"Wish I could stay Longer"
We were only in Indianapolis one night for a concert. We found this location to be convenient to everything, you could walk everywhere you wanted to go. Room was very, very nice and definitely that of an upscale hotel. Only issue we had was hotels.com indicated parking was less expensive than the hotel charged. "Very Nice"
This is a very nice hotel especially for the price we paid on that Friday night. The only down side is the $23 for parking. But other than that, it was a very nice room and we were very pleased.

"4 stars??? I don't think so, a disappointment YES"
Where to start? Valet service so backed up we parked ourselves. Third floor of a very dingy, broken concrete stairs garage. Waited over a half hour for elevator, never came, gave up, had to walk down 3 1/2 flights with luggage, stroller and a 4 yr old. Check in staff reaction?, "elevators aren't our problem". Waited another 1/2 hour for elevator to […] 16th floor. Asked staff for directions to Childrens Museum, they couldn't even find it on the internet, they just had no clue. Even the internet is 12.00. You are much better off with the Hilton chain of hotels, even Comfort Inn's have free internet. All in all a very disappointing stay, definately not worth the money we paid for it. Leia mais
"Sheraton Indianapolis City Centre"
This Hotel turned off water at 10:00 PM on the night of my stay.. Nothing was mentioned of this at check-in. I rec'd a note slid under the room door around 7:30 PM with this wonderful news. I found this extremely annoying and so very unacceptable. When speaking to the manager on-call, they blamed it on the city. However, the city had given them notice […] earlier that morning.. So it appears that it would be their duty to relay this to customers at check-in.. Rather than collect fees for a stay with "No Water".. Unprofessional ...... Leia mais
"Great location"
This is a great hotel located in the center of the city -within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and social activities. We stayed in a suite. It was wonderful with a spectacular view.

"Sheraton - downtown Indianapolis"
Great hotel. Excellent location with easy walking distance to everything from Mass Ave - Circle Center Shopping and many restaurants and bars. The staff were friendly and accomodating. Our room was excellent - on the 11th floor overlooking Monument Circle - just beautiful!
"Good distance from restaurants and sporting arenas"
We were in town for a supercross race that, coincidentally was the same weekend as the Big10 tournament. When we arrived to check in at 3:15 (check in starts at 3), the housekeeping staff was still trying to catch up from the checkouts and a room with two double beds was unavailable. However, the desk clerk was very friendly, pleasant, and accomodating, […] and there was a room available very shortly. It was perfectly located in heart of Indy. Guest services and staff were cordial. Great deal for the luxury.

"Sheraton - Great Location, Needs an Upgrade"
This hotel is need of a renovation. It's far from modern. People are nice who work there and it's in a good location, lots of good restaurants close by. The weight room is horrible. Couple of treds, maybe one bike, no space! Bad news. If you're doing shoulder press, you're hitting the ceiling with the weights. Room is just old. Place is mediocre at […] best. Leia mais
"Sheraton Indy a great value"
The rates were excellent and it was in easy walking distance of great places to eat and where I needed to go to conduct business. Great staff, very clean, had a great stay.

"I would not recommend."
We showed up to the hotel, and the valet employees were right inside the door. They did not come out to help get our bags out. We had to walk inside to and hand the keys to them. The front desk employees were not welcoming, and on top of it, the heat in our room did not work. I did express my concerns to the manager, and he did take off our $25.00 parking […] charge off. Overall, my husband and I will not be back to this hotel. We have stayed at a couple different hotels downtown Indy, and this hotel was out only bad experience. Leia mais

"Great Location, Bad Experience"
The Sheraton is in a great location of downtown Indianapolis. However my biggest complaint is towards the room. The room was extremely cold and as much as I would adjust the thermostat, it continued to be cold. I called the front desk, but nothing was done about it. Also when I booked my room, I made sure that it had a refridgerator, and when I went […] up to my room it did not. When I called the front desk about that, they said it would an additional charge per day. They informed me that there is an ice machine on my level and I could help myself to as much ice as I want. When I did go to the ice machine, that itself was not working. I again called the front desk and they said that a maintenance personnel will be there to look at it. However if I want ice, I can go to any other floor to get some. That was a huge incovenience for me and to top it off, the ice machine was never repaired during my stay. I had to make many trips to other floors for ice. I would never stay at this hotel again. I make routine trips to Indianapolis and have stayed at a variety of hotels and this is by far the worst one. "Weekend Getaway"
My wife and I went away for a random weekend getaway. The hotel was reasonably priced. Also, it was in a great location within walking distance of most places. We walked to a few bars and restaurants and also went to a Pacers game. All hotel staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint of the hotel would be internal noise. "Sheraton in downtown Indianapolis"
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was clean and the staff, especially the night staff were very helpful and welcoming. The view from our window of the downtown Christmas lights was beautiful. It is close to many restaurants as well as shopping and museums. We did not enjoy the sound of the person next door snoring most of the night.

