Perfect location in Bukit Bintang area. Right in middle of shopping and entertainment district. Hugely impressive lobby, fast check-in and very friendly staff. Clean, comfortable room, with flat-screen tv. Buffet breakfast was fantastic. Everything you asked for, from room service to requesting an iron, was done quickly - the sign of a top-class hotel.

The hotel is very accessible to public transportation, Bintang walk (shops), Petronas towers and a beautiful upscale mall. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. It was a very good value for the money.

Even though hotel looks a bit old !however service of the peoples are good ! very passion ! if they can change the T.V to a LCD tv will be even better!

The hotel is located at a busy area of Bukit Bintang and within walking distance of a metro station, shopping malls(Pavilion is just next door), and Petronas Tower. Bedroom is roomy, well lighted, quiet, and clean. Except for one unfriendly concierge, staff is generally welcoming, helpful and accommodating to requests. Breakfast buffet is varied enough for most tastes, be it of western or eastern style. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends and family.

well located hotel in bukit bintang, right next to the train station. Fortunately, we booked this hotel for 1 night only.... Positive: Location- very closed to Skyrail Swimming pool Negative Had to wait 30 min to check in Breakfast is very bad for a 4 stars hotel Waiter ask me to pick up myself what I asked him Room small for the price paid Old furnitures in the room Internet over priced (7 EUR for 30 min!)

Nice staff, I like that you sit down upon check in...very nice. Lifts are a little dark but overall I really liked the place, staff, room and service

The hotel was ok, but not a 5 star maybe 3 to 4 stars. Location was great, but the room a bit old. Food was terrible. We were planning on having room service for breakfast everyday, but after the first day we stopped. The dinner buffet was also terrible, we were the only people there from 7pm to 8pm, I felt rip off considering the price. The cushion pillows were very dirty, had black stains on them, the hot water pot was also very dirty. I would probably pay a little more next time and stay at the Western. When we left the hotel going to the airport, the bellboy called a taxi for us and told us to pay a price of 80 ringgit to the taxi, telling me it was a special deal and not use the meter. He had put my luggage into the cab already so I just said fine eventhough I only paid 56 rm from the airport to the hotel. I felt like he took advantage of us. So I left the hotel with a very negative feeling. Would NOT stay here again. I will be calling on the GM to voice my complaints about the bellboy. Travelers beware - Dishonest bellboy, do not trust.

Hotel location is nearby the railway. Many restaurants & shopping mall in this area. The hotel service is great, especially the breakfast. It's delicious & have much choices.

hotel is beautiful, staff wonderful and acommodating. hotel is right next door to a huge mall - pavilion - so eat there. there was a bit of mildew in the tile in the shower stall but spacious bathroom and tub + separate shower stall and the marble floors and luxury evrything else made up for it. excellent stay, location - right in bukit bintang, a minute from large mall and monorail station. defintely recommend it for those who want to experience the rustic KL but want to spend the night in western 4.5star comfort

The location is great and the staff were polite, Our request was entertained and given a room facing the twin towers. However, the room cleanliness is just fair and there was a stain on the quilt. The air conditioning was cold even turning to the lowest level and we needed to switch on and off from time to time. It can only be rated as a 4-star hotel.

Hotel is situated in the middle of the golden triangle with excellent facilities. Concierge staff are very helpful in providing advice.

B/fast good, with vast selection of food and excellent service. staff speak good english, v helpful for getting to places and fact finding. For our first night, the room was good, a little dated but on return we were given a recently refurbed room which was lovely. Location excellent for shops attractions etc, worth forking out for if you can. From KL Sentral take the monoline (5 min walk between KLS and monoline) to Bukit Bintang and its a 2- 5 min walk to hotel, or taxi from KLS should be about 15-20RM max. Would stay again.

The rates for the executive room is a bargain considering the free internet, breakfast buffet and cocktail hours that included in it. The staffs are very friendly and curteous. Very easy to get to anywhere in Bintang Triangles.

The Grand Millennium is a real first class hotel. The service is excellent and the hotel is in first rate condition, having recently been refurbished. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We found the concierge services to be particularly good. Having stayed in several hotels in KL I have found this to be the best by far. The pool area is a real oasis in the heart of the city. Breakfast can be a lttle hectic if you arrive after 9.30am so it can be worth getting down that little bit earlier but there is a good selection of foods. While the hotel caters for visitors from many countries, during the summer months of June to August there is a significant number of guests from the Middle East. Location wise it is right on Bukit Bintang and there is easy access to all the shops and restaurants . KLCC is only a ten minute walk via a new underground walkway from the Pavillon. So location is excellent.

Bare en ting å si - > fantastisk. Har bodd her før da det het 'The Regent' (2 år siden), men det har, hvis mulig, tatt ett skritt opp på skalaen. Topp hotell, der frokosten er min favoritt.

Väldigt hög servicenivå och också personlig. Vid incheckning får man en egen receptionist vid en egen receptionsdisk och de känns så avslappnat och man har väldigt lätt att ställa de frågor man har utan att känna sig stressad av andra gäster som väntar på sin in/utcheckning. Mkt trevlig personal och så sköna sängar. Läget är toppen och man är mitt i smeten. Frukostbuffén var den bästa jag någonsin smakat och ett härligt utbud. Absolut värt pengarna och de extra hundralapparna det möjligen kostar...det är det värt! Toppen! Provade aldrig pooldelen på hotellet.
