Gostei muito do hotel em geral. Mas foram os piores banhos da minha vida! E os caras que trabalhavam na recepçao tinham muita má vontade em ajudar, principalmente quando estavam vendo videos na internet e tinham que pausar pra me tirar alguma duvida.

I was surprised to see that this hotel got such a high guest rating on this site. The hotel lobby was luxurious and modern, however, When we got out of the lift after check in it was a different story. The corridor to the room was tiny and sloping and the rooms had paper thin walls. We booked a double but were given a triple. The room was very poky […] and we could barely move around without getting in each others way. The bed and pillows were VERY uncomfortable. "Avoid at all costs"
The room was small with paper thin walls and next to a lift so there was a constant noise all day and on and off throughout the night. Normal sleep was impossible and the attitude of the staff was 'take it or leave it'. If you have any sense avoid this hotel
the hotel is converted from a couple of house and it is 100 meters from the metro station, that's why it is very easy to go everywhere. the room is very small and the bathroom was terrible not because it is very small but the water presure is unsufficent.

"Good location and helpful staff"
I booked this hotel for its location and the positive feedback it had already received. As a single traveller I know how poor quality and small single rooms can be. The room was clean, recently painted and had all basic requirements including Bath/shower. Staff were helpful and stored my luggage as I arrived early and departed late. "Comfort"
Hi, We only stayed one (1) night. For such a quick visit it was adequate. It was very clean and the matteress was quite comfy. The pillows were a little on the lumpy side. The staff were very pleasent.

Good location - 3-4mins walk to Earls court tube station. Hotel in good quiet area. Check in time is 2pm . We arrived early but wer not allowed check in.The hotel charge £2 to store your luggage. "Terrible Hotel"
I recently took a two week trip to Europe and stayed in 8 different hotels across a number of regions. This hotel was a complete and utter disappointment. The location is great because it is right off the Earls Court tube stop, but that is the only saving grace of this hotel. When you walk in you will be impressed by the newly refurbished lobby and […] attached bar/ restaurant. This impression will soon turn to disgust once you exit the elevator to try and find your room. The rooms were grungy and small- the kind of room that you would expect to find in the wrong side of town that you might pay for hourly. Do yourself a favor and stay at the city continental London Kensington (I stayed here the first night of my trip). It is a block and a half away, it is cheaper and it includes breakfast. This hotel is really close to Earls Court tube station, and have some pubs, restaurants and lots more just around the coner. The hotel it self is on a quiet rd. so have not had any problems with lots of noise. The room I stayed in had all it needed + a bath, nothing special but all was cleen nice and warm. I would definately go back.

Leave Heathrow directly on the Piccadilly line directly to Earl's Court - walk 150 metres from station to Hotel. Back to station for trip directly to Knightsbridge (Harrods) or directly to Leicester Square... Hard to beat this hotel for connectivity and centrality. This is an average hotel, but probably appropriate for the slightly cheaper cost per night than other central london hotels. The rooms are very small but clean. Location is very good, with only a 2 minute walk to earls court tube station. The hotel is extremely basic. Reception staff are not particularly helpful, charging £1 per hour to hold a bag […] on the day of departure and when asked to borrow a bottle opener, we were told "we dont provide that service". "Tiny old room"
The double room is tiny. Bed is next to wall so you can only access one side. Furniture is old. Do not trust they say you have big nice TV, it's tiny too. Bathroom is tiny (2 m2), sink is the size of a plane toilet sink. No one single shelf in bathroom to leave your stuff. The only nice thing in the hotel is the lobby. Location is very good though.

Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Zum Beispiel haben sie uns noch kurzfristig einen tollen Flughafen-Transport organisiert. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal. Fick ett rum som stank kattkiss. Vid försök att byta rum så var personalen allt annat än tillmötesgående eller ens förstående.
Var på en konferens på Edgware road. Ingen hiss och fyra trappor. Toaletten och duschen är så liten att man knappt ryms. Hotels.com förbetalade inte hotellet så de ville ha en 4% påslag på kreditkortet.

Fint, rent hotellrum. Trevlig personal. Saknar dock lite engagemang i att ge tips på saker att göra/besöka, som går utanför vanliga turist"måsten". Lite små rum, men välstädat varje dag. Sängen något för hård för min smak. God frukostrestaurang. Åt dock middag på andra ställen. Blev jätteglad när vi åkte tunnelbana från Heathrow, Piccadilly line, och […] klev av på Earls Court. Då upptäckte vi att vi hade endast 100m till hotellet! Himla smidigt. En miss vid avresan: Hotellet beställde taxi åt oss 4:30 fredag morgon. Jag frågade hotellet vid beställningstillfället om jag kunde betala taxin med kort, och det skulle självklart gå. Taxin kom, tänkte inte mer på det, men blev lite misstänksam då jag ej såg någon taxameter eller annnan taxi-elektronik. Vid resans slut kunde han ej ta kort, utan end. kontant. Zimmer sehr klein, für London typisch in diesem Preissegment. Jedoch sauber und die Angestellten freundlich und hilfsbereit. Optimale Lage zum Flughafen Heathrow. Sofern die U-Bahn auch fährt, da momentan überall gebaut wird in London's U-Bahnen.