Only complaint is that parking is $23, especially when directly across the street it is offered at $12. I actually found free street parking 1 block away. Rom was beautiful - looked out on the Circle!

"Great for a short stay"
Booked room to make a 16 hour drive shorter, and had never ben to Indianapolis. The room was great, very clean, staff was polite and helpful, and parking was convenient. The heater was a little louder then I would have preferred, and the connecting door made it easy to hear your neighbor. Over all though it was a great room, for its price and location. "a block from the center of indianapolis"
Can't beat this hotel for it's cleanliness, and it's proximity to the middle of the city (i.e. Washington and Meridian). Probably my only complaint is how they censor websites that they allow you to browse from their wifi (which isn't even free!!) I can't think of anything more un-American than censoring the wifi that your guest are paying for.
Great location and friendly staff. Room was comfortable with great views of Monument Square.

"Wireless Internet not available in the room"
Wireless internet was not available in the room, and the cable was too short. This makes it very difficult to relax in your bed and work or browse internet. Complimentary internet could be nice too. Even small motels offer free internet, how can these big name hotel can't do that?

Great location downtown, surrounded by shopping, restaurants and history. Staff was excellent and overall the property was very clean and inviting. The view from the room overlooked the Soldiers' and Sailors' Monument. Spectacular. Hotel furniture was a little dated and the hallways musty smelling. No opening windows in the room. Parking, either self […] or valet, was very pricey. Have paid less in NYC. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend visiting the aforementioned monument and dining at the Weber Grill Restaurant. Advice, make reservations via their website. Leia mais

"Beautiful hotel, beautiful view, great location"
Our room was conveniently located on the circle downtown. It was very comfortable and the view from our room was fantastic. The room was clean when we arrived and the hotel staff was courteous when we checked in and out. The room was also very reasonable priced for the quality we received.
"Walls too thin, no help from staff"
The hotel is dated but clean. Our room had a nice view of the Circle. Upon entering the lobby, we were disappointed by the flea market-like atmosphere. There were tables set up selling cheap junk like plastic jewelry and t-shirts. It definitely took away from an otherwise decent lobby. It reeked of "desperation for revenue." Here's the main problem: […] the walls are paper thin. My wife and I were laying in bed, and we could hear every word uttered by the occupants of the room next door. They were having a normal volume conversation. (This was the solid wall side, not the adjoining room with a door.) I went to the front desk to request some relief and was told that the hotel was "old" so this happens and that the hotel was full, so we could not be moved. I would not stay at this Sheraton or any other Sheraton again. This hotel desperately needs a renovation. Leia mais
"The Sheraton Hotel Indianapolis"
Even though it's located downtown the hotel charges 25 dollars to park. I couldnt rest because of the noise in the hallways by other patrons. The toilets in the room reminded me of a public bathroom toilet, I could even hear my neighbors flush their toilet all night. The beds was extremely hard its the hardest hotel bed I've ever slept in
"Beds could be better"
The hotel was in a great location downtown and we got it for a great price. The spring beds were just a tad uncomfortable.
"Sheraton City Centre"
There was a fantastic view of the war monument outside the window! It was a five minute walk to the mall. There are a lot of great eateries around as well. If you want an awesome downtown It's a great place to stay.

"Revamped city"
The last time I was in Indy was over a decade ago and let's just say there was a lot to be desired. They have definitely improved the sights to make it more tourist friendly. Lots of places to eat and a few historical sites to take in as well.
"Clean but overpriced"
We stayed in this hotel for one night. It was clean, the staff friendly, and the location was fantastic. However, parts of it felt very strange. The ceiling in our bathroom was very low and the toilet seat could not be left in the upright position because it was obstructed by the counter which was unwisely positioned directly above the toilet. The hallway […] felt like a funhouse because the floor was uneven. And most importantly, the beds were incredibly small for "doubles" and VERY uncomfortable. My husband woke up with bad back pains after one night in their bed. I would not stay here again, especially for the price that we paid. Nor would I recommend it to anyone else. Leia mais
"Friendly staff, great location"
Overall this was a great hotel for the price and location. The staff were very friendly and considerate. I would definitely staff here again.
