Durante minha estadia neste hotel correu tudo perfeitamente bem. Os quartos sao limpos e de um nivel satisfatorio( Nao espere um quarto 5 estrelas)O hotel tem um cafe da manha muito bom e o atendimento pelos funcionarios foi muito bom. Mas o melhor de tudo é a sua localizaçao, ao lado do Hyde Park e a 50 metros do circular Free Loop.

Hotel com nível excelente, em local calmo e tranquilo, a uma quadra do Darling Harbour e a duas quadras da George St. Um pouco afastado (mas acessível à pé pelo harbour ou pela george st, de metrô ou de ônibus - linha 555 gratuita) a The rocks, Harbour Bridge e Opera House. Muito bom.

Our stay at the hotel could not be faulted. From the time we arrived we were treated with the utmost courtesy and respect. Nothing was too much trouble. We felt like royalty. The room we had was well appointed and the view overlooking the harbour was magical. We ate in the restaurant at the buffet. The view we had from the dining area made us feel as if we were in Paris. This was a much needed break after spending almost 7 months by our sons side in the brain injury unit. this experience enabled us to feel detached from all this for a night. "Best Club floors in Sydney"
Staff were very friendly and eager to please. Reception arranged a late check out. The Club Lounge at the top of the hotel has the best views of the Botanical Gardens, the Opera House and Harbour Bridge.

"Good location. Great view. Staff a bit iffy"
After a bit of a dissappointiing on check in there was no adjoining rooms, they gave us free brekkie instead. Well worth it. Great location great views. Some of the staff were very unhelpful, but other made up for it.
Location was fabulous. Walked to everyting!

Great location - possibly the best if you want to be close to the Sydney Opera House. Beautifully furnished ground-floor lobby and mezzanine area. Great breakfast menu, with excellent service staff. Although we were 30+ floors up, the sound of garbage trucks from the street was very penetrating, causing me and my companion to wake up several times […] at night. Hard to fault, I was there over a busy two days and sadly wasn't able to take advantage of any of the facilities, but the room was clean and comfortable, the location central, the staff I encountered were polite and helpful and the rate I paid competitive.

This is a great hotel. We found the rooms to be impeccable and the staff very courteous. It is one of the nicest hotels that we have stayed in in a long time. Their suggestions for meals out were very helpful.

Great view and great room. We did not have breakfast included with our price. To purchase breakfast was very expensive so just took our own. View from the pool upstairs was incredible.

I am sure we got this hotel at a special rate but nevertheless, it far exceeded my expectations. Very comfortable, fantastic location with views over the botanical gardens and a really really great attitude from the staff from bellboy to Manager. Highly recommend.

酒店地理位置很好，不管是去悉尼歌剧院，还是购物区都距离很近，房间设施感觉一般

コストは高いが、ハーバービューサイドとフルブレックファースト付きを予約した。部屋からの夜景は最高で、窓を開けて寝ると、夜景の中で寝ている感じ。朝食も、立派な食堂で、種類も豊富。食べ過ぎに注意ですね。 利便性は市内の中心にある、ヒルトンやフォーシーズンの方が良いけど、環境は、圧倒的にこちらが良い。 早めに予約していたので、高い部屋が比較的割安で泊まる事ができたし、もし、再度来る機会があれば、ここに泊まります。

どこへ行くのも徒歩でも駅が近いしすぐ前にタクシー乗り場があるのでとても便利。ただ朝食のビュッフェはあまりおいしくなく毎日かわらなのでお勧めしません。
