"Excellent service"
This hotel has one of the best staffs that I have experienced in my business travels over the last 4 years. Friendly, attentive and quick. The hotel is very nice - the only recommendation I would have is to renovate the hotel room hallways - they are starting to look a little run down. Loved the location . Convenient to universities. Rooms were clean and kids loved the pool .Extra $10- charge to use wi-fi in the rooms seems a bit archaic although It is free in the lounge.
Disappointed there was not wi fi in the room. No place in hotel to easily get coffee to go and no hot tub

"Needs update"
This hotel was not up to Sheraton standards. My family has stayed in many Sheratons in the past and this one felt very outdated. The service in the restaurant was so bad for breakfast we went for fast food the next morning. The prices for food at the hotel were not family friendly. My daughter and I stayed here while visiting UVM. The hotel was convenient and easy to find. The lobby area was comfortable and spacious, and the room clean, pleasant and comfortable. I would stay here again anytime!

Hotel was very clean and lovely decor. Indoor pool area and lounge had really cool architecture. Staff was friendly and helpful, but service in the cafe was very slow and not terribly polite.

Very nice hotel! I was remarkably surprised, given the price. The facilities were nice and clean and the staff was nice, helpful, and friendly. I plan to stay here later this summer (assuming the rates are not ridiculously higher), and would definitely recommend to a friend.
"Just Good Enough"
I was extremely surprised to see that there was a $10 charge for wireless internet in my room but they had free wifi areas in the hotel lobby. I'm amazed that this was the case. Also the coffee dispenser in the lobby again was for a price. If I were to stay in Burlington again I would stay somewhere else that wasn't trying to nickel and dime me.

This hotel was clean, spacious and up to date. Definitely would stay there again. We were initially concerned that it would be noisier than the down town Burlington hotels (because it is right of interstate 89) but it was very quiet. Just a couple minute drive into downtown Burlington (where there is street parking or parking garages).

"Burlington Sheraton"
The location and newly updated/remodeled lobby, lounge and poll area where great. The room was not so great. It was small, old and not updated at all, just a new coat of paint. We were so excited when we got to the lobby and were quickly disappointed when we opened the door to our room. Beat up, older furniture, old, hollow, plywood door to the bathroom. Generally good. Common areas very nice but corridors and room a bit tired and in need of an update. Watch out for the extra charges too. Internet was triple charged because it's not for the room it is per device that connects - would have been good to have that information upfront.
"Lovely Valentines Day Stay"
Nice big room, really comfy bed and starbucks coffee in your room. No free wi-fi in your room though. Overall, a really nice stay for a good price.

"The Sheraton Hotel in Burlington, Vermont"
I was extremely dissatisfied with the Sheraton Hotel in Burlington, Vermont. I found the staff rude and insensitive and the rooms "very old". They really need to be updated, with microwaves and refrigerators standard like all of the other hotels that I stay at.

"Dirty hotel. Few amenities. Rude staff."
It took us 15 minutes to check in because the hotel staff failed to book our room despite my making this reservation 45 days ago. There was no easy access to our room, it was a 5 minute walk from the entrance. We had to drag our bags by the pool and through the restaurant to get to our room. Our room did not have coffee or toilet paper. The TV remote […] didn't work. The wallpaper in the halls had fallen and there was black mold growing on the walls. The walls were paper thin, and every time someone in another room opened or closed a door the wall by the bed shook. The shower faucet was screwed on so tight my girlfriend cut her finger trying to turn it on. The shower water was either cold or scalding, no in between. They charged $9.95 per day for wireless access. Completely unacceptable in 2011. They advertised a regular shuttle into downtown Burlington online, then told us that the shuttle wasn't available. It was New Year's Eve. What kind of hotel doesn't run its shuttle on New Year's eve? They gave us misinformation about the cities first night events. The manager was pompous and confrontational and yelled at us when we complained about the poor service and questioned the hotel's pricing policies. It seemed like he wanted to pick a fight. He refused to give us the Sheraton's corporate HQs phone number when we asked. He refused to provide his name. We did not receive so much as an apology, just excuses. Avoid this place at all costs. "Sheraton Burlington VT"
Bring your credit card and dig deep. $15 per person for eggs, $10 a day for WiFi. If you dont need WiFi and have a vehicle to go to a local restaurant then you are fine. The hotel was clean but the room I reserved was not available when I arrived at 4pm and was downgraded.

