmarket and classy but unlike other higher end hotels there is no air of snobbery or coldness just warm welcoming staff, a fantastic atmosphere!

The room was drab and noisy, also there were no tea or complimentary biscuits in room. Never experienced that before. Breakfast was a disgrace. Poor value for money.

This is a great hotel right in the middle of everything in Dublin. Just off the popular pedestrian through way (Grafton Street) which connects Trinity College and St. Stephens Green. Location can't be beat. The lobby and rooms were great; especially by European Hotel Standards. The staff was friendly and always aimed to exceed expectations. There were only two things we had issues with during our stay. 1.) Getting There - Make sure you have a good map of Dublin and are comfortable driving in Ireland (on the left side of the road) 2.) Wake up call came 1/2 hour late; so you may want to ensure you are clear on the time or bring your own clock.

Well located, helpful staff, let us into the room early (had arrived on the overnight flight) which made the rest of our short trip go so much more smoothly

Impeccable hotel in great location!

I did extensive research prior to booking this Hotel and although there weren't that many reviews to go by, it was by far the best choice. The location is excellent, right in the middle of Grafton Street, two minute walk to St Stephen's Green beautiful Park, Trinity College and five minutes walk to Temple Bar area. The rooms are very spacious, very clean and the beds extremely comfortable; The Gym is small but well equipped, with complimentary fruit, water and showers.

The service was great. There were several annoying problems with the room, broken key board for the TV, absent internet cable, power off to coffee maker, all quickly addressed by the staff, but a nuiscance. Do not expect a great view.

We just spent two nights at the Hotel San Carlos and found the hotel charming, convenient and reasonable for the location in the heart of downtown Phoenix. We experienced some of the same things that other reviewers have mentioned (easy to hear conversations and noise from hallway and nearby rooms, inconsistent water temperature in shower) but these things did not detract from our overall experience. We at once at the Copper Door restaurant in the hotel and thought the food was delicious and very affordable. We would stay here again.

The Westbury is definitely one of the best hotel locations in Dublin in the Grafton Street locale. Great service, great views and above all, the food was absolutely wonderful.

Un hotel que je recommande à tous ceux qui souhaitent découvrir Dublin. L'hotel est dans le centre et tout se fait aisément à pieds. A 20 mètres d'une grande artère piètonne. Aucun problème pour boire ou se restaurer dans les alentours.

Skønt hotel med en super beliggenhed. Frokost i hotellets bar kan absolut anbefales.

Ett riktigt bra hotell med standard man kan förvänta sig av ett 5-stjärnigt hotell. Låg väldigt bra till för de flesta aktiviteter i centrala Dublin - gångavstånd till allt. Trevlig personal och mysigt, rent, fräscht och lyxigt rum. Ett plus för Nezpressomaskinen med gratis kaffe på rummet.

Hotellet ligger perfekt til i byen. Store og fine rom, med flott bad. Frokosten er dyr. Man får frokost for 2 personer på andre spisesteder, som til en på hotellet.
