Bem localizado, interligado a estação central do metro,quando você paga o wireless somente pode ultilizar 01 equipamento,limpeza de poeira sobre os moveis de péssima qualidade,colchão muito mole dando dor na coluna lombar.

Hotel proporciona total independencia a seus hospedes, excelente localização, ótimo e confortavel ap..

Este hotel ficou muito aquém de um 4 estrelas. O hall de entrada é enorme e não tem nenhuma segurança, existem filas muito grandes para falar com o recepcionista, os recepcionistas muito mal educados e sem nenhuma vontade de ajudar, sem contar que eles cobram por tudo, até mesmo para receber envelopes (no meu caso recebi 2 envelopes de menos de 1 kg […] cada um e tive que pagar U$ 10,00 para recebe-los), cobraram também para deixar as malas quanto eu fiz o check-out, deixei minhas malas por 20 minutos e paguei U$ 2,00 por mala. Minha estadia no Grand Hyatt foi maravilhosa. Fiquei muito satisfeita com o hotel. Ótimas instalaçoes, o quarto é novo e grande e muito silencioso. O Hotel fica muito bem localizado. Nao precisa sair do hotel para pegar o metro, pois possui uma interligação com a estação central. A brodway fica a 4 quadras. Dá para fazer muita coisa a pé. Não tenho […] nada a reclamar. Excelente quarto com decoração moderna e localização fantástica. Tamanho ótimo do quarto para os padrões de NYC e ambiente moderno no lobby, corredores e no próprio quarto.

Os quartos do hotel estavam empoeirados e a recepçao estava sempre lotada. Nao achei bom o custoxbeneficio

Para quem quer ficar bem Localizado e bem instalado, é a melhor opçao. O Hotel fica a próximo da Time Sq. e do Lado da Estaçao Central do Metro. Recomendo

Quando da arrumação dos quartos as camareiras jogam os travesseiros no chão enquanto fazem a cama(acho muito esrrado) A torneira do lavatorio quase não tem agua quente enquanto que no chuveiro é normal.Reclamei e nenhuma providencia foi tomada.

The Grand Hyatt was great value for us. The room was a good size (although when you are a party of 4, no room seems quite big enough). The renovations give the hotel a modern feel without seeming cold, and the 24hr gym is very convenient. With more good luck than forethought I booked into the Grand Club...It is a tiny bit more but the value you get […] was returned tenfold. The breakfasts, business centre, open lounge with beverages and snacks as well as the grand club concierge made us feel spoilt. GREAT RATE AND SERVICES

I am a bit reluctant to complain, as the desk manager was nice enough to reduce the rate on my second night to match our corporate limit. However, the bathroom was completely dirty and I cleaned the sink myself. I eventually called the front desk to request housekeeping and they came to clean the dirty floors. Clean rooms, comfy beds. The location right above Grand Central Station was perfect for getting around town. I'd definitely stay here again.

The Grand Hyatt is amazing. It is recently remodeled and is top self. The only issue is that they should have replaced the toilets as they don't fit the remodeling. Mine overflowed and it was quite unpleasant. The hotel staff was very accommodating in immediately fixing the problem--so who could ask for more. I travel to NYC every month and after staying at several area hotels, I've decided to stay at the Grand Hyatt whenever a room is available. The hotel is not perfect, but the service and room comfort are consistently good. The value is very good considering the location.

When we arrived we got a room where somebody threw up. We could not see anything, but it smelled terrible! Bad cleaning!!!! It was no problem to change the room, the receptionist was very nice and apologizing. However the day after we got ill and of course we do not where we got it, but one thought was that it might be from that dirty room as we touched […] the doors and the phone there. This kind of stomach disease is very contageous. So we lost two out of three days in New York lying in bed. This is a very nice hotel with direct access into Grand Central Station. The room was big and the bed was comfortable. My only warnings to others is that there isn't an iron in the room (I'm sure one could be requested) and the lights/blinds are all on automated systems making individualization of turning on/off certain lights a bit challenging. I was very disappointed in the hotel being overbooked when we arrived. We reserved and paid in advance for double beds but were only able to get 1 king bed. It was a good thing this was a good friend who did not mind sharing the same bed otherwise this would have been a nightmare. The hotel itself was great, but I couldn't believe that you had to pay extra for TV access AND extra for internet access. In my opinion, they are taking advantage of the customers. I don't think i would stay there again, because at a minimum the TV should be for free. In the future, I will look for a hotel with free WI-FI.

