O Hotel é simples, porém muito bem localizado. A uma quadra do Hotel, em caminhada bem tranquila, tem-se bom supermercado, um Mac Donald's, um pequeno centro de compras com loja da Ross - a rua fica entre as Hollywood Blvd e a Sunset que se estendem para importantes pontos turísticos. Acabei de me hospedar neste Hotel. O apto é modesto, o banheiro pequeno e simples; no entanto sempre que chegávamos, estava bem arrumado, cheiroso, com boas toalhas e sempre repondo-se os sabonetes e shampoos. A recepção é super simples, onde é servido o café da manhã - tem-se bons donut's doces, croissant, café americano e suco de laranja. Tem-se Wi-fi com bom acesso rápido à internet e na recepção um computador com uso livre para o hóspede por 15 min. Impressão é cobrado US$ 0.50 por folha. Eu e minha família curtimos bastante a estadia no mesmo. Voltaríamos sim.

O fato de ter o metro ao lado do hotel, onde pode-se ir a vários pontos da Hollywood Boulevard, inclusive a Universal Studios, já tem minha preferência, o preço é outro ponto a favor. Hotel para se hospedar apenas para dormir, excelente custo-benefício . Li um relato que uma hospede pagou para receber encomendas no hotel, mas isso não aconteceu comigo. Recebi encomendas e não me cobraram nada. Recomendo

Excelentes acomodações, quarto limpo e espaçoso, ótimo café da manhã. Hotel muito bonito, ambiente agradável. O translado aeroporto - hotel ocorre durante as 24 horas, de 30 em 30 min, basta esperar do lado de fora do aeroporto, onde passam as vans.

Este hotel no centro de entretenimento ideal para negócios, situa-se em West Hollywood. O London West Hollywood está perto de Whiskey a Go Go, Museum of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences e Paley Center for Media. Também estão nas proximidades Grauman's Chinese Theatre e Teatro Kodak.

Obanheiro é um detalhe a parte, pois tambem é enorme e sofisticado. "Failing Room and Restaurant Service"
The hotel shampoo and shower gel have never been refilled during our stay. We wanted to have a nice dinner at their Restaurant which was advertised as Gordon Ramsay Restaurant, the service was awful, at the end of the main course they remembered that we ordered wine, it was too late... And the location is not superb...

"nice, but not worth the money"
The hotel is nice, but for over 300 a night, it was not that nice. The bathroom was HUGE and really nice and I liked that the bath stuff was vegan. But the room itself was meh, not that great, and the lighting was weird.

Very pleasant and comfortable room. The personnel are pleasant and accommodating to your needs. The location of the hotel is just of Sunset and is convenient to specialty shopping and good restaurants. We have had pleasant stays here since the London openned.

"The London Hotel In Los Angeles West Hollywood"
The Hotel is stunning. From the entrance to the roof top terrace, the attention to detail is remarkable. Then it sort of falls short of magnificence. In the room nothing worked . The iphone alarm clock was useless even after it was replaced. The in room iron was designed by Mr Bean. You put water in it and it pished all over your garment. The fridge […] grumbled to you during the night and the internet didn't work. Though I do concede it may have been my software. The male waiting staff in the Boxwood cafe were almost friendly. Just a bit mute and unresponsive. and the ludicrous gift shop offered nothing and the kitchen sink. $390 for a pair of Tom Ford flimsy sunglasses seemed excessive. It offered bizarre smelling Norwegian aftershaves and pointless tat like magnetic balls for stress. The hotel doesn't have a spa and could really do with one. It doesn't have a sauna or a steam room which is ridiculous for a hotel of this rating. Small niggles I know but I actually enjoyed my stay. I'd go back! Leia mais

"London Hotel West Hollywood - Great Visit"
My wife, daughter and I started our US holiday with 4 nights at the London and it really provided the perfect introduction. Our Sunset Vista Suite had a great view, was very spacious (even with a rollaway bed), very clean and the bathroom was the most luxurious we've ever encountered in many years of travelling. Had a four night stay in The London and was not disappointed. Fabulous hotel - room was huge, very comfortable bed and the service was first class. Just off Sunset strip so easy walking to lots of restaurants. Gordon Ramsays restaurant was excellent. Lovely complimentary breakfast. Would definately stay there again.

I have stayed all over the place and hands down this is the best hotel!! Best Service! Awesome shower!! The service is outstanding and the daily breakfast was amazing. I loved the staff there!

"Great room I expected more from the restaurant"
The room was huge and well decorated, funny it didn't had a bathtub The terrace pool is great, service is excellet, fair price, good benefit/price relation The food was good, but being a Signature restaurant from a famous Chef I expected more WOW on it.

The service was exceptional, all employees were helpful and kind. The rooftop is amazing as is the food. However the gym look outdated and uninviting, and the bathrooms were filty. The sink counter had yellow and water stains all over and you didn't feel very clean walking around in there. No self parking is also a minus. $32/day for valet plus tip […] everytime you get back or want to go out adds up. Parked in the lot beside the hotel instead for $20/day. Leia mais

So I went here 2 nights before my stay to try the Gordon Ramsey restaurant. That experience was AMAZING so when my stay at the Four Seasons was up and i needed one more night i decided to try the London Hotel. The rooms looked amazing and are quite large. The personal was very helpful. My disappointment came with the cleanliness of the room. i found […] clothing on the floor sticking out from under the furniture from the previous guest when made me question the thoroughness of the maid staff and when returning to my room after a long night out i expected a freshen up with a turn down service. If they really want to be considered one of the best they need to step it up a notch. Guess I'm picky but it;s hard to follow in the steps of the four seasons and the ritz. Upgraded. Nice pool with delicious drinks. Amazing bathroom.
We picked this high priced hotel due to having a balcony pool and view/bar so we could wind down between long haul flights. It was disappointing to find out it was closed on two nights due to functions. The complimentary breakfast (continental) were good in the mornings, most staff quite friendly.