Decent overnight convenience. Convention center location so it can be hectic at check-in and check out. Need to be savvy when you consider timing. Our bill was incorrect and caused some confusion. Room was adequate for a last minute booking. Bed not very comfortable - heating system antiquated and no blower in bathroom.

Our stay was not at all what we exspected. This one night stay was a Christmas shopping trip for us 4 ladies.Two and a half days before we arrived we called to make sure there was a hot tub as we deciced it would nice to relax after a long day of fighting the Holiday crowds! We were told there was not one,so we wanted to cancel and book elsewhere but […] were told we could not do that without being charged for the one night that we were staying. So, we decided ok we should have paid attention when booking anyway, although we were disappointed. After check in we discovered we had to park our cars about a mile and 1/2 from any door to enter the hotel, and then up 2 flights of stairs, down 2 hallways till we could enter our room! Only to find that it sure didnt look, feel or smell like a room we spent a lot of money on! Also they did not even have enough towels in the bathroom for all 4 of us! The carpet in the hallways had big stains on them! Not impressed at all. None of us will ever stay at a Sheraton again. Leia mais

Hotel walls are paper thin - loud & obnoxious guests - smoked in the halways & possibly in the room. No monitoring of the hallways or common areas to manage noise. No "curfew" for college or high school kids and there were LOTS of them. Room was substandard for the rate we paid. This hotel needs some major rennovations!
Friendly and helpful staff at Front Desk, no other services utilized. Housekeeping efforts were below average - bathroom sink drained very slowly and reached the point of overflowing immediately. No laundry bags left after day 1 of 5 night stay. Used coffee pod left in machine on first morning - regular coffee replaced with decaf, utilized tea bag next […] morning, tea never replaced. Room was up three flights of stairs- no elevator in this section of hotel. Also at end of two hallways. Very difficult to manage on a cane. Internet had a fee. that is no longer acceptable.

The hotel is a convenient drive to and from the airport, just off of I-89, as well as to downtown. The exterior is inviting and the staff is welcoming and helpful. Our room was standard but had nice, comfy beds.

The hotel was conveniently located, within walking distance to downtown Burlington and a fairly close drive to a lot of other sights that we wanted to visit. The hotel staff was very helpful. The common spaces of the hotel were very clean and our room was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.

Took a weekend trip to Burlington and the hotel was great for what we were looking for. It had an indoor pool and the resturants for breakfast and dinner were great. I would reccommend it.
decent hotel, clean rooms. a bit of a maze. could not find the Ice machine after walking for 10 minutes all over the floor. Always disappointed when a hotel charges for WiFi, especially a business hotel, and especially when they have free WiFi in the lobby.

"Sheraton at Burlington Vermont"
The room, with a king size bed, was very comfortable and roomy enough for the two of us. My only complaint was with the air conditioning system. I called the office and the sent up a maintance person, who said the cover to the system was off. He reset this, but the noise from this type of system was loud and irrating through the night. "Hôtel Sheraton next to UVM"
This hôtel is well located in Burlington next to the University, and a few miles from downtown and the lake shore. We stayed for 2 nights to visit Burlington area. We did not eat at this hotel.

Requested a single king bed, but received a double queen. Room required repair. Room had painted patched over the wall paper. Bathroom is too small. Toilet close to tub with no room to move after a shower.

The hotel is not on a high level. The pool is dirty and the showers can not be used. The hotel is loud and the breakfast is expensive. We will not come back.
