O Hotel é simples, porém muito bem localizado. A uma quadra do Hotel, em caminhada bem tranquila, tem-se bom supermercado, um Mac Donald's, um pequeno centro de compras com loja da Ross - a rua fica entre as Hollywood Blvd e a Sunset que se estendem para importantes pontos turísticos. Acabei de me hospedar neste Hotel. O apto é modesto, o banheiro pequeno e simples; no entanto sempre que chegávamos, estava bem arrumado, cheiroso, com boas toalhas e sempre repondo-se os sabonetes e shampoos. A recepção é super simples, onde é servido o café da manhã - tem-se bons donut's doces, croissant, café americano e suco de laranja. Tem-se Wi-fi com bom acesso rápido à internet e na recepção um computador com uso livre para o hóspede por 15 min. Impressão é cobrado US$ 0.50 por folha. Eu e minha família curtimos bastante a estadia no mesmo. Voltaríamos sim.

O fato de ter o metro ao lado do hotel, onde pode-se ir a vários pontos da Hollywood Boulevard, inclusive a Universal Studios, já tem minha preferência, o preço é outro ponto a favor. Hotel para se hospedar apenas para dormir, excelente custo-benefício . Li um relato que uma hospede pagou para receber encomendas no hotel, mas isso não aconteceu comigo. Recebi encomendas e não me cobraram nada. Recomendo

Excelentes acomodações, quarto limpo e espaçoso, ótimo café da manhã. Hotel muito bonito, ambiente agradável. O translado aeroporto - hotel ocorre durante as 24 horas, de 30 em 30 min, basta esperar do lado de fora do aeroporto, onde passam as vans.
"Nice stay"
We had a convention to attend and we really liked the convenient location. The rooms were clean and comfortable. But since it was a convention the hotel was full. We knew that going in but the front desk help seemed stressed out when checking in which lead to them making mistakes and lots of extra time to correct them. I'm an easy going guy so it did […] not bother me too much but it was disconcerting and awkward. I have a feeling the problem was in them not planning ahead for the convention rush at check in thereby not having enough clean rooms ready. Not a problem if you are okay with free drinks in the bar until your room is ready which they were virtually handing out to everybody. I also got a song and dance about not being able to "hold" a king bed room for me while I went out to dinner. Seems like it would be easy enough for a computer to figure out who checked in first and start handing out the king bed rooms accordingly. Amazed that I got a room with Microsoft in town. Convenient to my LA destination.Very quiet,pet friendly,clean and the staff very pleasant and helpful. I stay in town often due to business and usually stay in the Burbank/Universal City area but this location is much more secluded and just as nice! Thanks to Hotels.Com for saving the day.

First class all the way. Stay on the club level if you can. You get access to a lounge with free drinks and Internet access. Very comfortable, clean hotel with great service. Good surrounding area.

All was great except no maid service the first day. Front desk offered to clean room in the evening, but we did not want to be disturbed. We have them bring clean towels, though. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is pet friendly, and family friendly. The rooms are high quality and very clean and quiet. They do not charge a fee for bringing a pet but they do charge for internet access. The location is beautiful and it is so close to Old Town Pasadena, an absolute must see place. There is Paseo Colorado, an outdoor mall with an Arclight theater, very […] nice theater! Tons of shops and high quality restaurants. Nice place to walk around or take a date. Lots to do for the family too. Location is close to the freeway so you can get to LA quickly or anywhere else you want to go. They charge $13 for parking per 24 hours but you can go in and out of their garage as much as you want within that period of time. I think it's a great deal compared to other places where you have to valet park and you end up spending much more than that in tip for the valet if you go in and out a lot. "You get what you pay for . .."
I can't complain about the quality or service. Everything was excellent with the exception of the surcharges. There was a surcharge for everything except flushing the toilets (I think). However, I slept like a baby, the rooms were clean and comfortable and it was close to my destination. the convention center was right outside the rear entrance.

Enjoyed my stay except for the air conditioning. Probably an adjustment to the temperature gauge would have helped. Otherwise, I would stay again.

"Apathy"
A group of nearby guests were loud, clapping and cheering, until 4:00 in the morning (we obviously woke up every time they acted as such). At 1:30 A.M., somone knocked on our door (I would have strangled the person had I found out who did it). I am a frequent traveler and I was impressed of the service offered at this hotel. I will recommend this hotel to anyone.
My friends and I stayed one night here while in L.A. and visiting Hollywood the next day. I'm so glad we chose to stay here instead of Hollywood. "AMAZING STAY AT SHERATON"
There is no doubt staying at Sheraton Pasadena was a very pleasant experience. From the room comfort (Bed and shower) to staff attitude was great! I was put on 3rd floor which is a club room. My excitement died pretty quick when they told me that they only serve in the club lounge during working days...The gym was closed for rennovation..but cant use […] this against them. My husband and I really enjoyed having the option to walk just about everywhere we needed to go. Pasadena's outdoor mall, ice skating and convention center are all easy walks away. Also, we found a delicious hole in the wall pizza place (Tarantino's) on Green Street nearby. Nothing like hanging at the pool and ending the night with a great meal!