It's the perfect place to stay. I have no more words. People are friendly and the service always was immediate! I felt very good And welcomed, also the room was very stylish. We stayed end of November 2011- its walking distance to most of NYC's interesting sites such as Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Broadway and many shopping malls. The breakfast included in our stay was ala carte unlike most hotels where we have buffet style. The hotel was newly renovated but the bathroom flooring looked and felt old. No glasses, burned out light bulbs, non- functioning remote control. Stupid iPod player that is supposed to be a clock. No coffee pot! Are you kidding? I travel extensively and have NEVER been in a room without one. Strange!

I have stayed in a number of Hyatt Hotels and this is one of the best. It is well located (ie close to everything without being too close to the madness of Times Square) and after the recent refurbishment is very modern and comfortable. The Hyatt Club is definately worth considering. It is modern has great food and free wifi. The only negative we found […] was that some of the concierge staff were a bit ubrupt (but that could just be New Yorkers!) ... but gernerally all other staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. DO NOT STAY HERE! specially on holidays or weekends. awful service, rude staff, too many people! I stayed 3 nights and it got worse by the day...

The recent rehabilitation of the hotel is just beautiful. Our room had great flow and the decor was warm and modern. There was able space in the room, not just the walkway around the bed as with most NYC rooms. The amenities in the hotel were great. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in NYC. Accessibility is the key, here. This hotel is on top of Grand Central Station with transportation available easily to the surrounding airports, and NY and CT suburbs. There is a great food court in the station and many other upscale and food stores in the station corridors. Upon check-in we were told that the non-smoking room we requested, and called to confirm the night before, was not available. We were told we would either have to (a) stay in a smoking room, or (b) stay in a non-smoking room with one king bed where 3 people would need to sleep in one bed and 1 could sleep on a rollaway. This was not acceptable to us […] so the Hyatt put us in a king non-smoking room and comped us a second room. While this was a great solution, the bathroom in one of the rooms was clearly not cleaned. Hair on the shower wall, hair and toothpaste stuck on sink area. Not a good first impression. We were then told the next day we would be moving to one non-smoking room with two doubles as was initially booked. So, after moving again we told the hotel about the dirty room and the cleaning lady who knocked on our door 4 times in 15 minutes wanting to clean the room. When we told her we were not ready (hours prior to check-out), she didn't care. She opened our door and entered our room. This again was completely unacceptable. The hotel then said they would comp our breakfasts for our entire stay. This was generous considering that buying breakfast at the Hyatt will cost you a small fortune. $19 for a small stack of pancakes and $6 for a cup of coffee! The Hyatt did try to make all of their wrongs right with us. When we finally got moved to our new room, one of the members of my family cut his arm on a piece of metal sticking out of the desk chair. With a bloody arm needing first aid, we asked the maintenance people to replace the chair and provide bandages. The next morning, we woke up to a shower that produced no hot water at all. Again, maintenance was at our door working on that issue off and on throughout the day. If it wasn't for Veronica at the Hyatt, we would have checked out given all these problems. She apologized profusely, explained the problem with the union housekeeping staff and how rude they were, and tried very hard to make all of these problem Leia mais

Regular king room. Nice bed, sofa, etc. Bathroom was tiny. Clearance between toilet and commode was less than 3 inches. Leg hit the commode. Toilet paper holder was in the commode. In a hole. I love this hotel! Very convenience to everywhere, and worth it with the amount of money I paid. I love the bathroom because it's not shower tub, but it's glass door. Definitely I will stay at this hotel again if I come to NYC again!
