Hotel muito bem localizado, fica em frente da estação Centraal e realmente perto de tudo, fizemos tudo a pé. Não tem café da manhã, mas na redondeza tem vários locais para comer. O quarto e a cama são muito pequenos, mas o banheiro tem um tamanho bom.

O Hotel é novo e fica numa região próxima a alguns pontos turisticos como Anne Frank e Praça Dam. O quarto é normal com uma boa cama e bem limpo, o banheiro é todo de vidro, parece um aquário o que é desconfortável para uma viajem a 2, pois não possui trava, se escuta tudo e boa parte do vidro não é fosca. O hotel esta ligado com o restaurante art dulac café, um lugar com staff péssimo, onde não possue cardápio em ingles. Um dos serviços qe hotel oferece é uma taxa fixa de táxi onde você paga na recepção do hotel e ele te da um cartão que você tem que apresentar ao táxista e pode usar o táxi para ir para o aeroporto, o serviço é péssimo o taxista não queria nos levar pois recusamos a pagar extras por causa das malas, o que o hotel informou que já estava fechado no valor, ele não sabia que já estava pago, uma confusão. Não USE esse serviço.

Ótimo hotel, próximo do aeroporto, tem ônibus com diversos horários para o aeroporto, do aeroporto é possível chegar ao centro de trem. No geral foi um ótimo hotel, as janelas são isoladas e vc não houve o barulho do aeroporto. Na região do hotel não há nada, por isso vc sempre terá a necessidade de ir até o aeroporto.

Convenient for thehop on hop off canal boats, bus tours and the main part of the city. Breakfasts were expensive but a range of eating options was close by.

I have stayed in this neighborhood before at another hotel, but this hotel was way less expensive, and great. Absolutely recommend this hotel. Only drawback is that the room is small, but hey, we're in Europe right?
"Good location and view"
But the hotel is dated inside. But a European experience for sure. The highlight for us was the connecting restaurant/bar that was lovely! we enjoyed a great meal and delightful people watching.

"Great location,small rooms"
Stayed there for a weekend. The hotel is on leidsplien circle just in the heart of of the centrum. The rooms are small but functional with a clean facilities. Rooms who are facing the street are quit noisy at night time.

I have visited Amsterdam many times and have stayed in many hotels around the city. I have to say that this hotel is by far one of the best hotels i have stayed at. The hotel bar has an extensive cocktail list and the best dutch larger you can get. The resteraunt has a fantastic choice of food and i can highly recommend the Oysters! The staff are extremely […] polite and helpful and situated me and my freinds in suites next to each other without any hesitation. Room service although these days is pricey the food couldnt be faulted and was prompty delivered. The beds were very large and comfortable and we had an amazing small balcony overlooking the canal and this was in a classic american room. Some previous reviews say these type of rooms are small but i found the room was far from small! The area of the hotel is the best for bars/clubs and is around a 15 minute walk to dam square and 2 mins to the more upmarket shopping areas of Amsterdam. "Nice hotel - great location"
Friendly, helpful, accommodating service. We arrived at 8 am and were able to get a room right away. They also had great suggestions for dinner. Great location in town on the canals with easy walk to most sites in Amsterdam and very close to the museums. This hotel was rated four star and we prepaid nearly two-hundred and fifty dollars per night through a discount online service, so we were expecting a higher quality hotel product (even though we know that European standards are generally lower than American). The exterior of the building and its location are very impressive and with a thurough renovation […] this could become one of the outstanding hotel desinations in Amsterdam. The interior was dated and the carpeting, appointments and bathroom were acceptable but not consistent with a four star designation. Our room was cold and drafty at night and the floor creaked when you walked on it. The breakfast for an additional 15 Euros per day was quite good and the American Cafe had a lot of art deco features that made it an interesting place to visually enjoy during breakfast. I would not recomend this hotel to those who require luxurious accomodations and I would not recomend this hotel to others at the price we paid, unless there was nothing comparable to be had for less in a similar location. The location is great so it's easy to walk to key attractions and there are lots of shops and beautiful streets right on your doorstep. Convenient as so easy to reach by tram (just a few stops from central station). Room was quite big but nothing very exciting or interesting (very plain furniture/curtains). This was my secontd trip to Amsterdam. I was there with my mother, it was also her second trip. We were both really pleased with our room, larger than the average sized rooms in other hotels, really clean, very helpful staff on the reception. Location is excellent, very close to the muesems, and a 10 minute walk into Dam Square. When I go back to Amsterdam […] I will be staying at this hotel. Restaurant has nice surroundings but the food is over rated and over priced. Again excellent service in the restaurant, but the quality of the food for the price paid was very disappointing. "Eden American Hotel, close but not too close"
The situation of the hotel was perfect. It was close enough to all that Amsterdam has to offer but not too close to feel like you were a member of a stag or hen party! The only draw back was our room. I had expected to be small which was not a problem. What was upsetting was the condition of the room. "Outstanding"
This hotel deserves nothing but superlatives in all areas of it's performance. Helpful and friendly staff at all times. It is always extremely clean. It's location is ideal and central to everything in Amsterdam. Leidsplein is a hub of activity in this great city with a huge assortment of restaurants catering to any taste (Greek, Italian, English, Indian, […] Thai, Argentinian Beef, plus...). The room size is larger than most Euro hotels and again, very, very clean. While priced higher than other rooms in the area I found it to be well worth the price. After having a warm welcome and smooth check in we enjoyed our spacious suite. As we went out ...this hotel is located perfectly in the middle of evening entertainment and daily shopping. "The Eden Amsterdam great location"
We have recently had a long weekend staying at the Eden Amsterdam hotel. The hotel is in a great location, easily reachable from the trams etc and central for all the sights. We had a room at the front of the hotel which was a little noisy but not too bad. The bar in the hotel was great however we did have lunch in the restaurant which although nice […] was very slow service and a little disappointing. Hotel location was fab, easy transportation links nearby. Room was not ready on arrival at 3pm check in which was quite annoying being such a late check in time, the room was small as are a lot of Dutch hotels but was expecting a bit more space considering the price which was expensive, only there one night , in fact between the check in and out times […] not even a full 24 hrs. "Great five nights"
Had a fantastic time in this hotel. Reception and concierge were so helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for exploring Amsterdam, definitely recommend it.