We were very happy with our room which was on the 1st floor and had a great patio. The size and layout were great especially for the price. Also ordered room service and it came quickly and was really good! Would stay here again and would recommend to others!
"Fancy bedding & Prices ~ Ramanda Inn Service"
As the title says; The beds & bedding were wonderful! For as much as we paid... we still had to load & unload our own luggage. They did not have a cart to place them on so we had to make 2 trips! Our room was kind of on the stinky side. We had hair in the shower when we checked in, & there was used tissue in both the waste cans. And it looked like the […] mirror could have used another cleaning. One of the windows did not shut all the way it had about a 1.5" gap. The AC stopped working in the middle of the night & made a horrible noise. We did not call as the only thing we could of done was change rooms.... but we had our little ones with us & did not want to wake them & gather everything to switch rooms. We I did call in the morning we were told they were sorry!! As for the Staff...... we have had friendlier staff at other hotels. Coffee was free in the rooms, $3.75 in restaurant! You must spend over $10 in the gift shop in order to use your debit card!! In order for us to stay here again....... we would really have to get a GREAT deal, and even then we would really have to think about it. Seems like they prefer the business class folks & give them the better treatment . This was witnessed by my wife & I on several occasions while using the computers. Upon check out they took a Starwood Guest before us even though we were there first, but he was a preferred Starwood Guest & a business man! We enjoyed our stay. We were in town to see relatives and had to stay 3 nights. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. There was Starbucks coffee in the room which was nice. We ended up staying an extra night and they gave us the rate from Hotels.com which was nice. The pool was cold and it is not very deep (my 8 year old noticed this) was the […] only problem. Also parking is not cheap- probably becausethe hotel is at the convention center. I think that they should give discounted parking if you stay more than one night. I didn't know where to book my room since it was the first time I have been in Pasadena. I was pleasantly surprised to find it was near shops and restaurants in the area. The only thing was that I had a late start in the morning and opt to have the breakfast buffet,,, I couldn't cut through my eggs benedict since it was so hard and cold, but the taste […] was good. This hotel is walking distance close to Colorado Blvd and right next to the Ice skating rink, Pasadena Convention Center and nice, upscale restaurants like Yardhouse, the Arclight theater and plenty of nice shops. The staff is great, the rooms are nice and the area is safe.
Overall Pleasant Room. A bit of a noisy fan / ventilation duct that you couldn't turn off in the bathroom, but not noticeable if the door was closed. Very comfortable bed. Everything else was nice. Especially convenient was the shuttle that will take you anywhere in the area and pick you up. Close walking distance (6-7 blocks) to lots of places to eat […] or drink. I was shocked at how nice the room was. It was an upscale suite at a value rate. I was truly pleased. My guests said, "Wow, great choice!" I'll be back.

Nice hotel. Disappointed restaurant was not open for dinner until 6:30pm. Room service was fastest I have ever seen though. Convenient location.

The hotel itself is pretty good quality, but the walls are really thin. Thankfully, we were so exhausted that we passed out. But we could hear the TVs from both neighbors on either sides of our room. The popcorn ceiling is also really unattractive. This seems like an older hotel that's been updated, the wall thickness is one of those things not so easily […] remedied. "Sheraton Hotel Pasadena"
The room was comfortable and well maintained. We liked the separate sitting area. The hotel charges $9.99 for Wi-Fi in the room. You can only access free Wi-Fi if you go to the lobby area. Not comfortable when you are trying to relax.
"Need a knock lesson"
The room was comfortable, but on two occasions housekeeping simply walked in without notice - thankfully I was clothed. My only other beef was the air conditioner -- it was situated right next to the desk and turned on periodically leaving anything or anyone around the desk frigid.

The hotel and staff were great right from the start. The room was clean and spacious. Our only problem was that in the morning, around 7am, we heard some construction noises. "Nice Hotel with Xtra Amenities in Great Location"
Nice hotel in great location within walking distance to Old Town Pasadena for shopping and nice restaurants. We walked every where except to Huntington Library. Super comfy bed and bedding. In-room Starbucks coffee and frig were great and very useful. Nice unexpected amenity is coin-op laundry room -- nice to be able to wash workout clothes! Allows […] dogs up to 80 lbs. w/o extra charge. They gave us a balcony room on 2nd floor so our dog could have some "outdoor" space which was nice. No sound issues from neighboring rooms, but could hear hallway noise probably due to gap under door (could alleviate with putting towel across gap). Room was dingy and had the loudest room ac/heater unit I have encountered in the US. The control thermostat did not allow the user to reduce the set temperature, only increase it. The bathroom exhaust vent was so noisy (always on) we had to close the bathroom door to sleep. Hotel restaurant staff was exceptional. Sheraton charges for parking and for […] internet. "CLANK AND BANG"
This hotel was awesome until we got in our room (131 and 130). Every time someone entered or left the hallway you would be awakened by a loud CLANK as their key card was accepted and the door unlocked, and then by a BANG as the door swung close. We thought it wouldn't be an issue after about 12am, however this continued throughout the entire night. […] Had we stayed more than one night, we would have ABSOLUTELY switched rooms. The staff was awesome at the front desk to start with (even while putting up with my grouchy mood from driving all day), and the room was very nice.