Riktigt mysigt hotell. Bra service och mycket smidig ut och incheckning. Ganska små rum men absolut inget man stör sig på då man endast sover där. Alltid städat och fräscht är man kom tillbaka på kvällen. Trevligt kvarter med bra restauranger och ett par mataffärer. Ett hotell jag absolut kan rekommendera.

Das Hotel hat eine absolut supergute Lage: mit der U-Bahn ist man in max. 10min bei allen wichtigen Londoner Sehenswürdigkeiten. Bra beliggenhet i forhold til Underground. Greitt område også etter at det ble mørkt. Bodde i familerom, 1 voksen(dame) og to barn. Bra senger til alle tre og renhold . 호텔이 비좁고 욕실의 배수 등이 잘 안됨. TV도 아주 오래된 것이고 채널도 매우 제한되어 있음. 직원들(청소하는 분 빼고)도 다른 호텔 직원들에 비해 별로 친절하다는 것을 느끼지 못하였음.

Das Hotel liegt sehr nah (2Gehminuten) zum U-Bhf. Earls Court. Die Lobby ist sehr modern. Die Zimmer sind zwar sehr klein, aber zweckmäßig und sauber. Für Leute, die den ganzen Tag in London unterwegs sein wollen und nicht viel Zeit im Hotel verbringen ist das Hotel auch aufgrund des Preises eine super Adresse. Adapterstecker nicht vergessen!

Das Hotel Enterprise liegt recht günstig, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das zugehörige Restaurant ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert, das Essen schmeckt sehr gut und ist preiswert. Unser Zimmer war sauber und nett, aber sehr klein und man konnte kein Fenster öffnen, nicht einmal kippen. Das Hotel liegt nahe zur U-Bahn, zu einigen netten Pubs und Lokalen. Es ist sehr sauber, die Zimmer sind ruhig und für Londoner Verhältnisse auch recht geräumig. Der Service war super.

Vi havde 5 overnatninger på hotellet i et meget lille værelse, men da vi kun skulle sove der så gjorde det såmænd ikke så meget. Der var rent og pænt, venligt personale og jeg kunne godt finde på at booke det en anden gang. Meget fin beliggenhed i forhold til stationen. Det tog ikke 5 min at gå til hotellet med bagage

チェックイン時に、シングルの３部屋は、予約が取れているが、ツインの２部屋が予約されていないとの一点張りで強く言ったら、裏に確認しに行って、予約されていました、だと。謝りもしない。後日、追加の予約をホテルに直接入れたが、 それも予約されていないの一点張り。予約者の名前を書け、と命令口調で言ったり、書いたら字が汚くて読めないという始末。フロントでホテルのレストランを人数が多いので予約しようとしたら、空いているんだから勝手に食べればいいでしょう、と無礼この上ない。ホテルで呼んだタクシー（白タク）も住所を言っても判らず、しまいには逆切れする有様。安いなりの理由がある。二度と泊まらないだろう。

"Enterprise; rent, pænt og god service"
Hotellet var over al forventning; værleserne var meget små, men det gjorde ikke noget da de var hyggelige, rene og alt var i orden. Eneste minus var sengen der var på hjul og meget let og derfor var ret bevægelig. Badeværelset var rent og pænt og manglede ikke noget. Hotellets personale var hjælpsomme og imødekommende, og vi kunne få opbevaret vores […] kufferter efter at vi havde tjekket ud så vi kunne gå rundt i byen uden at have dem med. Det 1. værelse på 4. sal var ikke rart at bo i. Gulvet skrånede så meget, at sengen, der var på hjul, i nattens løb trillede afsted med os. På badeværelset blev man søsyg, så meget hældede det der. Så snart vi sagde det, fik vi et nyt og dejligt værelse på 1. sal med egen altan. Personalet var helt igennem venligt, rengøringen i top.Kvarteret charmerende […] med mange spisesteder og masser af liv til langt ud på aftenen. Pieniruokaisen tai kiireisen kannattaa tilata listalta esim. munakas tai pekonia ja papuja, säästyy huomattavasti rahaa vrt. continental br. kymmenisen puntaa, english viitisentoista. Das Hotel liegt ruhig und unmittelbar in der Nähe der U-Bahn Station Earl´s Court. Von dort aus sind es nur wenige Stationen zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdgkeiten London´s. Das Zimmer war sehr sehr klein mit unmittelbarem Blick auf eine Steinmauer. Leichter Schimmelbefall in der Dusche. Regelmäßiger Handtuch/Badetuchwechsel. Cuando contratè este hotel con Uds. viendo las fotos del mismo, me pareciò aceptable, con màs tiempo, luego vì los comentarios hechos por otros pasajeros, dudè antes de partir en cambiarlo, tenìan razòn al decir que era una verdadera verguenza el espacio que tienen las habitaciones. Enormt små rum, allmänt slitet, avloppet rinner inte ner, svindyr dålig frukost, näta till Tuben dock, välj annats hotell.

Greit hotell med bra standard,fin beliggenhet. Rolig strøk. Rommet var derimot veldig lite,men det var rent. Bra bad,med god dusj. Rene håndklær hver dag. Frokost,middag kan spises på hotellet,men inngår ikke i prisen. Det finnes 2 puber og flere andre hoteller og spisesteder i nærområdet.