Hi I recently spent 3 nights at the Eden Amsterdam American Hotel and was very disappointed with the quality and standard of the room we were provided with. The room was shabbily decorated and the paint on the walls in some areas was dirty and looked like it was ready to peel off! We stayed at several other 4 star hotels in other European cities and […] the standards were excellent so this was very disappointing! What was worse was that we had booked viewing photos of the rooms on the internet, only to find out when we got there that the rooms were still being renovated and the hotel had posted pics of the renovated rooms on the internet....I felt deceived by this and when I discussed with the reception staff no attempt was made to find me a renovated room and neither was an apology given! "Great location but some rooms aren't renovated!"
I stayed at this hotel 4 years ago and had a great time. Nice and spacious room, perfect location. This time I decided to stay there again because it was renovated and I thought "even better"! Well my room was not only not renovated, it was on the first floor overlooking a courtyard (aka, a brick wall). It was dark and musty and we couldn't even tell […] the weather from our room; it was like a cave. So while it is a 4 star hotel, some rooms are 2 star. Its location is perfect and the 4 computers in the lobby for unlimited use is so convenient. So just ask for a renovated room if you want one and maybe they'll move you. Leia mais

"WHERE'S THE ROOM SERVICE ?"
As our review reflects, we liked the location, the overall comfort and quaintness of the room. The room was BEAUTIFUL ! BUT, the room service was almost non-existent. We ordered breakfast on our arrival from New York City. Gave what I though was a pretty good tip; and then never saw room service again. Suddenly, they ran out of everything in the kitchen. […] The tray wasn't picked up until 13 hours after we put it out in the hall (as they requested we do). The front desk and cleaning people were cheery, helpful, nice, terrific. So, why doesn't that translate into good room service ? I dunno. Also, one other thing, the carpet was filthy. My wife was even troubled over wearing her socks in the room (she preferred to wear her shoes) for fear that the grit would creep up into her feet. The hotel should change the carpet or give it a good cleaning. No, just change the carpet. I would only recommend this hotel because of the location and the really nice front desk/cleaning staff. The room was very large, well appointed, clean and air-conditioned! It was close to the museums and many restaurants. The staff was very courteous and accommodating of our early arrival and very early departure.

Eden Amsterdam is a very nice hotel, beautifully appointed, with a fantastic selection of Arts and Crafts Furniture and posters (heaven for me). The Bedrooms are a good size and well furnished, and if you're lucky you might get a balcony! The location of the hotel couldn't be better, a two minute walk from great restaurants (I recommend Restaurant Sawaddee […] Ka, a very nice thai restaurant a short walk from the hotel). There are regular trams and busses taking you all over the city from right outside the hotel. The In-House bar and restaurant, though pricey, are top notch, comfortable and friendly! "LOVELY FROM BEGINNING TO END"
Hotel staff very friendly and accomodating. Hotel location, close to museums, theaters, canal cruises, flower market, restaurants, shopping yet area is fairly calm and quiet. On the outside, the hotel shows unusual architecture, with beautiful details, and inside, rooms are clean end comfortable. Great and safe location in a walking distance to major attraction. Nice rooms and comfrtobale beds. accomodate a third bed for a child when reserved as 3 in a room. We got large rooms. good value for the money and it is highly recommanded for families.
