Hotel muito bem decorado, quarto lindo muito confortável. Excelente relação preço-qualdade Localizado no downtown é central ainda que a area não seja interessante para caminhar......típico de LA. Um hotel a escolher.

É um hotel muito bom...bem localizado permite ir a pé até walk of fame, Kodak Theatre e centro de hollywood. O serviço é de qualidade ....funcionários são simpáticos e atenciosos! Os quartos são confortáveis..e as camas muito boas! Apesar de ser junto a uma estrada muito movimentada os quartos estão bem isolados e ruido dos carros ouve-se mas não incomoda! O pequeno almoço é ao estilo americano e tem pouca diversidade...mas é razoavel! A piscina é muito pequena! Nunca deverá escolher este hotel se quer um hotel com uma boa piscina! No geral gostei muito deste hotel e recomendo.

Boa localização, perto de pontos de interesse da cidade, se tiver carro. Quartos envelhecidos, mas asseados. Boa limpeza dos quartos. Staff não muito simpático, principalmente os funcionários durante a noite. Parque para o carro é uma vantagem.

The perfect location, for those who want to stay near the LAX or need to fly from LAX very early in the day. The hotel also provides a shuttle, that goes to every terminal of the airport.
"Hilton Pasadena - Good hotel for the price I paid"
The hotel amenities and room were nice and clean. The neighborhood is very nice as well. The only detail I didn't like is: you have to pay for everything in this hotel, from breakfast to the water in the room ($4/bottle). The internet amenities are not updated and the available meals are expensive.

"Hilton"
No complaints after a positive experience. Check in was smooth, wifi worked well, food, although served in the lounge other than at breakfast, was adequate from a limited menu. Valet parking is a bit expensive when compared with other area hotels ($24 per day). Staff was pleasant. It is easy to recommend this hotel.

Other than the fact that we had noisy people nearby who seemed to be partying (late at night) in the hallway, it was a pleasant stay. The hotel staff was well trained, professional and friendly. Adjacent parking garage was convenient. Hilton has made good progress in becoming eco-friendly. We wold rebook at this site.

"The Pasadena Hilton - beware of the noise levels"
A recent stay at the Pasadena Hilton was marred by the noise levels in our room. We checked in 2 days before the Rose Parade & were given a room right behind the hotel elevators. We heard them all day and night and they even caused our closet doors to vibrate! Add to this a constant roaring from something on the roof below our room -- it was difficult […] to sleep. We asked multiple times to have our room changed, only to be told that nothing could be done due to the Parade. Well, also due to the Parade, we paid double the room rate for 3/4 of our stay! Finally, the hotel's restaurant served me the wrong meal after checking with me twice and was closed on both Saturday and Sunday. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Ler mais

The hotel was very nice and service was excellent;however, there was a plumbing problem that it took a while to repair.

Room was clean and comfortable with all the standard amenities. Hotel has very limited food services for dinner -- located in the lounge or by room service.
"Thanksgiving Stay"
The Pasadena Hilton is a beautiful hotel right in the center of Pasadena's best shopping and dining. We were in town for T-giving so we didn't get to explore much of the downtown, but it really was lovely what we saw. The only drawback to our stay was the insane parking. You can self-park for $9/night, valet park for $22/night, or you can drive to the […] police station and pay $3/night for a pass. The pass is good from 2am to 6am and can only be used in residential areas. Very, tricky! I would suggest asking the locals about parking tips so you don't get a hefty ticket. "Try another hotel .."
Recieved room next to elevator , 14 th floor - No sleep ! Sounded like a plane coming in every few minutes .. as there are 14 floors there should be 28 rooms w this issue ... 300 + rooms .. desk person offered free breakfast .. NOT ! In no condition to have a good time next day .. Popcorn ceilings - didn't know toilet paper could be made so thin ... […] Commercial doors as in the back doors of my business . Not a 4 star hotel ! 1 star would be giving them a break ... Do yourself a favor and choose another hotel . my stay was mid November 2010 ...Asked the Manager to call me - he never did .. Ler mais

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. The hotel shuttel was excellent. I would stay again.

The only negative was some loud air conditioning (?) equipment close to our room on the 12th floor that made sleep impossible. We asked to change rooms at 1 am and were promptly accommodated.

"A little run down but still OK"
The hotel rooms are a tad run down. A/C looked like original unit. You can tell they were trying to save money on renovating the rooms....something I would not expect from a Hilton.

Hotel desk personnel very customer unfriendly and uncaring. Hotel finally took care of me but, only after much arguing and discussion. Hotel manager never spoke with me face to face even after my demand to speak with him or her.
Nice room and location but the service from the front desk was horrible. They treated us as if we were bothering them at check in and she was very very rude! Wouldn't stay there again!

They were overbooked for king-size bed rooms and were going to give us a full-size bed room instead. But, since I am pregnant, they honored our reservation of king-size bed room (I don't like playing "pregnant card", but there is no way that we could sleep on full size bed! So, I had to...). Oddly shaped and set up inconvenientlly, hard to find lobby, and construction going on. I would highly recommend the Sheraton in Pasadena over the Hilton. The attendents not that friendlly

I would definitely recommend this hotel. The building itself is a bit old, but the rooms are updated with nice big TVs and the beds are very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the service was good. We were even given a late check out for no additional fee. Hotel was good for what we needed it for. Just stayed there one night for a wedding. It is close to downtown Pasadena and convenient by taxi. We were on the top floor, but not much of a view- overlooked the parking lot. But clean room and comfortable bed, pretty good sized room at that.

"Abysmal Parking, Noisy Room"
If you can't afford valet parking ($21/day plus tips)forget the Pasadena Hilton. Self-parking is VERY inconvenient and pricey ($15/day--not noted on hotels.com). After parking you have to carry your luggage through the parking structure, into the conference area, to the front lobby, then to your room. Exiting isn't any easier since the attendant (an […] employee of the separately owned parking structure, not the Hilton), must prepare a report for the hotel. "Good for Business Travel"
It's everything you would expect in a Hilton - clean, modern, comfortable. The fitness center is great with lots of equipment and nice open space. Pool is a bit small but not bad. There's a great Mexican restaurant nearby - El Portal. I would stay here again.
"Needs improvement"
Quick Check out doesn't work as no one answers the phone Air conditioner - 1 temperature even though it appears you can control it in your room - you cannot. Very noisy unit also - even when shut off.