The hotel is gorgeous and the rooms are great, but the bathrooms are something to write home about. They are spacious, clean, and comfortable, the bathtub is amazing. I only stayed one night, next time I"ll stay longer.

"A Gem!"
This is the second time I have stayed at The London, the first being nearly two years ago. This will have to be one the most chilled and coolest hotel I’ve stayed in. Its in the heart of West Hollywood with live music venues on the door step not to mention the many great restaurants down Sunset Blvd. A short 20min drive to Venice beach or 10min drive […] to downtown. The room/bth room are large and it makes you feel as though your living at home away from home. The pool roof top area has to be the best in Hollywood if not LA. The atmosphere isn’t as bopping (DJ booth etc) as say the Mondrian down the road but the surroundings are much nicer/chic and food/drink spot on. All in all a great hotel to have a memorable stay in LA. I will certainly be back again... Leia mais

"Spacious is an understatement"
Stayed 4 nights on business, would have been happy staying even longer. Superior layout/luxurious bath. Felt more like loft space than a hotel room. Included breakfast bar was perfect for getting a start on the day and free wi-fi a serious consideration since I spent one day working out of my hotel room. Weather too cold and rainy to enjoy the rooftop […] bar and pool but nicely done. Have already recommended the London to friends and colleaques. "Excellent for business or pleasure"
I stay there for business - which is mostly in Beverly Hills or Century City but would also enjoy this hotel for pleasure. Large comfortable rooms, great rooftop restaurant/bar/pool. Nice continental breakfast included, but if you want hot food its readily avaiable, well prepared, and very reasonably priced. They don't offer a hotel car like the other […] high end BH hotels, but the rooms and restaurant are comparable or better at a better value. Leia mais

"A beautiful, stylish hotel in a great location"
We had a wonderful stay in this lovely hotel located close to all the main sights right on Sunset Boulevard. The staff generally were very helpful and friendly. Our room, The London Suite was spacious and very well appointed. The continental breakfast which was included was adequate. Also had dinner at the Gordon Ramsey restaurant which was delicious. […] Wine was very expensive though. The pool area on the roof is amazing with the most fantastic views of LA. We were there at the end of a 3 week driving holiday and, in early May, LA was experiencing 30C + temperatures. It was the a wonderful place to go to relax after a day sightseeing - an oasis! "Great trip at the The London West Hollywood"
We were travelling in LA for two nights while on our California tour with our children and reviews looked great so we booked. When getting our room, we had a bit of disappointment when our room was changed to two double beds. I think they thought they were doing us a favor because there were four of us. However, after 10 days with kids, we did not want […] to share a double bed with a kid. So, we called front desk and discussed the situation and they immediately showed us another option which worked out perfectly. Whatever disappointment we initially felt, quickly subsided and the rest of our visit was phenomenal. The place is very well done, the rooms very spacious and bathroom are luxurious. Everything about the hotel was perfect. The comment about being surrounded by "beautiful people" is so true. At times, we questioned whether we fit in being with children, however all the staff made us feel welcome. We chose room service and a movie in room the first night because our children were tired and felt the restaurant was just too nice to question how they might behave. The room service was so great, we decided to do it again the night and even ordered the same thing which never happens! The hotel had wonderful, friendly staff, great accommodations, and great breakfast and food. We only choose quality hotels and are kind of particular about where we stay. I would go back to The London West Hollywood if back in LA and will try The London in NYC as we frequent NYC more--maybe even get the chance to try without kids if we are lucky! Leia mais

This is a great hotel that immediately makes you feel welcome when you arrive. The hotel is beautiful with rooms that are spacious and elegant. The breakfast (included in price) was a delightful suprise with more than enough to keep you going for the day. We stayed at The London for 3 nights as part of our honeymoon trip to L.A. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, we were impressed from the moment we arrived. The staff are all so helpful and friendly and made us feel welcome straight away. The room we had was a London Suite, and was huge for a hotel room, very nicely decorated and the bathroom was large […] and impressive. We really loved the double shower with 2 heads and awesome water pressure. Breakfast is included with all rooms and was delicious, with a good selection for a continental style buffet. The rooftop pool area is very well designed and has great views. Location was great for everything we wanted to see such as Hollywood, Beverly Hills and Universal Studios, we rented a car and so used the valet parking which was perfect. The Gordon Ramsay restaurant was beautiful and the food to die for. Our only gripe with our stay was that unfortunately the hotel had no hot water on our last morning so we were unable to shower. Staff were very apologetic though and we were happy with how they compensated us for our inconvenience. Highly recommend this hotel. Leia mais

If you're traveling for entertainment, definitely rent a car if you choose this location, but if you're traveling to relax the room will definitely allow you to do so!

Very modern, luxurious hotel. Boxwood Cafe was lovely and I am sure that the Gordon Ramsey restaurant was good, although I did not eat there. The bathroom was beautifully designed and very large.The room had a private balcony and nice view.
